Beau: I’m used to people taking pictures of me while I surf. But the gorgeous woman from the local paper is making waves even as she stands on solid ground.
Camryn: I want to take award-winning photographs—not pictures of local surf meets. But when I see Beau through the viewfinder of my camera, it’s hard to keep my thoughts strictly professional.

Camryn is hired to take photos of Beau at a surfing competition but what she gets instead is the love of her life. I really enjoyed this book. It was short and sweet but also steamy. Safe read. I can’t wait to read more. I think readers would enjoy this book if they like short books that don’t take all day to read and always leave you with a happy smile.
A Beachy WIN!
So in love with this short story about Camryn and Beau. They had great chemistry. And that scene at the outdoor movie?! HOT. I also like the little bit of tension that Fox is able to weave into her stories. It really makes you feel like you got a multi-dimensional story in just 30 minutes! I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again – she is a true master in the quite saturated field of short but satisfying romances.
I received an advance copy of this story and am
leaving my completely honest review.
Beau is a stock trader; it provides him with a good living, and gives him time to pursue his true love – surfing. He spends all his free time at the beach, but he’s looking for someone with a little more “upstairs” than the usual bubbleheads. Camryn is a younger woman, a photographer for the local newspaper. She and Beau meet at the beach when she’s paired with a reporter doing a local interest story about him. He’s all about Camryn, completely uninterested in Mallory. What will she do to get back at him? Mona is at it again, and she really makes a good match with this couple. It’s insta-love for him, but she takes a bit more convincing before she comes around. I just love this couple together, and their story was enjoyable to read. I received a free ARC copy of the book and I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
An enjoyable, well written, funny, steamy, and engaging book 19 in the Zaftig Dating Agency series. A solid read with drama, likeable characters, and chemistry that is instant and off the charts! Definitely recommended! I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy.
Another great book to the Zaftig Dating series. It’s an entertaining read with strong , likable characters in Camryn and Beau. It’s a sexy and sweet romance and I enjoyed reading.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. All opinions in this review are my own and freely given.
Another successful pairing by the Zaftig Dating Agency. Steamy loves scenes paired with love at first sight.
I voluntarily reviewed an advance copy of this book
If you’ve ever taken a photo, you find that you can see things better. Things that weren’t as clear before. Something that was right in front of you. What a fun read! Beau and Camryn really hit it off while the other woman “wipes out”. Short and sweet with a touch of drama. Beau is very romantic, which Camryn can’t help but swoon over. If you like to swoon when reading a romantic story, this one will fit the bill.
I received an advance reader copy in exchange for my honest review.
Another 5 match from the Zaftig dating agency. Beau is a surfer/stock trader and Camryn is a photographer trying to get her big break. While she assumes photographing surfers isn’t the way, she finds much more by photographing Beau. Instalove and a little drama.
Another great book from the Author for this series. It easy to read and steamy with a happily ever after as always.
A Warp Out Of Time – 4 Stars
Another delightful bit of light and bright … escapism at its finest … a warp out of time … a short interlude with romance. However you wish to encapsulate this short story, it is a charming wee read and the tacos and beer also sound yummy!
I voluntarily received an advance review copy of this novel from the author and I am leaving an honest and unbiased review. I have no affiliation to this author.
The Zaftig Dating Agency is charged with putting hot stock trader/amateur surfer Beau and photojournalist Camryn together.
I always enjoy the love at first sight aspect of these match ups. What particularly good about this book is Beau is never at a loss for being able to find a woman interested in him, but he is looking for someone that is smart as well as has chemistry with him.
The second thing I loved about this story is Beau’s choice for a first date with Camryn and not only how perfect it was for a first date, but how only someone like Camryn would appreciate it.
These short novellas are always good reading.
I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.
Camryn is working with Beau to get her job done but also learning about him as a person and what makes him. What neither expects is the way they start feeling and how they wind up healping each other.
Sometimes we need a little push to get us on the right track without us knowing.
In this installment of the Zaftig Dating Agency, matchmaker Mona Zaftig arranges for surfer/commodity trader, Beau, to meet newspaper photographer, Camryn, when she is assigned to take pictures to accompany an article that is to be written about him. When he sees her and the curves that attract him, he falls for her. Ms. Fox does such a good job with these insta love, insta heat quick reads that I almost find them addictive. I am already looking forward to the next one.
Another great story of the Zaftig series. Beau and Camryn are great. I can’t wait for the next one.Jane Fox
The Zaftig Agency is sent names of a person by a friend who wants them to find a romantic match for that person. Beau is a stock trader and avid surfer who participates in surfing competition and his name was sent to the agency by a friend. Camryn is a photographer sent with a reporter doing a story on Beau. Camryn is attracted to the hunky surfer and takes the pictures but the reporter is too busy flirting with others to write the story. Beau also feels an attraction. Will Camryn and Beau connect? Does the Zaftig Agency have another success?
I give this story 4.5 stars. This was a cute, funny instalove short story. I especially loved the epilogue.
Absolutely Awesome Read, well written, great characters, Awesome story line, easy read to hold you on their journey, this genre might not be for everyone but its a really wonderful story cannot wait for more from this Author.

We’re so perfect together that it feels like fate. But that’s silly, right?
Surf’s Up is the nineteenth book in the Zaftig Dating Agency series and Mona Zaftig has once again been busy making a match. This time she her client is Beau Beacham and his potential match is Camryn St. James.
Beau is thirty-six years old and has the life that most people would love. He works a few hours a day as a stock trader trading penny stocks and cryptocurrency. This allows him to do what he really loves, surf and be on the water. He even competes in several events a year and is good.
Camryn is twenty-three years old and is a professional photographer working for the local newspaper, The Herald. She knows she is a great photographer and her goal is to win a Pulitzer. But for now she has to do the pieces that don’t have substance like being sent on assignment to a local amateur-surf competition with reporter Mallory Campbell. The subject of the article if Beau Beacham.
When Beau meets Camryn on the beach before the competition he sees “a drop-dead gorgeous woman walking towards him. Camryn is attracted to Beau also as “he is beyond gorgeous”. But she thinks that he would never be attracted to her, as she is curvy and too intense for most people. But Beau is very interested in Camryn and is going to make sure that she knows it, but in a gentlemanly way. Camryn is going to have to let her guard down and let herself allow Beau to care for her. The only issue is going to be Mallory as the “Barbie” comes on to Beau who rebuffs her so she decides to not work her assignment in a profession manner. Well unless you consider leaving the first day and then coming back tot he beach in a bikini the second day, only to flirt with other surfers and never actually ask Beau a single question.
This is a sweet, salty, wet and wonderfully sexy short story. Once again Mona Zaftig has made the perfect match that ends with both parties very satisfied. Another RECOMMEND READ along with the entire Zaftig Dating Agency series. Happy reading!
I simply adore the whole premise of this series! A matchmaker running a dating agency, specializing in referrals from friends and family, working in the background. “If I do my job right, my clients don’t even know I was involved.” Beau has been discontent for awhile. That all changes in an instant, when he meets Camryn. He’s a successful day trader, part-time so that she can follow his true passion – surfing. Camryn is the newspaper photographer, sent along with the reporter who’s at the beach to interview him. Try as she might to be professional, Camryn can’t help her feelings, and Beau is determined that’s he’s found his one. Short, sweet, and sexy, you can’t go wrong with any story in this series!
I liked this cute short story. It was entertaining and enjoyable with only a tiny bit of angst. The characters were likable.

The way these two met and got together was interesting. Mona needs to be real and she needs to hook me up! LOL! I liked that their date was simple and sweet but also steamy. I loved the “Princess Bride” references. Their happy ever after made me smile. I recommend reading this book.
Another fast fun read in the Zaftig dating service series where people are matched without even knowing it after they are recommended to Mona Zaftig by family or friends This is Beau and Camryn’s story
He is a day trader who makes his money of crypto currencies this means he only has to work a few hours day meaning he has plenty of time to surf, Camryn is the photographer sent with a journalist to do a fluff piece about Beau. She isn’t that happy as she want’s to do far more serious pieces Whe the journalist propositions Beau he brushed her off after all he has just seen the woman of his dreams in Camryn things take off fast between them but when the journalist threatens Camryn’s job will they be able to save it.
