The sequel to Curing Doctor Vincent.
Elaine Watkins knew there would be challenges loving the great Dr. Xavier Vincent–medical icon, enigmatic genius, and broken man–but when she finds herself the focus of the Society, a group of sociopaths who manipulate people for pleasure and sport, finding someone she can trust becomes her biggest test.
After being forced into hiding with Sebastian, … with Sebastian, Xavier’s long-time friend, and reunited with Marco, Dr. Vincent’s protégé, Elaine struggles with the complex relationship that develops between her and the three men.
When the Society causes Elaine to question everything she’s ever known, her love for Dr. Vincent may be the only thing to save her.

Things aren’t going well for Elaine—she hasn’t heard from Xavier since they had that encounter in her office, and her sister -the only person she has left- is getting married and moving away. After seeing Xavier out with another woman, she quits her job and gets ready to move to Alaska with her sister, but not before Xavier finally seeks her out and explains that he’s been focusing all his time and energy on the Society and finding ways to take it down. To protect Elaine from its members, Xavier plans to make her his Subject…
This book also follows the polyamorous journey of Elaine, Xavier, Sebastian, and Marco; we find out how Sebastian and Marco will fit into their lives now that Xavier has uncovered his past and can fully indulge in his sexual appetite.
This is steamy, but I think Curing Doctor Vincent was steamier. It answers a lot of the questions left unanswered by the first book, but leaves even more!
Like Curing Doctor Vincent, Surviving Doctor Vincent written in Elaine’s POV, but the male parts are done by the male narrator. Once again, narrators Noah Michael Levine & Erin Deward did a fantastic job.
Surviving Doctor Vincent is a contemporary romance written in first-person POV done in duet narration.

* AUDIOBOOK REVIEW *
This story is intriguing and weird but I can’t stop listening. The good doctor and his friends let’s Elaine go through a lot but also takes care of her.
No unnecessary descriptions of surroundings
Lots of dialogues
Can there be to many love scenes………???? Maybe, it’s a lot in this one and I’m still not sure if it’s too much or not.
I feel like I know the characters well now and they’re well described and developed in to realistic personalities by now.
Narrators:
I love Noah Michael Levine’s voice and he makes the characters come alive. Erin Deward has a good voice too but the sound level is so varied that it’s difficult to hear her at times. They both read with feelings and have clear pronunciation so I do enjoy listen.

Good Doctor Trilogy Book Two.
After her time in Paris, Elaine Watkins thought Dr. Xavier Vincent would give her some indication that he cared for her. Instead, radio silence is the response to her attempts to contact him. When he unexpectedly shows up at a coffee shop with another woman, Eliane is done. However, Xavier will not take no for an answer. He explains everything to her one night and then whisks her away to stay with Sebastian at a scenic cabin. Now, Elaine’s whiplash from his moods is in full effect. The three plan to enter the world of the Society to end the threat against them once and for all, but Xavier’s plan doesn’t include telling Elaine everything…again. Marco and Sebastian cool Elaine’s anger, but can she truly be with all three men? Even when Xavier insists on keeping her constantly in the dark?
If you’re looking for a menage with suspense and mystery in the mix, this is definitely for you! Heat level off the charts!

Amazing Story & Narration Brilliant Series
Surviving Doctor Vincent
The Good Doctor Trilogy, Book 2
By: Renea Mason
Narrated by: Noah Michael Levine, Erin Deward
The Good Doctor Brilliance continues to blow me away, Renea Mason is a brilliant author and a creative mastermind, her brilliant stories are captivating from start to end. I wanted to put up a do not disturb sign while listening to this series, I did not want to stop, needed to know what was going to happen next. I adored the lead characters, Elaine being my favorite, her inner strength is amazing. I adored Xavier too, he has come a long way since the truth of the society came out but I was still a bit reluctant to trust him, as was Elaine. I was happy to see Sebastian and Marco again too, they all make a great team but with all that was going on I had it in the back of my mind who could be trusted. More truths get uncovered about the society, how far they went how devious and evil they are. Elaine finds out more about herself too. There is never a dull moment in this book, the twists keep coming, there is plenty of drama and action as mysteries start to unfold, some suspenseful moments and some more hot romance. Renea Mason, thank you for this amazing story, I am looking forward to what comes next in the “Good Doctor” Trilogy.
