“Sweet Liar captivated me from start to finish! Dylan Locke is a must have in your book boyfriend collection!” Jana Aston, NYT Bestselling AuthorBritish ad exec Dylan Locke isn’t looking for love. He isn’t looking for fate. He’s definitely not looking for Audrey Lind. She’s pretty, far too young, and overly romantic–in short, exhausting. But when the girl, young enough to be his daughter, … his daughter, literally lands in his lap and asks for his expertise, he’d be lying if he said he wasn’t interested. In her body, in her innocence, in her philosophy.
In the kind of kismet that starts with kisses.
But Audrey isn’t looking for love either–she’s looking for lessons, and she’s certain Dylan knows everything she needs to learn.
If he agrees to play the teacher can he keep his heart?
Of course he can.
Then again, he might be lying.

Oooh, this story is exciting, hot, and fun! I love Audrey! She has the best personality and made me smile. Audrey believes in kismet and Dylan doesn’t believe in love. Dylan has been hardened by his past and Audrey is a breath of fresh air slowly breathing life back into him. Their chemistry is off the charts. But there are many obstacles in their path, if they even have a path at all. Can Audrey make Dylan believe in love again? I can’t wait for book 2 to find out!
“Sweet Liar” is a very short book. There are supposedly 14 pages written on GR, but I would bet about something like 100. It is read very pleasantly and quickly, which makes it stand for two hours (maybe three). “Dirty Universe” is a series that is my favorite when it comes to the work of Laurelin Paige. Maybe “Entangled” were good, but really only here you can see the author’s progress in writing his books. Everything is thought out and placed in the right places.
Again I had the opportunity to meet with Donovan, which made my heart jump a little bit of joy and love for this hero. But not only he appeared here! There is no lack of Weston and Sabrina, also Paige does not forget about the old characters and all the time nicely combines all his books into one big whole.
Interestingly, I do not feel the extension “force” at the author. She created the series “Dirty”, which she started with the overpower, but in the history of Weston, I also had a good time and I do not complain here either. But as I have already mentioned, I really like this series and you will not hear any other words from me.
“Sweet Liar” is a light and pleasant reading. I hope that the series “Dirty” will show up in Poland and that the publishing house will not give up the release of these short novels that tell about individual heroes, known to us from the first volume. It would be sad in all, because it’s a bit like eating a donut in the middle.
How can a man resist a woman twenty years his junior when she asks him to teach her things only an experienced man knows. In Sweet Liar, Audrey is going to give Dylan a run for his money. She a believer in fairytales, and he’s a non-believer. He loved a woman once and she broke his heart. Can Audrey show him that fairytales really do come true.
Laurelin Paige has written another page-turning book that keeps you glued to your seat. It’s fun, it’s daring and a little bit sexy. I can’t wait for book 2 in this duet.
Dylan and Audrey’s meeting is kismet, so Audrey says. Dylan is bitter about love and marriage and Audrey is, well, young and naive. She decides that she really just wants to use some of his expertise but does it ever work out that way? Short and sweet this was but I’m looking forward to their conclusion.
This book is amazing. Short but amazing. It ends with you wanting so much more. Kizmet, fate, yes I believe in it. Knowing there is a Book 2 (hurry March) makes a believer out of me. Audrey and Dylan have the chemistry. She wants him to teach her and educate her about knowing what she wants and likes when she has sex. And teach her he does. They may have had only a couple of “lessons” but it definitely impacted them both. She knew she should not develop feelings for him and he is too turned off love and relationships it was the perfect set up. But Kizmet, there goes that word again. Brought together for a reason. Maybe she can show him that love does last forever if found with the right person. Yes they are an ocean apart but where fate is concerned nothing stands in the way of true love. Whatever will be will be. Book 2 hurry up and get here.
