Typical love story, quick read.
A whimsical, entertaining book with delightful characters. I read it without putting it down.
Loved meeting these characters.
Loved the whole series
Typical romance
A wonderful story of lost love found again on a beautiful island.
This was a good story. I enjoyed the characters and the story line. It was a good summer read.
Just a nice book to read. Read a couple of more in the series.
I enjoyed this book. I liked how when the characters let go of doubt that they could be truthful with themselves and others. This allowed them to find happiness in themselves and let others in.
I loved everything about this book
Pleasant story but not memorable.
Just a nice book to read while sipping tea and/or you need comfort. I would read other books in this series.
Didn’t like it, didn’t finish it.
Touching
Interesting story line.
Good book but just a tad too sentimental. I would read others in this series too.
The only thing wrong with this book is that it ended too soon.
After receiving life changing news, Kyla Nolan ran away from her life as a top model and left her fiancé behind.
Madrona Island is off the coast near Seattle, and it’s a tight-knit community where Kyla has moved to seek sanctuary after she was diagnosed with lupus. Kyla broke her engagement to Luke without a word and without telling him why, then disappeared. Now, two years later, Luke has not only found Kyla, he has bought a winery on the island and wants to rekindle their romance. What follows is entirely predictable. Kyla won’t talk to Luke about her illness and seeks refuge with her friends and in her shop, Tea & Comfort. Luke, of course, is persistent and they overcome all obstacles. Even though the plot is predictable, the story is well enough written to be worth reading.
