A dangerous hitman finds love in lust in this dark and suspenseful modern myth from Tabatha Drake. We don’t belong together. Dante Hart only wants one thing from me. He’ll give me the one thing I want in return. To save my father’s life, to pay off his debt to the cruel Zappia family, I’ll be his plaything for one night.Or so I thought.Wrong place, wrong time. My night with the devil has ruined me … place, wrong time. My night with the devil has ruined me and burned my life to the ground.
Now, all I want is my freedom.
But Dante won’t let me go. Not without giving him the one thing he wants in return.
The one thing I could never give to a monster like him.

This series just keeps on intensifying and each book.. SWOON!!!!. This one right from chapter one I was intrigued and frankly dante’s approach although orthodox and untraditional is .
He is smitten with her and wants her right from when he lays eyes on just her photograph.
All is casual and relaxed until a major turn of events drastically changes everything for both Dante and Lucy trigerring events that changes everything.
This is a story of revenge and how when one’s will is so strong you can get over any tragedy if you will to do so. Dante even though is an unapologetic mob person slash secret agent yet his transformation where Lucy is concerned just melted me completely. Loved loved this one.
The storyline was well written, the plot flowed smoothly from page to page and the characters were written with such great detail and depth that I was totally engaged until the very end!
This breaks your heart. To pay your fathers debt you give yourself as payment. What kind of parent does this !? Selfish. Soul sucking pathetic creature.
While this is not your typical way of how to meet the man of your dreams it does have a lot of good parts. Dante and Lucy are meant for each other and surprisingly bring out the best in each other.
I read and reviewed a copy of this book.

This was another awesome read by Tabitha Drake. You will not want this read to end it is that enthralling. I loved it and can’t wait to read more from her. Go grab this one today.
Lucy and Dante meet when Lucy’s dad agrees to use her to pay his gambling debts that Dante has come to collect. Both characters are feisty and stubborn and a perfect match for each other. This is a great story and held my attention from the get-go.

Hitman and Ballet Dancer continue…………..will he claim her?
I am in love with this series. It is really well written with a very interesting and engaging story-line and fantastic characters.
Tainted Love starts where the previous book, Secret Love, ends. So this series is not stand-alone books but instead they are interconnected and continue the main plot throughout.
I received a free ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review. My opinions are all my own.
This story was published as The Hitman’s Dancer but has been reworked and parts have been added. Dante is a hitman and there to collect a debt. Lucy’s father is deep in gambling debt. So when Dante is there to collect, Lucy takes his place instead. These two are initially like oil and water but eventually you see how they meld together. While you may at first think Lucy is a pushover, you couldn’t be more wrong. Such a strong woman who won’t just be bossed around. This excites Dante and as you get to know him, you see his softer side and that he has a big heart. Snake Eyes is in this book so beware of the drama that will ensue.

Having previously read this when it was The Hitman’s Dancer I was pleased to give it the once over again. I forgot how good Dante and Lucy were together. Packed full of action, drama and intense chemistry we find ourselves getting drawn back into this captivating series. I’m so looking forward to the next in the series.
I love Lucy and you will too . Action packed romance between a mercenary and a ballerina. When Dante see a picture of Lucy. He sees a sophisticated, poised dancer with grave. She is all that but foul mouthed and not shy about telling you what she thinks. When Lucy first meets Dante she is expecting an old ugly guy with a blubber around his middle. What she gets is a hot young guy with killer eyes. It was lust at first site. Danger and old enemies throw obstacles but these two lovers keep going.

Dante gains a lover and freedom!

Dante was an assassin working under cover with the Chicago Mafia when on a routine mission to kill a man for unpaid debts he sees a woman he has to have, if only for one night. Lucy reluctantly agrees for one night with Dante in exchange for her father’s life. It was a night of passion that neither of them would forget. When the chance to repeat it they grab it and in doing so set in place a killing spree they will remember forever. Dante manages to rescue Lucy from a burning building and whisks her away to safety, Dante’s is exposed and his organisation is in ruins. Lucy recovering from injury and the death of her father by the mafia, she is determined to kill the man who killed her father, This is a love story that should never have been, a thirst for revenge and love that was explosive as it was powerful. This story is part three of a series that has captivated me from the beginning, each book explores the hidden organization of assassins until it is exposed and destroyed giving Dante and Lucy a chance to live a life together forever free from its shadow.

I really enjoy this series a lot. Dante and Lucy were great and I just really like them. He was there to claim her dads life but offered her a chance to save him and she agreed for one night. That is enough for him though and he wants and is determined to get more and to claim her. Just love this series and characters.
This series is so good and I love it. Dante is my favorite. Dante may be a cold blooded hot man for the Zappias, but you get to see his sweet and caring side around Lucy. Lucy is a ballerina, and when she learns that her father is threatened, she agrees to one night with Dante. One stipulation to the night, no sex. That will be followed as long as Lucy doesn’t touch Dante. If she does, all bets are off. Once that happens, you see just how sizzling hot their chemistry is. They have an instant connection and once Dante’s original job is revealed, he will do everything and anything to keep Lucy safe. You get to see old characters and meet some new one, too. This had a flowing storyline that never slowed down. There of course is death, along with action, deception, revenge, love an some twists and turns. This is a great series and needs to be read. Don’t miss out on reading Lucy and Dante’s story. I can’t wait to see what else happens in this series.
I am loving this. Everything about it. It was one night. That’s all. To save her father, Lucy had to spend one night with Dante. Yeah, not so much. One night turns into so much more when it’s these two.
The chemistry and fire between Lucy and Dante is downright explosive, and hot enough to scorch. The plot with enough twist to keep you hooked. This book is amazing.
I suggest reading book one and two before reading this one, but this book is so, so good. I loved every word of Dante and Lucy’s story, and I can’t wait for the next book in the series.
Another amazing book in the Killer Love Saga. Reading this revised version made me fall in love with Dante and Lucy all over again. I loved how the prologue is interconnected with the first two books (from different POVs), leading up to a bigger scene (so can’t wait for it again!). I loved how this story continued right from the ending of the previous book, Secret Love. I really enjoyed getting the reaction from Lucy when she found out what her father had done.
I loved how sassy and stubborn Lucy was right from the beginning (I’d forgotten how much of a foul-mouth she had on her!), as well as with Dante, I thought these two were perfect for each other. I loved the back and forth they had between them right from the start to the very end. These two went through so much together and I loved how they cared for each other and stuck together. Although I loved Lucy and Dante when they got together, I did feel that Lucy gave in to him way to easily (but I mean, who wouldn’t with that guy?!). I would’ve loved to see more of a fight with her when it came to Dante and them being together (very hot by the way!).
I loved meeting the twins all over again, I forget how awesome and kick-a** their characters were. I really enjoyed how they welcomed Lucy and made her a part of the family they had.
I felt like there were some missing answers to Dante and his life which I’m hoping get answered when Lilah’s book comes out. But still and amazing read that I couldn’t put down.
Well the plot of this book has it all
Suspense drama a few twist and turns romance
and a lot of chemistry between the characters.
Will one night be enough or will Lucy find it hard to
walk away from Dante .
To find out you are going to have to read it yourself.
I highly recommend this book.

This may be my favorite so far in the Snake Eyes books with Dante and Lucy, a power couple, and ones you don’t want to cross. Their get together is not conventional when Dante demands a night with Lucy to forgive her father’s debts, and she agrees to help her father out…again. The two have sparks and by the end of the night, she can’t resist Dante, nor does she want to. She gets tangled up with the biggest mob boss with Dante and when Dante is exposed for who he really is and leaves, he ends up destroying Lucy’s life…will he come back and put it back together.
Oh my a delicious and sometimes dark read that I sinked my teeth into. These two had sparks…oh boy did they have sparks and the steam…oh my the steam. But what had me glued to the pages was Lucy and her smart mouth with all the perfect lines and banter, giving as good as she got and then some. Not afraid of anyone, sticking up for herself with no holds barred…LOVED her. Dante, dark, mysterious, smexy, and dangerous…wow. These two combust on the pages and I couldn’t get enough of them. Not only that but the suspense, action, murder/mayhem, blood and gore….loved it.
*I voluntarily read an advanced copy and expressed my honest opinion*
This story picks up exactly where Secret Love ends. While this book focuses on the relationship between Dante and Lucy, it is not a standalone. But I can honestly say, I loved this series when it first released and love it even more with the second edition.
Dante Hart is a Snake Eyes operative working undercover in the Zappia mob. While on assignment as the Zappia mob’s hit man, he’s sent to kill Lucy’s father, a man who owes a debt from his gambling habit. When attempting to collect that debt, Dante sees a photograph of the man’s daughter, Lucy Vaughn. Dante offers to settle the debt in exchange for a date with Lucy.
I absolutely love these two. They are a perfect match for each other. The chemistry between them is strong and passionate and the banter kept me smiling. While the connection is quick, the building love happens over time and builds throughout the story with strength, hardship, and determination.
I’m not going to ruin things with a spoiler, but the underlying Snake Eyes story comes into play and disaster strikes, pushing the action storyline ahead and thrusting these two together. The strength and resilience in Lucy is inspiring and proof she’s a strong match for Dante. And the care he takes with her is a clear indication of his growing love. It’s emotional, passionate, and absolutely beautiful. It’s a story and series you won’t want to miss.
/I received an early edition of this book. This did not affect my opinion of the story or content of my review./
Dante and Lucy are one of my favorite couple’s in these stories! Lucy is feisty, strong-willed, foul-mouthed, persistent, graceful, and full of heart. Dante is a seeming cold blooded killer, but we discover his twisted soft side in this book. We also meet his twin siblings; Lilah & Elijah. Snake-Eyes leads to all kinds of drama in this book. Originally released as The Hitman’s Dancer under the Tabatha Kiss name, I love the expansion of the book and the rebranding of the series. I received a review copy.
