I promised her that I’d live my best life once I was free. It was that promise that led me to Voyeur–to Daniel. What better place to conquer my fear of intimacy than a club that allows you to watch? Who better to help me than the owner himself? On night one, my past comes roaring back, urging me to run like I always had before. This time I ran into his arms. With my fear still clinging to my …
With my fear still clinging to my skin, he brushed it away and made his own promise.
“I’ll teach you.”
His promise turns to friendship. A friendship turns to passion.
We didn’t know what to do with that passion— between the not-so-broken girl and the man who promised to never love again.
Daniel and I started because of a promise, and I hoped that we wouldn’t end because of one too.
Teacher is Daniel and Hanna’s steamy, tension-filled, friends-to-lovers standalone romance. The last book in the bestselling Voyeur series.

This book was recommended, and its probably going to be one of my favorites I have read this year.
Emotionally this book took me everywhere, and my heart felt like it skipped a few beats a few times throughout. When I started the book at the Prologue I had to think long and hard because I did not know where things were going, or what to really expect ( What happen when I do not read books in order I suppose), but once I began that I was going to be emotionally invested.
Hanna and Daniel were 2 characters who were going through the motions in their everyday lives, but also very much held back by regrets and fear.
Hanna was truly a bright light. Watching her re-live her trauma and her darkest days broke a piece of me every time. She struggled to fight the demons and reclaim her sexuality, and love for her body. She was tired of being defined by what happened to her, and Daniel was the first person to not treat her as if she would break. When her and Daniel begin their exploration it goes from innocent to purely delicious.
What starts as a friendship becomes something much more.
Daniel and Hanna have to decide if friendship is all they can ever have, or if they are in it for the long run.
This is the sixth and last book in the Voyeur Series. I haven’t listened to the first books in the Series yet. Hanna and Daniel’s story is an excellent friends to lovers, beautifully written, steamy, and enthralling. Daniel is handsome, and supportive. Hanna is a strong survivor, smart, and beautiful. Her past is heartbreaking. They both suffered loss and grief. The supporting characters are amazing. Ava Erickson and Brian Pallino did an outstanding job with the narration. They are perfect as Hanna and Daniel. I highly recommend it. I am looking forward to listening to this series from the start.
Teacher
Voyeur Book 6
By: Fiona Cole
Narrated by: Ava Erickson, Brian Pallino
Fiona Cole’s Voyeur series is amazing, and this last book in the series gives us Daniel’s story. Owner of the club, he has remained in the background and I am so glad that his turn concludes this fabulous set of listens. We meet Hanna, Eric’s sister who is has some issues she would like to work through. Thinking the club may be the place, she goes there with her friend. But things don’t work out that first night, and her fears have her running, right into Daniel. Daniel has his own problems with commitment, but there is something about Hanna that intrigues him. He wants to help her. But as we know, emotions run high when intimacy is involved. These two broken souls need a way to heal. Will they find their chemistry and trust is the answer? With a cast from previous stories woven in, we get that feeling of community and family as well as this incredible love story. Cole deals with relevant issues with compassion and does not gloss over the darkness. She shows that there is a possibility of light and love and creates that heart filled warmth. I loved Daniel and Hanna’s story!
Ava Erickson and Brian Pallino are masters at this kind of narration. Just the right amount of angst and emotion, they each fill Hanna and Daniel with characteristics that are realistic and believable. I was entranced as I listened, and enjoyed their performances!

Talk about taking “teaching” to a new level! This was a fast paced read I finished in one night! Full of hot steamy romance, you’ll fall in love with these flawed characters! Loved it and the storyline was perfect!!!
Hanna’s story has been woven throughout most of this series and in TEACHER, all the horror and guilt she’s carried is addressed. Daniel is yummy in all sorts of ways and his own past trauma and life experience enable him to help Hanna battle those demons she has yet to conquer. As they take this journey together, Daniel finally faces the ghosts of his past and joins Hanna on a healing journey to their HEA. Fiona Cole’s characters are complex and she tells their stories with humor and wit, incredible kindness, lots of holy hotness and swoon-worthy sweetness. This entire series is filled with excellent characters who make appearances throughout. I loved this one and highly recommend the entire series.
Hannas story broke my heart. I cried when I read what she went through. But she is healing, and I think its amazing that Daniel helped her with it. These two are the sweetest.
” . . , ‘ . ‘ .”
: adult, age gap, friends to lovers, damaged characters, character development, angsty and steamy
*TW for s*xual assault and grief*
I had huge expectations for this book, but I wasn’t ready to be hit with so many emotions and thoughts. Easily one of my all time favorite reads!!
Hanna Brandt has been thru a lot in her life. Not only she lost her innocence as a teen, but also her twin the same day she was rescued from being abducted and ab*sed.
As a 26 yo woman, she still faces her past demons and it seems she can’t move forward. Enter here Daniel, her friend who offers to teacher her to move forward.
At first things are easy, small touches and deep talking are enough, but quickly they get attached thru their traumatic pasts and feelings get involved.
Daniel is what a woman wants to have as boyfriend material. He is there for and only Hanna, always being a gentleman with her and giving her the support she needs. Literally I haven’t swooned ever for a character as I did with him. But don’t get me wrong, he is a hot man and ofc the steam scenes were on point.
As for Hanna, I connected with her since page one and I’m proud of her journey. She is this strong fierce woman, who deserves nothing but the best.
I love how Fiona built their relationship and slowly you get to see the transition from friends to lovers.
I wish I could express myself better, but all I can say is that this book deserves more recognition and you all should check it out asap. Highly recommend it!!!
I loved Daniel and Hanna’s story. Tough subjects were tackled sensitively. I think Fiona definitely did her homework on this one as the feelings and fears of Hanna were realistic. Daniel is patient and sensitive to Hanna’s past and really does want her to blossom and show the strength she has to survive what she has. This one struck a cord and I thought I would find it hard to read once I discovered the gritty subject matter but it was actually the opposite. It was written with tact and care and the story is one of support and resilience. I couldn’t put it down. I’m just sad the series is over now. This whole series is great. I’m so glad characters from other books reappear in this one. Beautifully written, this series is a must read
Let me start off with Holy Crap!!!!!
Two broken souls struggling to deal with the demons of their past have come together finding healing in each other’s arms.
Hannah and Daniel agree that there is no love, no kissing, only helping and teaching but Along the way lines are blurred. Can they both overcome their pasts and find their own happily ever after- one that both people that they lost would want them to have?
This book is full of angst and passion and so many math puns- they made my nerdy heart smile. Not to mention I am so using SUM of them from now on.
This was a definite anticipated read of 2020 and boy it did not disappoint. I also love that we get to see all of our favorite Voyeur characters because they always make me smile.
I loved this book so much! This is the first book in this series that I’ve read… and I’m glad it was.
I loved how strong Hanna was and how caring Daniel was. It’s clearly shown that he has always noticed her and been into hanna, and I love where there is unrequited interest in the beginning, until they truly fall for each other.
It’s a steamy, passionate book that made me feel everything they felt for each other.
Hanna has been through a trauma and Daniel it there to help her along the way… I don’t feel like Hanna was immature like I’ve seen stated… she clearly went through the trauma at a young age and is dealing with a lot. So for anyone who has read the reviews that state they didn’t fee the “passion” or “connection” with these two i think they don’t understand what Hanna needed I. A partner. With her trauma she couldn’t just be with any aggressive alpha she needed someone kind, compassionate, patient, and understanding. A true friendship first.
I never read any of the other books and I don’t feel like I missed anything! I just wish there would be a future book of these two.
4,5 teacher stars
I’ve been quite obsessed with the Voyeur series ever since the first book came out, that’s why I was oh so excited for Hanna and Daniel’s book. Well oh boy did I love their story. And that’s coming from someone who’s usually not a big fan of friends-to-lovers romances. It was so much more than what I expected. I felt all the feels reading this beautiful story. I-I don’t even know what to say, except that you NEED TEACHER in your life.
If you’ve read Savior, you know that Hanna’s been through hell. My god did my heart break for her. She is strong, resilient and I actually find her so inspiring to me, and I’m sure to a lot of people. With that said, Hanna wants to overcome her tragic past and finally live her life fully. That’s basically why she ends up asking for Daniel’s help. This man is simply perfect. I can’t even tell you how I love him and how he treats Hanna. These two are perfect together.
Overall, TEACHER is a friends-to-lovers, age-gap, emotionally consuming romance filled with sexy scenes, off-the-charts chemistry, tension and lots of feelings. You will see yourself tearing up or even crying one moment and smiling hard the next. I canot forget the brilliant bromance between Daniel and Kent. I also love the character and plot development which show what a fantastic job Fiona Cole’s done.
I highly, highly recommend this book, and this series.
Another fantastic read from the wonderful Fiona Cole! I absolutely love this series! All the feels and SO steamy!

NO SPOILERS!
Teacher was a sexy, swoon-worthy, and entertaining standalone contemporary romance in the Voyeur series, and I really enjoyed Daniel and Hanna’s friends-to-lovers story!
The storyline and characters were wonderful. The plot was sometimes a bit angsty and emotional, and I didn’t always love every aspect, but it was still very sexy, enjoyable, and entertaining. I loved Daniel and Hanna. Their personalities were fantastic and the smoking hot chemistry between them was on FIRE. I also loved all of their banter and interactions with each other. Daniel and Hanna were a perfect match, and I was pleased with the outcome to their story.
Teacher was a great finale to the Voyeur series of standalone romances, and I would definitely recommend Daniel and Hanna’s sexy and swoon-worthy friends-to-lovers story!
Demons from the past have always dictated Daniel’s future, and there’s definitely no place for love. But when he decides to help Hanna overcome her tragic past the lines of friendship become blurred.
There’s so much chemistry between these two, resulting in some pretty hot and sexy scenes. As well as heartache and angst there’s plenty of lighthearted moments too. Teacher (Voyeur #6) is fantastic! I highly recommend The Voyeur Series, it’s brilliant when read in order but can equally be read as standalones.

Fiona Cole brings all the feels with Teacher! I have been wanting Hanna’s story since we met her in Savior and let me tell you she DELIVERED. This book is INCREDIBLE! It exceeded all my expectations. Hanna and Daniel’s story is BEAUTIFUL and one of my top favourites in the Voyeur Series. Hanna is a FIGHTER! She has survived and was recently rescued from being kidnapped and was a part of a sex trafficking ring. She is battling demons and some BIG emotional scars from the trauma she has endured. Daniel is exactly what Hanna needed. He is protective, nurturing, patience and kind. Not to mention gorgeous. He is selfless and focused on helping Hanna through her trauma and getting over her fears. His teaching soon becomes more and the steam level was off the charts! I could not put this down. There were such tender beautiful moments shared between these two and that mixed with the intimate scenes made this so much more. I was completely invested from beginning to end. It is bittersweet coming to the end of this book. I loved the series so much and am sad that this was the last book and we have to say goodbye to all the characters within this series that we have come to love and adore. But I have no doubt Fiona’s work in the future will be just as good or better and cannot wait to find out what is next!
I really enjoyed this book! Don’t get me wrong, the subject matter is far from enjoyable at times and this book could have benefited from a trigger warning. This isn’t a simple I’ve never been with a man before so I’m scared, you’re my friend so teach me how to be intimate, story. Hanna has a fear of intimacy due to extensive sexual abuse in her past. In addition to that subject matter playing a heavy role in the story there is also suicide and drug overdose. I wouldn’t say that any subject matter is dealt with too graphically, but the theme is there and plays a significant role in the story. In addition to that being an issue for me I also found several mistakes in the book. I hate when editing errors detract from a story. That was a disappointment. Overall I enjoyed Daniel and Hanna. I also wouldn’t say that it is necessary to read the previous books in the series, you could definitely read this as a standalone.
What an emotionally gripping read! The things that happened to Hanna in her past will bring you to your very knees. And Daniel’s past trauma is utterly painful as well. They both took a chance on each other. Initially it was to help Hanna heal and move forward but I feel like Hanna was doing the same for Daniel too. They shared some very, very intensely hot moments throughout that’ll make you ache. I loved that this author took on something so serious but also flawlessly combined it with the sizzling steam we’ve all come to love with her books. This author did not disappoint! Must read!
I love Daniel. My new book boyfriend. He was so amazing and gentle with Hanna. I was waiting for their story and it was so worth it.
Oh my word…what a hot book. Thanks Fiona. Wondering if there’s more from this group.
Another phenomenal read from Fiona Cole!!
This author can write absolutely anything, and I am going to fall head over heels in love. Teacher is certainly no exception.
When you go into reading a novel from Fiona, you know that you will not only get plenty of steamy, sexy scenes, but you will also have a passionate romance, and heartfelt characters. Daniel and Hanna are two characters that have that unstoppable connection. Despite the age-gap, and every other element standing in their way, they were able to form a true relationship, that will be able to stand up to the test of time. The bond, and feelings they had for one-another allowed them to stand up, and take risks just because they wanted to be together.
I loved every second of this novel, and cannot wait to read more from Fiona in the future. I am so sad that the Voyeur series is over, but I can’t wait to see what she comes up with next.
5/5 Stars!
