New York Times and USA TODAY Bestselling author of Science Fiction, Urban Fantasy, and Paranormal Romance brings another action, adventure, and suspense-filled story to transport readers out of this world.
Tansy Bell, is the middle daughter of the three Bell sisters. She has always been a little different, even for a Bell. A chameleon, she can change her appearance and personality to blend in … blend in almost anywhere. She uses this talent to bring some of the worse criminals in the world to justice.
Mak ‘Tag Krell Manok is the wild one of his four brothers. He is known for his hot temper, fierce strength, and skills as a warrior. Few men in any galaxy dare to challenge him and live. Frustrated at his failure to find females compatible with a Prime male, he returns to his home world only to discover his oldest brother has found his bond mate – in an unusual species known as a human. What is even more astonishing is his reaction to an image of his brother’s bond mate’s sister.
Mak has set a new course – for Earth and the female that stirs his blood to fire! But first, he has to find her. Next, he has to convince her she belongs to him. If all else fails, he will just take her, after all, she is delicate, fragile, and no match for a Prime warrior.
What he doesn’t expect is to find her in trouble and fighting for her life. Now, he must save her before it is too late. But, even then there is no guarantee that she will come with him. For this small, fragile female has the strength and determination of twenty Prime males and values her independence.
Mak is about to learn that big trouble can come in very small packages and size is often a misconception because there is one female in the universe not afraid to stand up to him – even if she is afraid to love him.
Can he keep her alive long enough to realize she is the perfect mate for an untamed warrior or will the men determined to kill her take not only her life but his as well?

“Getting shot sucked, Tansy decided, getting shot twice sucked even more.”
*Quote from the book.
This book starts out with Tansy sitting down thinking. Before you think she’s some place chilling, think again. She’s in a foreign country freezing her butt off and her thoughts are anything but tranquil.
Needless-to-say she’s not having a good day and we’re dropped into the middle of the action that keeps on coming. Add one huge, badass alien to the mix and things really start to get interesting.
I adore both Tansy and Mac. They easily burrowed their way into my heart.
Great world building and a fantastic story. I love this series and can’t wait to read more.
Fun story with human undercover agent Tansy showing a prime warrior that strength isn’t always muscles and Mak showing her that love isn’t a weakness.
Tansy’s Titan by S. E. Smith
Book 3 of Cosmo’s Gateway series. Science fiction romance. Can be read as a stand-alone but better as part of the set.
Tansy’s is an undercover operative. When things go wrong and Tansy calls home to say goodbye, Cosmo manages to send Mak via a portal to Earth and Russia to help. And what a warrior he is. Mak will protect Tansy with everything he has.
Galaxy traveling, spies, bullets and destined mates. An adventure that’s filled with undercover escapes and dangers and time taken for some very sexy breaks.
The aliens aren’t purple or blue (this series predates those) but they are large and domineering.
A bit of humor can also be found in this book.
S. E. Smith writes strong and independent women and males that like to take charge and be protective at the same time.
One of my favourites in this series even though it is dealing with a horrible subject.
Tansy is the warrior of the Bell sisters. Ever since Hannah was kidnapped and came back a different person, Tansy had known she was going to try to make a difference in the world and help stop slave trafficking.
Hurt and believing her end is coming Tansy phones home to tell her family she loves them and say goodbye.
Cosmos though is able to send her the help she needs. In Tansy’s own words ‘It would take a friggin’ warrior from outer space’ to save her. Just what Cosmos has right beside him.
Mak has known Tansy was his bond mate from the first time he saw her in a photo. Mak is one of the toughest and strongest Prime Warriors of his people, he stands over seven feet tall and is all muscle. Just the right person to send to Tansy’s aid.
He races to her rescue through the gateway and saves her but they need to travel long haul back giving us another great story.
Mak has some self-confidence issues with women due to his size. They are either afraid of him or prostitutes tolerate him for his payment.
Tansy doesn’t even flinch from him and has no problem standing up to Mak and getting in his face. Tansy may be only five foottall but she is just as much a warrior as Mak is.
These two make a really great strong team, both stubborn with strong moral beliefs and the ability to get things done.
Tansy’s go it alone attitude towards the end, though understandable to a certain degree, grates a bit. Who would take on the baddies by yourself when you have a 7’ prime warrior to help you. Just too silly an attitude.
Loved the ending for the ratbags Tansy was dealing with.
