Luke Drake is obsessed with his job. He lives and breathes it. He likes routine and being able to keep his world calm while chaos is all around him.Every single morning, Kinsley Alexander can look at the clock and know when the next bell above the door goes off, it’s going to be Luke. Kinsley thinks Luke Drake is a jerk. He doesn’t have time for the world around him and she’s pretty sure his most … she’s pretty sure his most prized possession is his phone. It’s either glued to his ear, or his thumbs are moving a million miles a minute across the screen.
On a fluke, she decides to write little messages on his cup. Maybe it will make him come up for air and enjoy life. If anyone ever needed that, it would be Luke.
When that doesn’t seem to work, she gets up the nerve to talk to Luke instead.
Finally, Luke sees something other than his phone. What he sees is beauty so incredible it takes his breath away.
What he sees is Kinsley and he’s not letting her get away.
She’s meant to be his.

Good Stuff!
A really lovely romantic story. This was a bit “schmaltzie” but a light and bright read nonetheless. Good stuff.

Another cute read from Tory Baker! Kinsley has always followed her heart and that has caused her to own her own business – a coffee shop. Every day, a local attorney Luke goes into said coffee shop, and while they both notice each other neither of them act on it, until she finally does. When they finally feed into the chemistry between them, the sparks fly and their relationship moves quickly and fast. The relationship between Kinsley and Luke go hand in hand, they support each other and act on each other’s needs and wants. It’s such a beautiful relationship to read, and I was so happy that they were able to get their HEA together!
I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
Luke and Kinsley met at her coffee shop. As it happens, they had been eyeing each other for a couple weeks before they started with introductions. The romance developed swiftly from there. A sweet slow paced story.

A sweet read that will have you loving Kingsley and Luke. Love the connection between the two of them. Great characters
A great sweet, steamy, short read. Luke comes into Kinsley’s coffee shop every morning on his way into the office. He has certainly noticed her but it isn’t until he notices little notes on his cup that he decides to finally ask her out. Kinsley has worked really hard, owns her coffee shop and has definitely noticed Luke. Their connection is instantaneous, sweet yet smoking hot. He is all alpha male and she is a strong, independent woman. I really enjoyed their story.
Sweet Nothings is book 3 in the Sweet Enough to Eat series written by the talented author Tory Baker.
This is Kinsley and Luke’s story. She’s a coffee shop owner and his an attorney that goes to buy coffee at Kinsley shop everyday. The plot is charming and fast pace. Loved that we get a dual POV and the two epilogues are wonderful. A must read!! I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving an honest review
Kinsley has noticed the gruff and mysterious Luke coming into her coffee shop. Same thing just a different day but there’s just something that draws her to him. But he’s never given her a reason to believe he’s interested.
Luke visits the coffee shopped owned by Kinsley, the only woman to hold his interest. He’s not a friendly man, hardworking and focused yes, but maybe it’s finally time to make his move on her. And his resolve is strengthened with one little note.
Luke goes to the coffee shop and stakes his claim. Dinner and more. What Kinsley didn’t expect was to enjoy the dominant side of Luke. When dinner turns into more than eating and a need for forever, they both give in willingly.
Luke just hits all the buttons for our ideal book boyfriend. Strong, protective, and loving with his woman. This is a sweet HEA perfect for Valentine’s Day!
Workaholic Luke comes in every morning to get his coffee from Kinsley’s shop. While she notices him every day Luke is always engrossed on his phone. When he finally starts to see Kinsley & the little messages she writes on his cups, he vows to claim her forever. This was a sweet story & looking forward to the next one.
This is a great little story about Kinsley and Luke. They have a great connection with a mix of sweet and heat. She owns a coffee shop and I love how she was getting his attention. It is a perfect read for a little escape from the world.
Oh yes! I love Kingsley and Luke. It’s a no drama romance with lots of sweet nothings and heat to snuggle with. I also ended up craving some chocolate croissant with coffee. Once you read this, you’ll know why.
Kinsley owns the coffeeshop Lucas comes to every morning, but Lycas is to into his own world to notice her until the day she finally decides to get his attention. From that moment Lycad whole world changes. He is captivated by Kinsley and soon their relationship is unstoppable. This is a sweet short read about how love is there if you look for it.

I kind of loved this story. The characters were great, including the secondary characters, and they were relatable. Kate needs a book too!

Kinsley is the owner of Topped Off a coffee and book shop. Luke is a big attorney. Luke is one of Kinsley’s customers she finds attractive, Luke has the hots for her. Will these two finally find the nerve to take thay step? Will they get a HEA?
I couldn’t have come up with a more perfect title for this sugary confection by the lovely Tory Baker. I have been a fan of hers from the beginning. Her stories are a great escape when my anxiety is overwhelming. Sweet Nothings was especially adorable, as Kinsley gets the workaholic Luke’s attention by doodling on his to-go cup of coffee that he gets every morning. Luke is a good guy, just focused on his job since he doesn’t have a social life. These two made my heart feel so full, it was a joy to spend time watching them fall in love and build a life together. 5 stars!
Another amazing short sexy read from the awesome Tory Baker! If your looking for a sweet read this Valentine’s Day, this book is for you!
This is a wonderful story.
Kinsley owns the coffee shop that Luke gets his morning black coffee at.
Luke Drake a drop dead gorgeous powerful attorney. He spends his time working and working. No color in his life, even his expensive suits are bland.
Kinsley on the other hand is a workaholic with a splash of color everywhere, she balanced life with work.
They have both noticed each other and it is not until Kinsley makes the first attempt at a connection. Writing little sweet notes on hos coffee cups daily. The first time Luke noticed it he began wondering if he missed any with his head always on the next client.
When their relationship status turns romantic it is a beautiful thing. Dinner dates, sitting at home in peace and quiet, watching t.v., just being in the moment getting to know each other. When they set into a comfortable rythm things heat up. Kinsley teaches Luke to slow down and enjoy life, Luke teaches Kinsley to delegate responsibility at her shop. It is a definite give and take relationship.
We get to laugh and enjoy their story with no negative drama or mystery.
This story has family and friends coming together. The chapters may be short but they are effective. With a dual POV we read both characters thoughts and experiences. With 33 chapters thats a good thing but the two epilogues are what really wrap this story up to a HEA worth the wait
