Released from the magic pokey and paroled with limited power is enough to make any witch grumpy. However, if you throw in a recently resurrected cat, a lime-green Kia and a sexy egotistical werewolf, it’s enough to make a gal fly off the edge. Not to mention a mission…with no freaking directions. So here I sit in Asscrack, West Virginia trying to figure out how to complete my mysterious mission … mysterious mission before All Hallows Eve when I’ll get turned into a mortal. The animals in the area are convinced I’m the Shifter Whisperer (whatever the hell that is) and the hotter-than- asphalt-in-August werewolf thinks I’m his mate. Now apparently I’m slated to save a bunch of hairy freaks of nature?
If they think I’m the right witch for the job, they’ve swallowed some bad brew.

Enjoyable fantasy.
These series is so fun. The characters are potty mouthed and make you laugh. It is a breeze to read and just mind candy, but so fun.
Horribly written. The language is atrocious.
Fun, entertaining, and a good story= very enjoyable

Cute, fun, easy to read. A nice take on a witch story.
The whole series is awesome!!
I’ve read this book more than once and it never fails to make me happy.
I loved this book. Robyn Petterman writes so very well. It’s full of humor and great fun. The main characters are very different and yet they can’t seem to keep away from each other. I started reading and never wanted to put it down. I can’t wait to read more books from this author.
Such a fun quick read. Loved it

Love this book was a must read for the next book
ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!!!!
I found this series through Deanna Chase’s contributions to the Magic & Mayhem Kindle World, which feature her character Ida May (from the Pyper Rayne series) and Robyn Peterman’s Zelda (and others). Switching Hour follows Zelda as she tries to restart her life after a stint in magic prison for killing her familiar. Of course, her familiar is a cat so he just lost one life and figures prominently in this novel. After her release, Baba Yaga (top dog in the witch world) sends Zelda to her recently deceased Aunt Hildy’s home to complete a vague and mysterious mission. Zelda never knew Hildy existed so she has know idea what to expect in Asscrack, West Virginia, and really has no idea what her mission is and how to complete it. All she knows is that she has until Halloween to succeed, or Baba Yaga will make her mortal. The story that follows is hilarious, sexy, and even touching. Peterman’s characters are a joy to meet, and I’m looking forward to reading the next book in the series.
