I should have listened to him … but I didn’t.

Truly a beautiful story. Tag and Bella both are battling their own issues. His are his painful past and hers is her father, Jase. Love all the characters. Enjoy reading about the original Steel men and their wives. Hot in true Steel fashion. My only negative, wanted to know more about Lunas past with Mara and what Tags tattoos meant. Despite some unanswered questions, still an awesome read.
The next generation of the Steel family and what an exciting start with Bella’s story.
It’s been a while since I read the first book in the men of steel SERIES but there was plenty to remind me of the overprotective Alpha hottie that is Jace Steel and how he copes or should I say doesn’t cope when his baby girl meets a man that is a younger version of himself.
An interesting plot, plenty of hotness family dramas, laugh out loud moments and angst, BELLA was an enjoyable read that leads to a hea and can be read as a standalone without reading the previous series.
Looking forward to more in the series.
I enjoyed Bella’s story. It was good because of her sass and wit. She’s all Steel and shows it well.
There were a few parts that were really busy. A couple of times I had to read parts again to understand who was saying what. Compared to the original Steel books, this one seemed rushed.
I did enjoy it because the Steel Family is in my top five of all time favorites! Bella and Tag were the perfect match. Perfect balance for each other. I really loved their banter with one another but throw in all the Steels with their banter and I fell in love with them all over agin.
Q: “You think I see anyone but you, you’re wrong. Let me know when all you see is me.”
I. LOVED. BELLA! I’ve long been a fan of M.J. Fields and it’s no coincidence that I decided to read and review this title for my blog. You see, JASE: Steel Brothers – A Family Affair (A Men of Steel Book 1) happened to be my very first M.J. Fields book. So I jumped all over the chance to read another book in this saga, and one that I had been anticipating for what amounted to forever… even if I never knew she would write Bella’s story, I wanted it! And without a doubt, it was pure perfection to read Bella, Little Belle’s, story after following the Family Steel for five other books.
Q: “And I don’t like telling the guy who did shit to my back, who shouldn’t have been forgiven yet was, that his sexy as fuck face and his big, pierced dick is all I’m interested in riding.”
Bella is a YA, single-parent, second chance romance and it’s written in dual POV. I have been missing the Forever Steel family for some time and loved that we were getting another story in this family’s saga. I was entertained nonstop… laughing out loud a few times and needing a cold shower at intervals. It’s a fast, fun and sexy read that made my heart gooey and put the sparkle back in my eyes for the Steel Family. If you’re wondering if you can read it as a standalone, the answer is yes… but the story will be richer if you read the entire family saga in order. I mean, there are explanations in Bella for some things that pertain specifically to Bella’s story. But knowing the characters, as you will after reading the previous books within the series, is where some of my favorite moments lived!
Q: “And if you think love at first sight is a joke, man”— I sigh—“I’m sorry because it’s not just a game changer; it changes your heart’s rhythm.”
Bella is everything I expected and wanted as the daughter of Jase Steel. And knowing how she grew up, I expected her to find an equally amazing man to go along with the men that make up her core family. And she did. Tag was fantastic. A hero who not only was swoon-worthy but brought out the best in the heroine he decides is his in the first moment they meet. I loved the man M.J. Fields built the story around. The single father who would do anything for his daughter… the alpha he becomes with Bella, and I know that new and old readers will feel the same. If you’ve never read MJ Field before, well you’re definitely missing out, but you can rest assured that you can’t go wrong with a book that’s part of her Steel Family saga. Grab this one now, and the box set of the Steel Brothers and sit yourself down for a binge read! You’ll be thanking me!!! 4.5 Stars!!!!!
As a forever Steel fan I was excited to read the story of Bella and I wasn’t disappointed.Great characters, hot and fast paced storyline and of course the sassiness of the rest of the next generation of the Steel family. Added in the mix was Tags and Luna and another fantastic book from Mj Fields was easily my holiday favourite read.
4.5 stars!!!
I get so excited when the children of the Alphas I’ve read get their own books!! I love seeing the dads react to their baby girls falling in love, especially with alpha men. And the way this one was wrote was just as good. I love how MJ took the concept of Ink Master and flipped it and twisted it and made a book around it,or that was my take on it anyway. I loved the way the other kids and cousins reacted to Bella and her being out on her own. And can’t wait to read their books!!! I highly recommend this book and you don’t necessarily have to read the first series of books but I would recommend it because it would make a lot more sense. – By Tina
5 FOREVER STEEL STARS
Oh how I’ve missed the Steel family! Bella and Tags were down right explosive and seductive from beginning to end that I couldn’t put it down. Their story was enthralling, entertaining and all-consuming. How can you go wrong with a dirty talking sexy hero and a gorgeous sassy tell-like-it-is heroine…..you can’t, that’s why you’ll be begging for so much more when it comes to an end! Im looking forward to more Steel family!
Bella: Tag, you’re it, is the Men of Steel Book 6 and is the first of the ‘second generation’ in this series and it’s off with a bang – MJ Fields you did not disappoint!
The originals tell the story of the family (hot, tattooed, sex on legs tattoo artists come good and the rest of their family and those books were sexy as hell as well as totally addictive reads. So I was excited that the Steel family are back with the second generation of Steels – starting with Isabella (aka Little Bell / Bella)
Bella being the oldest of the Steel kids, has just graduated college and looking for her first job – needing to break the last of her father’s rules – no decorating her body (yes there’s the irony, being that her family not only own a tattoo parlour, but they’re all heavily inked themselves!), she walks into a studio as it’s closing up, but Tags having spied her outside, tells Sisco (his best friend and owner), that he’ll ‘take care of it’
Tags is a tattooed, sex-on-legs artist that gives Bella a tattoo symbolising the strong females in her life – with his own stamp (literally!)
When she meets Tag they just bat back and forth off each other, Tag tells it as it is and seriously makes you LOL, swoon and also you better be prepared for cuteness overload, when you read the interaction with him and his little girl, Luna.
The family also play a part in this book and they are still as hilarious as ever – I can’t get enough of this family. I absolutely love ‘The Men Of Steel’ series and can already tell that these ‘kids’ are gonna give the ‘older’ Steel generations a run for their money!
MJ, I need the next one like yesterday!!
If I could give it more I would 5/5
I don’t know where to start with this book. I knew I had to have it from the first time I seen the blurb. Jase and his family are still my favorite family in romance. I couldn’t keep a smile off my face for over half the book. The story was intense, the characters wonderful, and the original Steels’ reactions were consistent with their characters. I enjoyed Tags and Bella immensely. Cannot wait to see which next generation Steel is next.
What a treat to be back with the Steel family and this time it’s the next generation and Jase Steel’s daughter Bella’s story. Jase is very protective of his daughter as you would expect from any of the Steel men but she is all grown up and wants a life if her own, she is a Steel in almost every way, she is sassy, ambitious and smart and it looks like she has met the perfect match in Tag but will her family see him as the perfect man or will they try to scare him off…..
I was so excited to be back in the Steel world and I was not disappointed, the banter was hilarious and it flowed naturally and it was great to meet new additions to the world of hot tattooed men namely Tag who stole my heart. I loved Bella, Tag and al the cousins and I’m excited to see who’s story we gir next from the very talented M.J Fields.
Forever Steel
Bella is just an amazing woman. Even though she was raised by her grandparents and always taught that her father was a bad person, she still grew up to be loving and kind – and a Steel. I think we always knew that she would rebel at some point against Jase but who knew she would do it with such enthusiasm. Hooking up with Tags was the best decision she could have ever made. I love that MJ wrote this couple with love yet hurt, strength with weakness and morals (when applicable). Bella found a love as strong as her parents and hopefully they won’t have too much to fight for later in life.
Jace’s Daughter. Yep a rule breaker just like he is. I freaking loved Bella. Not only is she a rule breaker but she is a ball breaker, a girl with a huge heart, a fighter and stubborn when it comes to what she wants. Bella is someone you can easily get behind. I absolutely loved having a book about her. I loved seeing Jace have to deal with girl that . She is just like him in so many ways. Bella takes off to college and breaks every rule her father set. The one main one she breaks is when she meets Tags. But she doesn’t know who he is until she goes for a job. That is when things between these two get really interesting. I loved these two together. The push and pull between these two is adorable. Swoon worthy. I absolutely love Tags with his daughter. This was one amazing book from beginning to end. Two amazing characters who overcome so much in their lives. Hoping to get more from the kids.
Bella by M.J. Fields
This is one of those WOW stories, you can’t put down until the last page. The plot has it all; drama, secrets, great characters, family banter and romance. It deserves way more than 5 stars. A very sexy read with a lot of chemistry between Isabella and Carter.
Bella meets Tags while breaking the last of her dad’s rules—not marking her skin—the night before her college graduation. Tags knows she is somehow different, but can’t do anything about it for months. I love the Steele family. They are a riot. And poor Jase just wants to keep Bella his little girl. This is a great story. There are a lot of things going on that are brought to light that Bella has an understandably hard time dealing with. The Steele kids are a major force to be reckoned with and I can’t wait for their stories!
I love those Steels and now the second generation has started. I loved this book from start to finish. I couldn’t put it down. I got mad when life got in the way and I had to stop reading. How dare life interrupt my reading of this book! I loved Bella and Tags.Bella and Tags burned up the pages. Tags and Luna were definitely ovary bursting like Bella said. Those were some of my favorite moments. I laughed quite often throughout this book. I mean the Steel men and their wives produced some funny spots. This book also has a ton of heart and feels. The emotion can be felt from the characters. If you haven’t given MJ Fields a chance you’re missing out. She delivers on humor and heart, but also the heat. Also if you don’t mind a F-bomb thrown in she is the an author to check out. I can’t tell you how much I recommend this book. It’s a book you want to just gobble up, but one you’re sad to see end.
I’ve been really looking forward to the book and boy MJ Fields did not disappoint!
This book had everything I love about the Steel series: Alpha males, strong females, heaps of warmth and emotion and leading characters with amazing chemistry and of course some super hot times.
I devoured this book in one sitting; it tugged at the heart strings and made me smile and warm and giddy.
I cannot wait for more from the next generation of Steels.
4.5 stars
FOREVER STEEL
I absolutely love everything Steel. The story was amazing and Bella and Tags are a couple that you won’t forget. MJ has created a phenomenal family that makes you want to become a Steel. I really enjoyed Bella’s story especially reading Jase’s reaction is priceless. Another 5 Star read that everyone will enjoy.
Here the Deal If you been reading MJ since Jases book (Men of Steels) series You know Jase his wit his life. Also you will know about Bella the Next Generation the others. The Steel Brothers are Hysterical as ever
If your tired of The Steels you might like. If you tired of HOT sex scenes you might like this book Yes it all spin off of spin off. So I know people are judgy on that but Im going off story its HOT and Funny as all STEELs are so Bella is no different.
She wanted some just like her Dad funniest part is She did and now Jase doesnt like it. Then again what Dad likes anyone banging there daughter.
Tag (Carter Taggert) is a tattoo artist just trying to fix his life all for his daughter. Then meets Bella one night but tags her with a tattoo and a promise. After a quick hookup they will never be the same.
He cant forget her.She cant forget him.
“You shoot the first one, word will spread” (Cyrus)
“Tell him, whatever he does to our little Bell, Zandor will do to him.” (Xavier)
“Compare every single boy you ever meet to the man I was when you come back into my life. Nobody will love you like I do. If he even comes close, I will shake his hand and give him my blessing”
“She is…Me”
“No decorating Bella. That last D is the one that tends to leave the biggest mark.”
“Dont ask me to stay when you taught me to fly.”
“I can’t wait to lick away your pain.”
“You think I see anyone but you , you’re wrong. Let me know when all you see is me.”
I love and have missed the Steel family so when I saw we were getting a next generation book, I was so damn excited!
Jase Steel has always been protective of his beautiful daughter, Bella. Now she is all grown up and you will know when you read this that she is definitely his daughter! She is full of sass, attitude, ambition and smarts and she has met her perfect match when she meets Tags. Now, Jase is going to have to accept that Bella has a new number one guy and even though he doesn’t want to admit it Jase likes him.
Tags looks rough around the edges and from the outside you would never see his beautiful soul. He is a single dad and has been through a lot, has learned from his mistakes and is a better man in the end. When he first lays eye on Bella his heart knows she will eventually be his. So, when they end up working together he has to seize the opportunity given to him, open up and let her see all the goodness that life together has to offer!
This quote is such a Steel motto: (thoughts from Tags)
You don’t like your path, change it.
When someone offers a hand, take it.
Real respect is earned.
True loyalty is a rarity.
And a steel heart is one you could love without worry and trust to love you back forever.
