Abducted by seven-foot-tall aliens who deal with escape attempts… harshly Natali: Stay in your room, and don’t come out… If only I had listened. I’ve been trapped in my estate since I was young. I long for freedom but the world outside is filled with danger. Scorp will rip you to shreds. Toads will sell you to the highest bidders, and Aurelians… Gods, the things the huge, dominant Aurelians … things the huge, dominant Aurelians would do to me…
The massive, possessive aliens are obsessed with one thing – finding their Fated Mate and seeding her. If they catch the scent of a mate, nothing holds them back. Driven wild by the thought of their mate, more and more Aurelians are going rogue, kidnapping, capturing, and training their mate to serve their endless desires.
If other families learned of our new fortune, they’d kidnap me and use me as a pawn against my father. No. It’s safer to be behind these walls, and experience the universe through books and my imagination. When three huge, powerful alien warriors arrive, I’m petrified… but I can’t stop myself from taking a closer look.
I shouldn’t have gone anywhere near them.
One glance was all it took for him to capture me.
And only my captors can set me free.

Natali grew up in a sprawling estate bordered by towering walls and patrolled by sentinel robots because she was the daughter of a wealth man and he wanted to protect her. Instead she was caged the same as any prisoner, no friends to talk to and places to see. Books were her only salvation until one night she was kidnapped by three Aurelian warriors intent on gaining access to her father’s orb mines. It was not the only reason, they wanted to confirm what their senses had told them. She was their fated mate, the one woman who could seal their bond and bear their children. Attracted as she was to the alien warriors, Natali sought to escape but in the end the bond was too strong to ignore and she surrendered to her fated mates. This story did not end there, however you will have to read the book to find out if the bond is strong enough to survive the troubled times ahead. An enjoyable read with captivating characters and storyline.

While all the Aurelian stories are good read, this one goes one step further to allow the author the opportunity to bring details and background information that is known only to the author, making this story much richer than the others in the series.
