I anxiously waited for the final pieces of the complicated puzzle that is the life of Faith and Eli to reveal themselves and, just like with the previous books, I wasn’t disappointed. At all. I devoured it in one sitting.
Quite a lot of things surfaced in this book giving more and more layers to characters I thought I figured out. Boy, was I wrong.
It broke my heart to finally understand the depth of despair and hopelessness Faith endured and got over without support, but with so many deep wounds, only by her sheer will.
This emotional read is her journey to get to know herself and be person she always meant to be.
I loved how she just changed everyone’s lives for the better without thinking about it, guided by her instincts alone. And yet she had so low self esteem she was unable to see why anyone would love her. It was time she did her magic for herself as well.
Eli had some of his own demons left to fight but he was determined and did the work with Faith by his side.
This couple had to endure so much it was heartwrenching at times.
They both fought hard and won at the end. I loved how everything turned out.
It was a great series with a perfect ending.
