Great story! Wonderful series! I loved reading this easy to get into series. I couldn’t put it down.
Can a father meddle in your life even after death? Yes if your name is Grayson Cooper. Grayson was expecting to given ownership of the family company that made guacamole. He was not given complete ownership like he expected. Instead he received a keychain with a strawberry on it plus minority control of Guac Ole. Majority ownership of Guac Ole was given to Becca Nash, the line supervisor for the production of the guacamole that has made the company famous.
Becca had no clue why she was given controlling interest in the company. She loved her job on the line and really had no desire to do anything else. But obviously her former boss had other ideas.
What follows is a sweet, funny story of Becca and Grayson figuring how to make things work. Grayson thinks there is only one way for things to go – his way. He went to college and studied business and he never learned to think outside of the lines. Becca has her own ideas based on her experiences and gut instinct. She tried college and decided it was not for her. She loved her job and had some ideas for how to expand the company but wasn’t willing to share those ideas. When Grayson manages to make her mad, Becca decides that she will take charge of the company since she was left the controlling interest in the company.
Along the way, these two do manage to fall in love and uncover the story behind the strawberry keychain.
This is a sweet wonderful read that helps you to escape into a sweet small town full of wonderful characters. I look forward to reading more by Robyn Neeley.
I was provided a copy of this novel in advance by the publisher in exchange for a fair and unbiased review.
This is the third book in the Sweet Texas Series each by a different author but let me tell you please read each one you would think they were written by the same person. This series has been one of my favorite this Spring 2020 and one I will re-visit again and again. In this book Grayson, the last brother to left to “fall” has still to discover why their dad Jack left him a strawberry key chain and not the controlling stock in Gauc Ole’. Instead Becca, one of the workers on the floor ends up with 51%of the stock and maybe one way Grayson’s heart if he is a lucky man. This book has everything and more I could want in a read. It answered all the questions I had from the first two books, although you do not need to read them to follow along in this one and ties it all up. Make sure to have some tissue and block off time to read this for yourself. Because once you start you will not want anyone bothering you unless they are dropping off chips, Guac and of course your drink of choice.
This story is the last in a 3-book series written by three different authors, none of which I was overly familiar with. Out of the three, this story was my favorite.
Grayson is, quite likely, the most unlikable of the brothers at the beginning. And that’s saying a lot because Gage was a real piece of work for a good portion of Sweet Texas Fire. More than with Gage, though, was a sense of vulnerability about Grayson that ended up endearing him to me. Even when he made a colossally terrible decision on how to handle his “problem” with Becca, I still found myself rooting for him.
Becca has such a soft touch, it’s almost hard to remember that she also has a whole lot of spunk and backbone. She seems to care deeply about everyone she comes in contact with, doing her best to make their lives better. Everyone, in turn, loves her. Grayson is too far removed from his non-executive employees and the town as a whole that he doesn’t know what a huge asset Becca can be at their business.
There is wonderful chemistry between Gray and Becca and gave me warm-fuzzies more than once. I found myself hoping they’d both work through their issues and find their HEA, even when Grayson jumped the shark.
I’m glad I was offered the books in this series from the publisher. The overarching story that ran through all three books was interesting and the individual stories were well laid out and connected well to one another. I will most likely try more from all the authors, but will definitely look into more from this author.
**I received an ARC of this book courtesy of the publisher. All opinions expressed in this review are my own and given freely**
I received this arc from Tule Publishing in exchange for an honest review. This is the third and final book in the series. Each book was written by a different author. I really enjoyed this series. The premise was that the father of 3 sons passed away. He had promised each son a different bequest. This is Grayson’s story. He is CEO of Guac Olé and was promised majority share interest at his dad’s death. Instead, his father gave the majority share of the company to a woman who was a supervisor on the line, that he Wasn’t acquainted with, Becca. His brothers went through similar issues with their expected items. A family house and land were promised to Gage and Gavin but were instead given to women their dad had selected for them to end up with. Grayson and his brothers continue to wonder about the identity of the woman whose love letters to and from their dad they discovered in the safe deposit box.
Grayson arranges to meet Becca for drinks and offers to buy her shares. The meeting doesn’t go well and she leaves after he accuses her of blackmailing his father, insults her intelligence and she dumps a bowl of guacamole on him. Everyone seems to think they were going to be the next couple, set up by the dad. Becca is aware her staff doesn’t like Grayson because of his attitude toward the employees. Grayson invites her to join his family at a local music event and she declines. She is there anyway with her friends from the plant and runs into him. One of the guys insults Grayson and attacks him. Grayson ends up firing him for his disrespectful behavior. Grayson devises a scheme to disguise himself as a fake college roommate (Rick) to work with Becca on the line. He tries to learn what the employees think of him and why Becca got his shares. He tells everyone he is taking a vacation up to the time Becca’s ownership starts.
Grayson, as Rick, spends time talking to Becca and realizes he likes her and that she is a genuine person. Becca shares that she has been working on a recipe for a lighter guacamole using fruit. Grayson really likes the Guac and as Rick, convinces her to make a presentation about expanding into restaurants, using her dip recipe, to the board. Becca sees Grayson a couple of times outside work and both notice the chemistry between them. Things get more exciting and there are plenty of surprises and plot twists to keep the reason engrossed.
I highly recommend This book and give it 5 stars.
Sweet Texas Charm is the third and last book in the Sweet Texas Secrets Series. Each book in this family of brothers’ series has been written by a different author. Sweet Texas Charm is by Robyn Neeley. It may be important to some that it looks as if this series was released early by a different publisher. I had not read the series until now so I do not know if the series has been updated or revised in any way. I did not feel that the story was dated in any way.
Grayson Cooper is the last of the three brothers who is trying to salvage what he thought would have been his inheritance. In this story he is fighting against the town rumor mill about a love interest between Becca Nash, the one who received his inheritance, and himself. He is not above doing whatever it takes to get his shares in the family company back. Quite an interesting story watching Grayson grow as a character in understanding what was really important. Since it is also the last book in the series, his late father’s intentions come to light.
An ARC of the book was given to me by Tule Publishing which I voluntarily chose to read and reviewed. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

This is Becca Nash and Grayson Cooper’s story.
Becca walked over, her long, brown hair wild, wavy and way past her shoulders. For reasons he couldn’t explain, his heart began to race. He stood and pulled
“What? Don’t like my Guac Olé uniform?” she asked but removed it. “Sorry, we had a situation in the factory. I didn’t have time to run home.”
Or pull a brush through your hair. An image of his fingers running through those thick waves popped into his head. He shoved both hands in his pockets and fisted them. Damn Meg and this whole town for believing this woman was his match.
Guac Olé CEO Grayson Cooper stepped into the Silver Spurs, a man on a mission. He scanned the crowded country-and-western watering hole, more than ready to zero in on his target and take aim.
Unfortunately, Becca Nash hadn’t arrived.
Scott, the bartender and Grayson’s former classmate in high school, greeted him with a finger pointed up. “Hey, pretty boy, you know what we do with ties in here.” He nodded toward the ceiling where colorful, mutilated neckties decorated the joint.
Sweet Texas Charm by Robyn Neeley is a 5 star book.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader copy.

This is the third and final book in this wonderful multi author series and while you can read each book as a stand alone there is an underlying thread throughout the story that you really need to read in order to get the full impact of and why wouldn’t you read them all they are wonderful. In this Grayson’s story we finally learn the secret at the heart of this family saga
Greyson is devastated when he doesn’t inherit the company that he has given his heart and soul to In fact the controlling shares have been given to a lowly line operator for the company. Becca doesn’t know why she was given the inheritance but it will definitely make caring for her mother easier there is just one problem now she has to deal with Greyson. The attraction between them is instant but can they have a future and as family secrets are revealed will Greyson decide to keep them secret or have the future he wants You will have to read to see
I have really enjoyed reading this 3rd and last book in The Sweet Texas Secrets series, each has their own story and written by 3 different authors that collaborated to make this a great success.I’m just sad to see the Cooper boys storyline end. Will be reading more books by Ms.Neely in the near future,I have 1 already picked out.
I fell in love with this book from the very beginning, I had a hard time putting it down. Grayson is the last brother to find his HEA, with the help of his deceased father the matchmaker. Grayson is the CEO of Gauc Ole and Becca a supervisor has just found out that she now owns controlling voting stock in the company. They are opposites of each other but can’t deny the chemistry that they share. As they start working together they soon find out that they have more than a working relationship together.
Loved these characters, Becca is such a fun loving person. Grayson, is all business. Loved how they worked out their differences to have their HEA. I must admit I did shed a few sad and happy tears through out this story. Well written full of emotions.
This is the third story, each book is written by a different author. I did not read the first two books and had no trouble reading this book, but now I will go back and read about the two other brothers.
Oh, how I am sorry to see this series end. This three book multi-author series has all the feels and more. Each book has its place it my heart for a different reason. In Sweet Texas Charm by Ruby Neeley, the last Cooper brother will finally receive the entirety of his promised inheritance. The Cooper patriarch was a sneaky one, but full of love, caring and hope that his sons would find their forever-after with their “ones”.
Middle brother Grayson was beyond hurt and angry when he discovered his father did not leave him the family company that Grayson was promised. In fact, Grayson felt betrayed not to mention a whole lot of confused. From the first book, there is an element of mystery that will find its resolution in this book. By the end of book two, I had my suspicions as to what the big reveal might be and I enjoyed watching my predictions come to light. This is where I can’t tell you anymore about that; you’ll just have to read to find out. Each book is a standalone however, I believe you won’t enjoy the complete reading experience if you haven’t read the two prior books. There is definitely a lot going on.
So, I had my opinions of each brother’s persona at the beginning of each book. And it’s not surprising that I wasn’t a fan of any of them. But as I got to know them, I understood them in a different light. However, with Grayson, he did some things that were not upstanding and I just knew karma was going to come for him.
The heroine, Becca, was one of my favorites of this year thus far. She was very relatable and I saw myself in her during several fundamental moments in the book. I could see myself in her shoes very easily as well as see things her way. Again, I’m not going to spoil anything by giving away spoilers. I enjoyed this book and was sad to see the series end. The author’s attention to detail and storytelling talents show through in this book. I love a book where I don’t have to try so hard to envision a scene. With this book, I was easily there.
So, glad I read this series. You should know that each story flows into the next without any disconnection despite this series being written by three different authors. I recommend the Sweet Texas Secret’s series to any reader who loves romance with some angst and mystery AND a huge helping of happily-ever-after!
This is my honest and unbiased review. Thank you for taking the time to read it. 🙂
This is a great third novel in the Sweet Texas Secrets series. There is a ton of head butting and a man who truly needs to learn a lesson.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
The third b00k in the series but can also be read as a stand alone. I can’t decide which book I liked best because they were all three great emotional reads.
I really enjoyed Becca. She was a great leader, she knew what she wanted and had a way of getting it. She was fun loving and at first I didn’t think she was good enough for Grayson but when he got to know her a little better and he softened his hard exterior then I realized that they were the perfect match.
Jack had a way of getting what he wanted in his boys lives long after he was gone. Jack was a great man and will be missed.
A must read if you love romance books.
