“Real love is rare, and its not something everyone gets. So when someone is fortunate enough to be loved, they need to cherish it because it could be gone tomorrow.”
Taming Georgia is an incredible love story between a well loved character and a passionate, kind loving man named Wyatt. It chronicles how a misunderstanding can change your life and how fate can bring you back together. Ellie once again provides us with a well written, easy to read romance novel that keeps you wanting to read just another page.
This is a standalone, spin-off of The Flawed Heart Series. This book will not disappoint. But, be prepared, you will not want to put it down and when you finish it the characters will remain with you for a while. It is a beautiful second chance love story.
Warning- you will want to read The Flawed Heart Series. I went back after reading this book and reread the whole series. Its just that good!
Good book, second chance love story.
4.5 Stars
I was so excited to hear Georgia was getting a book bonus when I found out it was a second chance romance, one of my favorite tropes. Wyatt and Georgia have a rocky start when they meat again after a rough parting in high school. This could be considered a bit of an enemies to lovers story as well. But slowly they both realized the pull they always felt with each other is still there. Wyatt sees Georgia is nothing like the stuck up rich girl he thought she was. He has a big heart but until now he’s kept everyone out with the exception of Cooper- his beloved Pit bull rescue and name sake for the animal shelter he founded. (As if I needed another reason to love Wyatt.) Elle’s books alway make me laugh, make me teary eyed and make me swoon leaving me with a big smile on my face.
This book is a spin off and can totally be read as a stand alone.
This was a great read by a very talented author. I really enjoyed learning more about Georgia and Wyatt. They have super interesting backstories and I couldn’t wait to see what was going to happen in their relationship. I was enthralled by this story from beginning to end. It was very well-written. Georgia is a character from a previous series that Ellie Wade wrote called The Flawed Heart series. I loved this character from those books so I was thrilled when I heard Ellie wrote a book to continue Georgia’s story. It captures her adventurous spirit and is peppered with great side characters that have a lot of depth to them. This is a definite must read. I highly recommend it!
Another awesome book by Ellie wade, the characters were lovable and what a fantastic story, really enjoyed this and couldn’t put it down can’t wait to read the next one x
Taming Georgia is a perfect example of loving yourself to find true love. Georgia and Wyatt complement each other well and bring a reality to the dog rescue side of the story. Great read! Once again, I am impressed 🙂
