Jake submits to me in every way and I trust him with my life… but something’s missing and my instincts are telling me that Sophia may be the key.Sophia’s life has turned upside down. She’s lived her whole life in the flock of the shifters of the air. However, she’s learnt that she was adopted after … learnt that she was adopted after being abandoned at the local hospital. She’s always felt an infinity to the water, and the strangest attraction to the two gay guys that run the beach side cafe.
When she enters a forbidden pool and her legs turn into fins, her topsy turvy life truly takes a dramatic turn.
Jake and Patrick are partners in business, and mates in real life. They hadn’t realised they’d been missing a part of themselves until Sophia turns up. She’s intelligent, beautiful and a virgin. She brings out their most dominant and protective instincts. Sophia is the missing key to their hearts, and the future of their pod.
But the elders are determined to lock her up behind heavy bars, and Patrick and Jake won’t stand for it.
Will they have to choose between their pod and the woman they were born to protect? And when the dust settles, will Patrick be able to rule as the true Alpha he is?

A really good shifter romance.
I have really enjoyed this series!
Sophia was adopted by a bird shifting family but when she turned twenty-one, she didn’t shift into a bird. But she has been feeling the pull of the sea lately. She’s also been feeling closer to Jake and Patrick but they are a couple and she’s starting to feel left out, more and more. But they are feeling a connection that is getting stronger with Sophia too. They are just fighting it because they think she’s human. They are all in for a pretty big surprise though and then they’ll have to decide what to do from there.
As with the first two books in this series, Shifters of the Land, Sea and Air, each book is interwoven and builds on the next so it’s better to read them in the order they are written. Each triad has its own issues and will pull you in until the very end.

Swimming Destiny
Tamsin Baker
Sophie did not shift when she turned 21 into a bird like her parents. They then told her that she was adopted because they could not have children. She is upset and goes to the cafe where she sees the two men that she desires everyday. They asked her what is wrong and she tells them, and they told her that they were shifters of the sea. She then finds out that she is actually a mermaid!
Read the book to find out more! What a great end of series book.

The good storyline and the well detailed characters grabbed my attention from the very beginning and wouldn’t let me go until I finished reading the very last page!
Patrick and Jake run a cafe and are together and don’t realize they are missing a piece to their puzzle until they meet Sophia. Can they protect her and convince her that she should be with them forever?
I loved this third and final book in the Shifters of the Land, Sea, and Air series. It’s the sea shifters who get their due and their true alpha in this story. This is a very enjoyable, quick read. Due to the length, the story moves very quickly, and the relationship between the existing pair of Jake and patrick and the young virgin Sophia develops fast. It works, because of the concept of fated mates, and the intimate scenes between the trio are hot and intense. I liked the way the epilogue showed how everything worked out for the trio and the pod.

This was a great end to this series. The storyline was interesting and fun. The characters are well developed and realistic with great chemistry. The storyline is interesting and holds your attention from the beginning to end.
I loved Knowing Destiny and Fighting Destiny but Swimming Destiny blew me out of the water so to speak. This book was absolutely incredible. I told my daughter about it and while this isn’t her usual type of book she read it and loved it too. I loved the protective nature of Patrick for both his mates and Jake’s concerns over not being with a woman before Sophia struck as true and honest. Recommend this book, series author, and this series

I liked the characters and the chemistry was good but the story just feel complete. I think, maybe, it needed to be longer? There was just something missing and I felt let down because I enjoyed the first two books in the series and was excited to read this one. The book definitely isn’t bad it just wasn’t as good as the first two. Enjoy.
***I decided to review an ARC of this book.***
After the first two books, I was ready for this one. We met Sophia in the last book featuring the air shifters and she’s struggling with the news of being adopted. Her favorite place to be is a cafe on the beach owned by mated sea shifters, Patrick and Jake. She has always been drawn to the ocean and wants to know more about them so she follows Jake and Patrick. When she joins them in the water surprises abound. The sea shifter council kidnaps Sophia and it’s up to Jake and Patrick to save her from a life as a prisoner. This was surprising and cute. Patrick’s father and the other elders are just wrong and I thought they should lose every bit of influence they have over the sea shifters for going against their alpha. I loved this series and will be following this author in the future. I requested an advanced reader copy from Booksprout and am under no obligation to leave this review.
In book 3f the “Shifters of Land, Sea and Air” Sophia had grown up with air shifters, but knows not who she really is, as she had been adopted by the flock.
Whe had met her before as a character on the side, but this is her story. As in the stories before one of the themes is to bring the different shifters together to respect each other and to collaborate. Patrick and Jake are shifters of the sea and mated, but something is missing to their bond. When they meet Sophia they know that they are part of a triad and will try anything to keep her safe and help her adapt to her new environment – the Sea.
As usual fighting is spicing the story up a little, but the main story is about the triad and how they learn to be together.

Family is what you make it and love is love. In all its forms it’s beautiful
I really enjoyed this book. The fact that all three have thoughts of their own perceived inadequacies shoe just how insecure you can be while still looking at everything your heart never knew it wanted. The way that the three of them worked through their troubles was sweet and encouraging. Family is what you make it and love is love
The third book in a new series called Shifters of the Land, Sea, and Air, a well-written story that held my interest throughout. A short story which is Sophia who at a young age was abandoned and adopted she has never shifted. She goes to the beachside cafe where she meets Jake and Patrick who own the cafe she decides to follow them when they close. She watches as they dive into a secluded body of water and turn into their shifter forms Jake is a Dolphin shifter, and Patrick an Orca shifter. She is drawn closer to the water and as she steps in she finds that she is a mermaid. I hope there is going to be more in this series. Patrick and Jake will do anything for each other and with the addition of Sophie, their love and willingness to do anything has been expanded. This is an excellent standalone addition to the series. I love that even though a short read, there is so much story, emotion and charcter development in this book. This is a beautiful story with some obstacles that make the story all the more interesting.

Here we’re with the Sea Shifters when Sophia from the Air Pack go to ask her 2 friends whom own the cafe she escapes to, to feel at peace & another home, to speak b with Jake & Patrick about talking with the Alphas of the Land & Sky Packs.
But before she can speak to them, things take a turn, to do with Patrick’s father the Alpha of their Pod,.
But Sophia is not a stickler to rules or of what she’s told to do & she knew she had to follow the men. And this here we see that NOT only does the life she’s always knew changes in all ways not to just admitting to these 2 friends how she’s felt about both of them but then she sees who she’s actually is & the reason why she’s never been able to shift into an Air Shifter.
A quick beautiful hea & a joining of 2 very different families….
This third book in the Shifters of Land, Sea and Air is good and steamy. If you don’t like alot of sex in your reading, you probably won’t like this one. Also, it is not necessary to read the other two, but some things will be more understandable. My only complaint is it seemed shorter than the other two. The conflict in this one wasn’t nearly as exciting. Overall a good read.

A lovely story in Swimming Destiny
Sophia, a university student, has been drawn to a coffee shop owned by Patrick and Jake for approximately one year. As the story progresses her world is tilted by a secret, old beliefs are tested, and those same beliefs could doom the budding relationship between the three of them. Tamsin Baker has created a wonderful world and given the sea portion a lovely story in Swimming Destiny.
