A gorgous love story that proves good friends are the essence of life. Eva is so likeable and relatable, you just want life to turn out for her. Loved the Stenish Royals and can’t wait to read the next instalment.
A beautiful romance about family, tradition and risking it all for love. The Stenish Royals are beautifully written and I loved being part of their Kingdom and seeing their world through the eyes of outsider, Eva and Prince Henrik. I adored Felix in particular and can’t wait to read his story in the series. Highly recommended for lovers of fashion, royalty and romance.
What I love about Jayne Kingsley’s romances is the sense I am going to feel happy when I finish her books. Tailored for Her Prince doesn’t disappoint. It’s a right royal fairy tale romance, with an adorable lead in Eva and a truly decent yet deeply troubled hero, Prince Henrik. There are some great secondary characters too. Add to that the author’s love and understanding of the fashion world, some perfect humorous moments (I’ll just say fountains here!) and a deeper undertone that kept me turning the pages and Jayne Kingsley is going to be my go-to for feel-good romance from here on. Can’t wait for more Stenish Royals!
This is a beautiful story, beautifully written, a fabulous setting and the true dream of most girls while growing up I think, I for one always wanted to be a princess, it is a story that is sure to make the reader smile just what is needed with everything that is going on today, I really did enjoy my escape to Stenaco and getting to know Henrik and Eva, I hope that you will enjoy this one as much as I did.
Eva James is working hard in the family tailoring business when the last person she expected to see walks into the shop, Henrik the man that she lost her heart to in Italy five years ago, the man who up and left her without any word, and now she is going to journey to his homeland of Stenaco her world is turning upside down, will she get some questions answered and will she keep her heart or will Henrik reignite the love that has been quietly resting there?
Henrik is stunned when his brother Felix takes him to the tailor shop and the beautiful Eva is there the woman he never forgot, the woman who he could not love but did with all of his heart and now she is in his royal palace and keeping his emotions under wrap is not easy especially when his family and best friend find Eva so beautiful inside and out like he did.
There is a lot of emotion flowing through the words in this story, secrets and fears that have been kept for a long time and now it is time to set them free and finally find the happiness and love that is deserved by Henrik and the beautiful Eva, I thought MS Kingsley bought these characters to life on the pages and they were all so easy to love and woohoo on this being the first in a series I am looking forward to the royal siblings getting their stories. Thank you MS Kingsley for a beautiful romance that hit the spot so very nicely.
If you love stories about royals and romance, then this is the perfect book!
This is the first time for me reading one of Ms. Kingsley’s books and I’m so glad I did! It’s a great story about second chance love. A beautiful romance between a royal and a commoner, and putting it all on the line in the name of love. Henrik and Eva were perfect together, so endearing and full of chemistry. The storyline was wonderful, depicting a great love story with a happy ending. This is a great start to a new series and I am looking forward to the all upcoming stories!

Tailored for the Prince is Jayne Kingsley’s The Stenish Royals Series. It focuses on Eva James, who had a one week fling with Henrik in the past, and Crown Prince Henrik of Stenaco, who is in love with Eva but is committed to marry a childhood friend. Five years later they meet again in England, but Eva has to go to Stenaco to save the family business. Eva and Henrik still have strong feelings for one another. I recommend this wonderful second chance romance with its great characters and steamy royal romance.

This book had be hooked from the first line, which is a cracker!
I do love a story about royals as the lifestyle and expectations brings so much drama, and this book does not disappoint. I also love books with fashionable heroines and Eva and her designs had me drooling and wishing they were real. I stole moments away to read this (the children may have been ignored) and it was a great escape from day to day life.
Highly recommend and I can’t wait for the rest of the series!
Tailored For Her Prince #1 – I had a hard time getting into this story, it was not written for me. I was turned off by the usage of commoners speak by the royals and the tailor; this class of elites do not use contractions. Appearances are important.
I tire easily of characters filled with self doubt. The lack of the ability to communicate bothers me, too. I found this book on Booksprout. 3*
If The Shoe Fits – A very short story. This is a cute introduction to Heide, the shoe designer, and Reid, a man with a family crest, and his sister Samantha. A spilled coffee brings opportunity and possibilities. 4*
Christmas on Hope Street is a collection of shorter length stories by four AU authors. These are my first reads. I would have enjoyed these stories more if they had been set in Oz instead of the States, I live here and know all about my country. The authors did do a great job with old fashioned small town living and values. 4* (See complete review.)
Jayne Kingsley, A Kiss for Christmas Eve – Another sweet romance with good storylines and good characters. The townsfolk are a good part of this story, which makes you wish these towns still existed as a whole instead of pieces here and there dying out with the older generations passing and new people moving in clueless on how to be part of a whole or sharing the same values. 4*
