OMG What comes next? Can’t wait to read the next book.
A crazy and captivating story about Olive and Nicholas’ story and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I recommend it to all readers who like some suspense with the romance.
While I was not aware this was a six book series, I found this book to be very interesting and original for me. It intrigued me enough to buy book 2 to see if the intrigue continues.
Olive is a young woman who has been working and trying to finish her college education but still trying to pay off her loans when she receives a check in the mailbox for the full amount owed on her student loans. She and her roommate and best friend Sydney whose parents were rich so she didn’t worry about her next payment for her loan and if she could or would be able to make it. She doesn’t believe that the check is real but she listens to Sydney and deposits the check. Once she gets her loans paid she feels good but scared and that is when it happens the person who sent her the check wants to meet her. So it begins and she is shocked when she meets the person, things seem to go downhill for Olive but for Sydney, it is quite a surprise. Drama, and suspense.
Book1 of Series. I purchased this book. I volunteered an honest review.
I really enjoyed this author.
Tell Me to Stop (Kindle Edition) by Charlotte Byrd (Goodreads Author) — I think this was a first in the series freebie, but it’s got a great hook. The main character isn’t as innocent and naïve as you think. The leading man has a series worth of secrets and issues to work through for sure. Gotta say that my favorite part of this thing was Charlotte Byrd being her main character’s favorite writer! I snorted and had to turn it into a cough. So you have some serious drama, some humor, and a healthy list of questions that need answers. Sounds like the recipe for a good romance to me! Happy Reading!
It was slow getting started but then it got good.
Super quick read that is setting you up to read the next book.
I was enjoying the book and all of a sudden, there’s a chapter that makes no sense (think it was foreshadowing?). Now I find there’s 4 more books until the problem is resolved and I’m disappointed.
A good read but not a book you can’t put down.
Don’t like books you have to buy in a series just to find out what happens
Absolutely amazing book so good I couldn’t stop reading it and then next thing I knew I was purchasing the next books in the series and reading all of them one after another. Great books and I look forward to reading them again and again!! Would highly recommend.
I read this book in one night!!!!! So good. Hot and steamy scenes but a fun story line. Loved it.
So good I bought Tell me to go!
This is a good first installment in the series. I know some reviews are saying it’s super short and the content should have been taken care of in the first chapter, but I don’t agree. There are a few different ways to structure stories and series and this is one of them. This isn’t a short introduction novelette, it’s a full story with well developed characters and a solid backstory. This book draws you in within the first few pages and always leaves you wanting more. There is a little bit of steam.
i don’t know
This is not a stand alone book. Short Story. A very good book. I like how the story is developing and the characters. There is an element of intrigue building gradually. You will find yourself wanting to read the next story.
I enjoyed the characters
Felt like only half a book
Not much
