I am so loving this series ! Sasha and Tap certainly did not disappoint ! It had the element of intrigue , drama, attraction, and people out to do the right thing, Sasha is a police officer that is out to crack the human trafficker that are lurking in her town. Tap is a retired military MC and has the intelligence background that certainly makes him stealth . When these two accidently meet and he finds Sasha in a dangerous situation he has to help . She realizes that their is more to Tap than she realizes. The more time they spend together they find that a cop and a MC member have more in common than they can deny! Loved their story and I only wished I had more of them!!!!

4.5 Stars of Awesomesauce!
I have liked all of the Dead President books and this one is no different. Tap is so totally an over the top alpha, but he also makes it a little hard for his brothers to know more about him. He is totally that paranoid! I don’t think he skirts it, I think he embrasses it and uses it as a crutch to keep others are arms length. But he totally dropped those shields that he has in place when it comes to Sasha.
She burst into his life in a way that he didn’t anticipate and wasn’t sure how to deal with, but I felt that she became a catalyst for him to embrace more of life than he currently was. And man was she a character that I really liked! She herself knew she was going down a dark path, but she believed in doing something since it didn’t look like anyone else was and she knew that she was placing herself in danger. But for the greater good, she was willing. Totally a tough character, and what she put herself through, WOW!
Overall, I really liked the story. The characters were interesting and this was a new take that the President books had not been on before. The story was well paced and very engaging. I got to read more about the other characters I have read of and really liked. So I was really happy with this new book. So, two thumbs up and happy reading!
LOVED Sasha & Tap! OMH! There are a couple of my personal “hard no” scenes early in the story, which skewed it a little for me. Once through that, tho, I enjoyed everything else! I love how the characters are written, and their family dynamics. This is a great story about trust, loyalty, and of course love. There’s a bit of action woven in, as well, and we get to see all our guys & girls play a part, which is one of the things I love about this series. Every story is about a different couple, but they’re all about the family & brotherhood of the Dead Presidents. : )
Oh, wow! This book had so much going for it, I’m just not sure where to start! How about with the fantastic story line, that kept me engaged from beginning to end? Or, how about with the non stop action or the smoking hot connection between Tap and Sasha? What about the amazing writing that pulled me in and made me feel like I was right in the middle of what was happening?
Sasha had a childhood that started out great, but quickly turned horrific after her father’s death. She took what some would view as the beginning of a horrible life, and turned it into a career that she felt she could help people with. As a police officer, she tried to make other’s lives better, even at the detriment of her own. Trying to do what she felt was right, even when she was told to leave it alone, put her in a situation that was looking grimmer by the minute, with no way out. Until Tap showed up.
Tap has demons. His demons keep him from getting close to anyone, from sharing his life with anyone. They make him hide his secrets, even from those that would have his back in any situation. But meeting Sasha, saving her from her own horror, could lead to something so explosive, it could just bring him back from the brink.
I’ve read all of the Dead Presidents MC books, and this one is my favorite, so far! They keep getting better with each book, and Tap and Sasha are absolutely made for each other! They each have their own problems that they are working on, but are stronger together. There are some pretty harsh parts in the beginning of this story, that may cause some readers to take pause, but they are integral to the story. But, truly, this story is just as amazing (if not more so!) as the rest of the series, and one that I’d tell anyone to jump at!
So it was one twist filled book. So much intrigue throughout.
Dead Presidents MC rises again
Sasha has been a Seattle cop for the last few years but after a string of cases that involves missing girls and a lack of action from her department, she decides to investigate further. This leads to her being suspended for two weeks and she goes “undercover”.
Tap is super paranoid about his past coming to bite him in the @ss and has contingency plans aplenty. When he takes a job to bug a rival one percenter MC, he finds a gorgeous beaten woman on the floor and takes action. Not knowing anything about her, he brings her to the one place he knows is secure even though the action itself has far reaching consequences for him
A great story of two people coming together to achieve a greater outcome and in the process find their broken pieces or what they thought was broken, fitting together A must read series and I can’t wait for the next book in this series as all these characters have worked their way into my heart
Sasha and Tap really drew me in. The strength of Sasha for what she was willing to do, and the tenderness with which Tap treated her made my heart swell. With Tap’s past still haunting him, there is more to their story, but this was a very satisfying read. I highly recommend this book.
I received a copy of this book through Enticing Journey Book Promotions, and this is my unsolicited review.
I LOVE TAP & SASHA!!! I LOVE THIS SERIES!!!
I have loved all of the books in the DEAD PRESIDENTS MC Series, and TAP’D OUT is no exception….
Tap, a former intelligence officer has lived his life with lies and secrets….he trusts very few, and he walks the line between safety and paranoia, but the Dead President’s MC is ready for him to be all in…and that means learning to trust them….And, btw, Tap is smokin’ hot…look at the bookcover..
A suspended officer and unofficially undercover, Sasha Petrov is saved by Tap, after she was nearly beaten to death by orders of a local outlaw mc VP, and while Tap hides her and protects her, spending so much time with each other……they fall in love…..These are two people with major trust issues…..but they trust each other………
If you haven’t read the DEAD PRESIDENT’S MC Series, yet, read it now…Although they can be read as standalones, you shouldn’t miss any of them…..
Harley Stone has written a hot, winning series, about serious stuff, but I love that her humor comes through…….. As the DPMC members were driving in a van, taking care of business, dressed all in black, Wasp compared them to “environmentally-friendly carpool ninjas…” That just made me laugh!!! I love this book…I love this series….I love Harley Stone…
Another awesome book in this MC series. Love Tap and Sasha’s story.
Tap is a very close up man that doesn’t trust nobody. Not even his MC brothers. He’s seen and heard too much with his former work as an intelligence officer.
Sasha..her work is to serve and protect and by doing that and believing in the system, she lost everything and even her trust in the one thing she believed most in.
I couldn’t put it down. Tap and Sasha were amazing together and love seeing how they started trusting each other. I would have loved to see a little more interaction between Sasha and Hailey, but other than that it was amazing.
Wow does this series just keep getting better or what? I love Ms. Stone’s flare for words. Her books have moments of laughter, suspense, action and all are very heartfelt and full of “feels”. Tap’d Out fits all of these and then some. The emotions packed into this book will have you feeling like you are going through everything right along with the characters in the book. Kudo’s Ms. Stone for an excellent addition to the Dead Presidents series.
If you by chance have not started the series, Lord have mercy you need to start with Link and keep right on truckin’. The men that make up the Dead Presidents MC are all former military men. Men who got out of the service and for whatever reason are struggling. Their mission is to help others just like themselves. The strong alpha males have found a brotherhood and purpose with the Dead Presidence. This holds true for Tap. He is a former intelligence guy. He knows too much on a lot of people. Tap doesn’t trust anyone, not even his MC brothers. He lives his life looking over his shoulder and hiding his true self from the real world. But while on a mission for the MC’s Prez, he finds a battered woman on the floor and breaks one of his main rules: Never get emotionally involved. He takes one look at her and knows he has to get her out of there, along with himself. But what does he do with her. He can’t take her home and risk his family, he can’t take her to the clubhouse for fear his mission will be discovered and put the MC at risk. Tap’d is in a huge delima.
As for the girl, Sasha, she is a police officer on an unsanctioned undercover mission. To prove herself to her mark, she is left to be “jumped in”. Left on the floor beaten to a pulp, she is found by a stranger (Tap). After asking him to leave her so she can continue her mission, she finds herself in arms of a stranger begging him not to take her to a hospital. She has no clue who he is or where he’s taking her but she feel safe in his arms. Can she trust him with her secrets? Can Tap help her without risking his family, the MC and keep then both alive? Trust comes at a price, who will pay the price to get the help needed to bring this mission to a happy ending.
This is a phenomenal storyline that will keep you on your toes and glued to the pages. I highly recommend Tap’d and the entire Dead Presidents MC series. Grab them up asap, you won’t regret it. 2 Thumbs Up and 5 Stars.
Harley Stone has raised the bar for a five star read. My plan was to read the first few chapters. I wanted to get to know the main characters. I wanted to revisit with some of the Dead Presidents MC members. I wanted to figure out the main plot so I could set time aside to enjoy the club’s next adventure.
My plan went out the window. There was no putting Tap’d Out down. I was obsessed with Tap and what he was hiding. Holy Secret Spies!!! That man keeps a lot of secrets and has so many talents/trades. His best moment was not leaving Sasha behind while playing secret squirrel. Sasha is a woman that is in way over her head and crashing fast.
Sasha is everything that Tap didn’t know he needed. She is the cop the citizens need. She is the cop at can cause trouble for her bosses and those she wants to investigate. She is the cop that digs too deep and can’t dig herself out. She is willing to loose everything in order to save others.
Grab the popcorn and soda. Find a comfy chair. Unplug the phone because you will not want to be interrupted. Open up Tap’d Out and fall into the pages. You are in for thrills, chills, and down right evil within the story. Ride along on Valkrie as Tap and Sasha ride off into a Happily Ever After.
Tap is the brother that keeps everyone at arms length. To say he’s private is an understatement. The lengths he goes through to ensure his privacy boarders on paranoid, but when you’ve been where he’s been and seen what he’s seen, you kind of understand his obsession.
Sasha had her own trials growing up that puts her on the path she’s on. After landing a job at the Seattle PD things are looking up, but things are not always as they seem.
When these two come face to face the first time, neither expects what happens next.
Corruption, trafficking, collusion, action, a bit of suspense, and let’s not forget the witty banter we’ve come to know from this group of characters, this story has it all.
I can’t wait to get my hands on Spade’s book next!
A suspenseful, action packed and seductive ride to go on. Tap was intriguing and stayed mysterious throughout this story but meeting Sasha brought out a different side to him. I enjoyed this thrilling story.
Well let’s see what all the mystery is about with Tap. I definitely did not see this coming. He is so cautious of everything. This man is seems to know everything that is going on around him. However due to some of the knowledge he has encountered, he seems to be a bit paranoid. He knows secrets, he also has secrets of his own. Then we have Sasha who wants to do good for others that is why she decided to be police officer. She wants to help people out. Now something is going on and she feels like the police are not doing enough. So what does she do? Yep you guessed it. Puts herself in harms way. Then Tap stumbles upon her and decides to help her. Now who’s is risking everything? A lot of secrets unravel and it seems as though the family bonds strengthens. Trust is established which goes a long way. But can these two help each other and get to explore what they could have? This is one that kept me on my toes and I needed to know how it all ends. I loved it.
Mysterious Tap secrets finally revealed…
Well some of them are anyway i’m sure he has plenty more. Was so surprised at so much about Tap because he has been so quiet. This was amazing to read.
Sasha I just loved from the beginning even as a police officer but she was willing to break the rules for the sake of others.
I will say this has trigger warnings that if you have anything you find too upsetting you should make sure to check out so you can find out if this is for you.
Thing I loved most though was the ladies banding together and wanting to help others but in their own way.
I’d recommend to MC Romance readers. I am loving this series as with the men helping others not funding themselves through a lot of illegal means like most clubs.
Can’t wait to see what happens next!
These two were fun and hilarious! Really enjoyed.
Was a entertaining quick read
Did not hold myinterest
Great story from beginning to end. Curled up on couch and couldn’t put down when finished started reading next in series till finished
I only read a chapter or so of this book. Between the constant swearing, and the graphic description of the heroine dressing like a hooker, going to a biker bar, getting Ecstasy in her drink, and enjoying sex on a bar stool with the nasty leader of the biker gang, this book was a real turn-off.
