I have read most of books in this series and it pays to read the first couple before you read this one
It is not my favourite of the series but it helps complete the picture of the characters

This is the 9th story in the Rebels of Sidyth series. I would recommend that you read it from the beginning, so you understand what is going on with the different characters and understand why these aliens, the Rebels of Sidyth are on this planet and why the human females are there. You could read this as a stand-alone, but you wouldn’t understand about the State Girls.
I have enjoyed this series. I like how the males take care of the females, how the males cannot ‘steal pleasure’ from the women without their permission. The women are really pampered compared to what they had been used to before they got here.
Alaska is one of the infamous State Girls, a very sought after group of Galactic Call Girls. Alaska is the one who is more cold, less emotional than others. She has seen their leader, Arizona fall for her alien and became Chosen mates. Alaska has been sharing pleasure with Taylis, a grumpy and sexy alien. Alaska starts to thaw out after her friend, Arizona, gets kidnapped and finally accepts Taylis’ proposal, in name only. But they do have to keep up appearances around others, so the lines start to blur.
Taylis gets a bit of a scare when Alaska’s friend Arizona gets kidnapped. They know that there are renegade Sidyths out there that want women. The renegades are placed on this planet for one reason or another, they were too troublesome on their own planet, they didn’t believe in how the women were treated on their own planet, but don’t want to follow the Prince’s rules. But they are men who want women for pleasure.
When Alaska gets kidnapped by the renegades, she realizes that if she had Chosen Taylis, and they were truly mated, these guys would have left her alone. She starts to realize that maybe been so cold of heart was okay when she was a Galactic Call Girl, but she doesn’t have to have a cold heart any more. It is okay to feel things and to give her heart to Taylis after all.

Men say women are impossible to understand.
Ha! Taylis was worse than any woman i have met.
But anyway. Taylis and Alaskas journey to figure out their true feelings was a bumpy one. Even scary at timrs.
They truly came together in the end.
I cant wait to see how they progress in the next book of the series.
Happy reading!

People says that love covers a multitude of sin (pain) but what if that pain is buried deep within the person, and avoided at all costs. What if the couple is surrounded by danger? Would the urgent overtake what is important?

I absolutely loved Sabrina Kades’s latest Rebel addition to the series! Must read! On a side note it’s a stand-alone but much more enjoyable if you read the other books in the series.

In this story we find out why Alaska is the way she is. She and Taylis start out just as pleasure mates but become more as the story develops. We also find out more about the outsiders that are starting to come around the site where the other Sidyth and their chosen live. There is always plenty of action and lots of steam in these book and this one is no exception. Love the series. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I am feeling giddy!!! Alaska has been tamed and has chosen. Who would have thought that the robot has a heart after all and it’s because of Taylis. I am loving these Sidyths and their resilience for their Chosen.
Their world is getting bigger and I can’t wait for Dakota’s story.

Book nine in the Rebels of Sidyth series this series just gets better with each new book. A well written story with a very good storyline. This is Taylis and Alaska’s story and everything they go through there is suspense, drama, danger, kidnapping, twists, turns, romance, and outsiders. I wonder what is going to happen next. I enjoyed reading this book I know when this series is finished I am going to read this series from the first to last book all over again. Exiled from their home planet for refusing to follow Sidyth customs and sent to an out-of-the-way world to fade into obscurity, these aliens are different because women are not treated as “pets” but as respected equals, loved and protected. Most of the men are looking for a new start with their Chosen mate. Many have already found her and children are being born into their new families.
Alaska is firmly convinced she doesn’t want a mate and is certain that choosing one will not give her happiness. She’s willing to accept a “pleasure mate”, like Taylis has been for the past year, but she doesn’t think it’s a good idea to expect anything more than that from a male.
Alaska decides to go out in the woods, despite being warned against it unless she has an escort. As she wanders, she thinks about Taylis and his comment that he didn’t want a mate – at least not a human one. Why is she even thinking about that, unless it’s because all the women seem to be finding their mate and having babies. As she turns to go back, Taylis is a few feet away from her. She is angry, thinking he is checking up on her to see if she is with another male, so she insults him and is surprised at his hurt look. He knows her scent has changed recently and she looks at him differently; she wants a mate. But is it because her friends have all found a mate, or is it because she wants HIM?
With a real risk of being abducted by renegade Sidyths, who seem to be getting bolder, Taylis offers Alaska a mating proposal to keep her safe. Of course it’s “in name only”, not intended to be real. At first, Alaska’s behavior, just like her name, starts out as icy as ever, but a change in her attitude as they spend more time together makes Taylis wonder if she might want more from their relationship. He wants to protect her, but if he doesn’t decide where he wants their relationship to go before the aggressive unmated males discover it’s a lie, he could have more problems than he is ready to tackle! Will he finally decide that the feelings he has are real? Will she realize he is not seeing her as a paid companion but as a woman he cares for?
This is a wonderful series I have followed from the start and really enjoy it. Some stories are more intense than others, but the reader gets to know many of the characters and can really like them. Grab your copy and see if Taylis will finally make his move before someone else takes his woman away from him. It’s obvious they both have feelings, but each is hesitant to speak up truthfully to the other!
Well worth reading!
