I’m not being cocky when I say I get attention from millions of women. As the Dating Guy on morning radio’s top L.A. music station, it’s my job to give the single guy’s perspective on dating, love, and sex, and I’m killing it in the ratings. The best part? I have to stay single (it’s in my contract) and with a faux British accent on air, no one knows who I really am. The mystery is part of my … impressive appeal.
I love my job.
I’m great at it.
I have no trouble getting a date or getting laid.
Until I meet her. Teague Watters. She’s a breath of fresh air, and I can’t stop thinking about her. As a rule, I always leave women wanting more. But this time I want more. Teague is into me, I can see it in her eyes, yet she’s playing hard to get. Well, bring it, because I’m game for the chase.
Circumstances deem I should keep my distance so I don’t hurt either one of us. But the fact is, I’m having a hard time backing off.
Because sometimes the thing you can’t have is the thing you want–and need–the most.

I LOVED the Secret Wishes series and the Watters crew so I was beyond excited to read Teague’s story!
Mateo is very popular with the ladies, both as himself and his alter-ego Bennett- The Dating Guy. Mateo is loving his job but while out one night, he runs into a woman, literally, and can’t take his eyes off of her. Except Teague wants nothing to do with him. It seems like fate is working its magic with these two when Teague starts working for his mother. There’s amazing chemistry between Mateo and Teague but she doesn’t want to risk her job and he’s contractually obligated to be single.
I loved the interactions between Mateo and Teague. The friendship that they built was an amazing foundation for what they developed. This book was a fantastic check in with the Watters family and introduction to a whole new group of characters. I can’t wait to get to know this group of friends!
