For nearly a year, they’ve been at war. Cops. Forks. Eggs. Two feuding neighbors who couldn’t be more opposite, forced to live next door to one another. Neither is backing down. She drives him crazy with her loud nineties rap music. He gets under her skin the way he obsesses over his stupid perfect lawn. She fantasizes about having sex with the hot nerd—but with duct tape over his dumb mouth. He … duct tape over his dumb mouth.
He has dirty dreams of the bombshell beauty where he bangs the crazy right out of her—nightmares of course.
Anger isn’t the only thing heating up between these two.
They think this is a battle only one of them can win…
The growing attraction between them, though, seems to be far more stubborn than the two of them combined.

What a fun romance story. Will and Lilith are neighbors but each one has habits that totally irritates the other. The interactions between these two are hilarious. I never knew what to expect from Lilith and how she would torture or antagonize ‘Willy Wonka,’ what a great nickname. Yet at the same time, his sexy confidence distracts her. Will can’t believe Lilith’s rude behavior with her loud music and crazy antics. The best part is the electric chemistry every time they are together. Now, Will is trying to atone for some mistakes in his life so he struggles with letting loose and truly being himself. Lilith is trying to find herself and break away from an overbearing family. It was a joy to watch these two help each other with their deeper issues. I truly just had a fun time experiencing this story and marveled at Lilith’s prank creativity to Will. I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.
You can never go wrong picking up a book by K. Webster, and now I am thinking the same can be said of JD Hollyfield. Sundays are for Hangovers is fun and sexy right from the start. Will and Lillith are true enemies to lovers and I loved every minute. Highly entertaining, definite page turner. If you are in the mood for a light, romcom look no further. Although your Weigela might need some fanning by the time you’re finished 😉

I knew when I saw K. Webster’s name on this book, even without reading the blurb, I was gonna read it. And putting K. Webster and J.D. Hollyfield together again, I knew it was going to be another funny, good story. I was not disappointed in the story and I loved it. Lilith and Will are the best enemies-to-lovers I have read in a while. The way they torment each other is priceless, funny, and perfect. As they torment each other, they fall for each other and realize that they make each other happy. Except for Will’s cat, who really hates Lilith.
The only thing I didn’t like was the way Lilith’s parents treated her and she let them get away with it for far too long. Can she stand up to her parents with Will’s help? Can Will accept Lilith for who she really is?
This is a great story that is funny and will leave you feeling good when you finish. So, if you are looking for a great rom-com that will tickle your funny bone, then you can’t go wrong with Webster and Hollyfield. I hope you enjoy this one as much as I did.

I’m kind of obsessed with this book. I started it this morning and finished it this afternoon – I couldn’t put it down.
Lilith and Will have lived next door to one another for a year and it’s been a year of pure torture for both. Will keeps calling the fire department and reporting Lilith’s smoke detectors while Lilith does random pranks to the yard he is so proud of. The sexual tension between the two grows greater each time they butt heads, until Will snaps and kisses Lilith. Throw in Lilith’s overbearing, super controlling father, Will’s grandma who wants grandkids yesterday, and a few crazy Tinder meets, and you have a hilarious book that you won’t want to end.
I absolutely loved both of the main characters, they’re both lovable and their interactions are laugh-your-ass-off funny. I seriously had tears streaming down my face, laughing on more than one occasion while reading this. I think this is my first book by either of these authors, but it will definitely not be my last.

Will Grant’s next door neighbor is the worst. From blasting her horrible music, to constantly ruining his lawn, he would love nothing more than to be rid of her for good.
Lilith Hamilton has been stifled in her life for too long. So when she gets a year long reprieve from her controlling family, she goes all out on letting her free spirit out to play. Too bad her uptight neighbor is always getting in the way of her fun…
When these two neighbors have finally had enough, they resort to working out some of their mutual anger in a way than not even their sexiest fantasies have lived up to…

This book was a fun read. When two neighbors who can’t agree on anything find that they can’t keep their hands off each other, they are in for one crazy ride that neither of them saw coming…
Will takes anal retentive to a whole new level. From trimming his grass with scissors, to his very strict garbage bin schedule, he doesn’t have room in his life for anything other that explicit order and tidiness.
Lilith’s year to herself has shown her what she was always missing in her former life, and she is not going to go back there. And with living for herself, she has little care for her neighbor who seems intent on making her life hell.
When the prank war finally comes to a head, and Will and Lilith’ sexual tension reaches the point of combustion, these two take what starts as hate sex and quickly turns to a relationship they never knew they needed…
I received a complimentary copy of this book for my honest and unbiased review.
Funny and sexy and adorable. I loved this story. It was such a fresh point of view and I had so much fun reading it. I absolutely love when these two authors work together and I was so excited to learn that they were writing more. I definitely hope they continue and can’t wait to read what they write next.
Wednesday’s are for…
What the Fuck is on my Lawn?
Sundays are for Hangovers, is an Hilarious Enemies to lovers Rom-Com. It was such a fun, flirty, sexy (i could kill you one minute, then fuck you into next week the next!!) read that had it’s laugh out loud over the top moments. But then had me swooning over the hot sexy nerd Will and the loud full of life Lilith.
Will and Lilith were just great characters weather apart or together. But together their chemistry was HOT! And the banter left me turning page after page wanting to know what they were going to get up to next!
This is one of those books that is hard to review. I really don’t want to give spoilers and spoil the hilarity and experience of this read. I laughed so hard at some parts Will and Lilith may have started out as enemies and total opposites, but they fit perfectly as a couple. There were a few bumps in the road for them, but with chemistry like theirs nothing is going to keep them from having what they want.
I would definitely recommend this collaboration from K.Webster and J.D. Hollyfield for anyone who likes a Rom-Com with a side of craziness!!
J.D. Holyfield has just created for her readers the most sexiest and funniest book ever. We have Will, the most boring by the book guy Lil, his neighbor has ever encountered. A whole year of fighting, bickering and the most hilarious shenanigans ever they are seeing they are not really enemies after all. The chemistry is all there and boy J.D. Holyfield just racked up the comedy in every chapter making you wonder why it took them a year. Filled with sex, groveling, comedy and hello that unexpected love that comes only once. Loved it.
“I received an eBook copy from the publisher for the purpose of an honest review. I was not compensated for this review: all conclusions are my own.”
I get extra excited when I see this dynamic duo’s names on a book! Everything they have written together is fabulousness!
Sundays Are For Hangovers is no exception!
This is the hate turned love story of Will and Lilith and what a story it is. There is a very, very thin line between love and hate between the two of them and they way they show both is steamy, funny and original. The stunts that Lilith pulls on Will are fabulous!
Lilith is trying so hard to break free from the cage of her family. I love her spunk, her sassiness and her love of her new life. She knows there is an “expiration” date on her new life and she is living it to the fullest while she can.
Will is and obsessive man, in all things and how swoony is he with his “nerdiness”. There is a reason for his obsessiveness and you can understand why when you read it too.
Will and Lilith’s chemistry is off the charts! Lil knows just the right buttons to push to make Will go crazy. Will knows just how to handle his little demon and handles her he does!
This is definitely a must read book! It’s a fast paced, can’t put it down book and I am sad that it’s over! I will be re-reading this one again and again.
Thank you ladies!
4.5 STARS
I am a huge K Webster fan because she dares to write the really controversial taboo stuff where hardly any other authors will go, however together with JD Hollyfield this was sooooooo different and in the totally opposite direction and had me giggling away under the duvet at 2am trying to stifle my laughter so my own neighbour wouldn’t bang on her ceiling.
A hate to Love Rom Com is how I would describe this book. Lilith and Will live next door to each other but they are at war. Lilith is an extremely independent woman. her persona comes across as a wild and care free spirit who just wants to live a little. Will is a neat freak who seems to have OCD, especially when it comes to his front lawn although Lilith is set on destroying that whether it be accidental or not. Will really needs his pesky neighbour Lilith to stop swinging into his life or should I say his lawn like a wrecking ball, but he also didn’t expect her to swing into a place in his heart either.
Rom Com can sometimes be a hit or a miss because sometimes it’s hard to get it right and takes a lot of natural personal humour from the author. I took a chance on this one because I was intrigued how it would go with these authors co writing and I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised with how it turned out. It was hilarious and full of witty banter between the main characters. If you are looking for a pick me up then grab this as you will not want to put this book down and it will totally have you laughing out loud even on the darkest of days.
Lilith is often times distracted, “his black boxers lie low on his hips, no doubt failing at hiding his morning wood. And, Jesus, I knew the guy was big. Like impressively big. I wonder if he has to tailor his pants to fit the big guy—“See something you like?” His voice breaks the debate in my head, and I quickly pull my eyes off his goods.” Will sometimes has to give his girl a reminding, “put some da*n clothes on, though. I’m getting sick of Mr. Daniels getting a peep show.” I laugh at his comment. Throwing on a pair of shorts, I head out the front door and next door.” Will has to correct his woman at times, “you’re my girlfriend,” I correct her. “Not friend. Girlfriend. My godd**ned woman. The end.” I really enjoyed this book, Lilith and Will had so much chemistry.
This book doesn’t slip into your life, it makes a ruckus, raises hell, and rampages into your life
Bangbangbangbangbang! Bangbangbangbangbang!
Bangbangbangbangbang! Bangbangbangbangbang!
Bangbangbangbangbang! Bangbangbangbangbang!
It’s a raging hurricane of a RomCom, makes you laugh uncontrollably, leaves your mouth hanging open and moisten your folds. Webster and Hollyfield are a Collaboration, not to messed with or trying to read in public with.
“Everything is fair in love and war”
Generally they’re neighbours, much like William & Lilith Hamilton. They are vicious fighters and sworn Neighbours. She’s loud, colourful & mouthy. He’s uptight, bowtie wearing, snooty kinda Nerd.
they’re soooooo not each other’s type. Completely opposites. ** Magnets** ..yes! He finds her annoying, but Tap-That-Ass annoying..**boner alert**!!
She blasts her rap music LOUD, he’s Nirvana listening, crazy obsessive about neatness & structure in his lawn, his house, his life.
But nothing stops Lilith -Daughter-of-the-Devil-Hamilton’s dick sucking lips from barging and gatecrashing WillNotLightenTheFuckUp’s life.
Omg the war that follows. NOTHING is off limits. Forks(7000), “Accidental Eggings*eyeroll*, tacos(with sides and salsa) gum on sprinklers, bottles in shape of peen, a brown heart carved in the green lush grass, water hosing, calling firemen,Tinder pranks & burning the kitchen down.
And this is the PRELUDE !
He in turn calls her radio station everyday and spills their naughty secrets on air ! Wonka and Lil are the HIT!!
The banter, the situations are outrageously hilarious. Babs is the shitz!!!!
The sexual chemistry is obviously boiling and sputtering with undercurrents strong enough to pull you in and submerge.
Rage-filled, heated, passionate, nail scraping , biting, choking sex.
Read this book. Laugh. Lust. Love

When it was announced that J.D. Hollyfield and K. Webster were putting their minds together to the bring the world an enemies to lovers romcom I made grabby hands and said ‘Gimme’ and was not disappointed. Sunday’s Are For Hangovers was such a fun, smexy read that had it’s OTT moments but also swoon worthy ones that kept me turning the pages to see just what Lilith and Will would do next.
I adored Will and all his above board OCD ways. Some I understood, others…well, even I had to agree that they were just a tinsy bit OTT, but behind the rigid facade is a man who not only takes charge, but does it with all his heart. Lilith is sassy, snarky and is so comfortable in her own skin it’s hard not to like the woman. She’s got some issues that she wrestles with, but she loves her life and wants to live it to the best of her ability.
Will and Lilith were just so much fun. Their antics, whether it was when they were trying to annoy the other, or when they finally couldn’t keep their hands off each other, were just fun to experience. I loved their interactions and the smexy times between them were HAWT! They may have started out as enemies and total opposites, but they fit perfectly as a couple. There were a few bumps in the road for them, but none of them kept them down for long.
This was such a fun read and everything I’ve come to love from the authors. The writing was engaging and seamless. The characters were unique, flawed but loveable in their own special way…though Bjork…and a balance of crazy and swoon worthy moments that make you want more. So, if you’re in the mood for a fun enemies to lovers/opposites attraction romance, then this is a must read!

OMG! This is a writing duo from HEAVEN! A hilarious, smart, sex sex sexy story that knocked my socks off. The characters were so original and jumped to life right from the start. I want to be besties with Lil! I loved the sexy, bombshell, mess that was Lilith. What a terrific character flaws and all. And what to say about smart, anal retentive, hunky Will? Panty melting! You think he’s one way but as his past is revealed you find out he is so much more than he seems. And can we talk sexy times? OTC HOT! Some of the best scenes I’ve read. Ever! I did wonder what happened to his glasses when they were into “IT”. I have so much love for this book and these authors. I can’t wait for their next story. This is a must read! Now! I voluntarily reviewed an ARC.
