Although he soon realizes his error, he makes Lark his bride anyway, still hoping to capitalize on her family’s connections. Escape is nearly impossible, and before long Lark is not sure whether she even wants to leave. Without those powers, she cannot hope to face the evil rising within the kingdom…or save the man she now calls husband.
more
The first book of the trilogy is a reimagining of Beauty And The Beast and has been done before, oh how it has been done before. Books 2 and 3 save the series.
All three stories left me wanting more. I was disappointed when the series ended.
I loved the Latter Kingdoms books. One thing I really appreciated was that there was no explicit sex scenes in any of the 3 novels. Yet the stories were interesting, readable and suitable for any age, say over 12. They were a wonderful, whimsical, magical escape and I thoroughly enjoyed the series. I look forward to reading more
I really enjoyed the books. It’s a good story and well told, and is happily ever after. I am looking forward to reading more books in this series.
I intend to re-read these enjoyable stories again.
I haven’t made through all 3 books but what I have read so far, am liking immensely.
Great read.
Engrossing!
Clean romance
I loved these three books. Fantasy, romance and adventure rolled together to create amazing love stories in a thrilling world.
This is an amazing series! Spent three days just reading these books. Could barely tear myself away to go to work.
