BLURB:
Dead men tell no tales…
For more than 200 years, the Treasure Pit on Oak Isle has baffled treasure hunters, engineers, and the common man alike. When Samantha Greene arrives, she finds her estranged father has spent years funneling energy and finances into the endeavor, finding nothing.
When an accidental death occurs in the pit, fulfilling the prophecy that seven lives must end before the treasure can be found, the search kicks into high gear, with more than one party vying for the secrets that lie below. Finding herself the closest to the treasure anyone has ever been, Samantha throws herself into the work, landing among the coveted prize. Just as she’s about to discover what’s truly hidden beneath the island, the pit begins to flood with ocean water, sweeping her away despite her attempts to swim to the surface.
Upon awaking, Samantha discovers that, not only did she not drown, but the year is 1695—one hundred years before the Treasure Pit was even discovered. Carried off by the pirate Tristan O’Rourke, a rouge Irishman with more than his share of secrets, she soon finds that there is much more than she realized in play. Will she discover the secrets of Oak Isle, or will an unexpected love keep her from finding out the truth? Will she ever make it back to her own time? Perhaps the real question is this; will she want to?

I read it on Wattpad and loved it !!
This was an unusual read but certainly not a waste of my time. This book was just not for me.
Nice characters and great adventure book. Thanks
I loved the story
I found this book very entertaining, from beginning to end.
Absolutely one of the best books I’ve read in a long time!!! The series is amazing. Totally blown away!
If you like time travel books, you will love this book! Great fun!
Not really a romance but more of a mystery. No detail of what the main characters even look like…Plenty of detail about about the island.
Loved it. Couldn’t put it down!
I love this series. I have really enjoyed reading all of the chapters.
Good adventurous time travel book.
Love this book this series, so entertaining I had to get the whole series and more.
Unexpectedly switched gears.
I simply could not put this book down! It was such a page turner and I love the authors concept. The story is really out of the box and has such an interesting twist one would usually never imagine would suit so well together.
I highly recommend this book to readers that love stories of adventure and love. I can’t wait to read the next book in the series.
What an imagination! I could almost believe this really happened!
I found this corny and not believable. I was not able to finish.
I love time travel novels. This was a really good one!
I really enjoyed this story so very much. It has all the elements of mystery, magic, suspense, action, and of course romance. Follow along to find out what Samantha is going to do when thrown into the past.
Good writing, interesting story line, and adequate characterization combine to suggest the reader has been invited to a feast, but the lack of more in-depth description (which the premise richly deserves!) feels like leaving the table still hungry. A review dropped mention of the saga being a blend of Pirates and The Outlander. Pirates, it is; Outlander, it ain’t. Regardless, I will pick up the next in line. It’s a good tale.
