The next installment of the Iron Ladies is a hit! Sunday is the quiet, shy member of the elite Iron Ladies group. Once jaded by the handsome, popular guy, she is rather self-conscious and reserved. Her crazy, mad computer skills put her in play with the latest client’s son, Bo, to bring his father down. In the process, their steamy romance buds!
Danielle has done it again. This is a quick read as usual because I can’t put her books down! I’m already anticipating gobbling up the next installment!

From the dedication to the last page, I loved every bit of it. The Iron Ladies are awesome!
4.5 stars
Sometimes being a nerd is a good thing. Sunday grew up being invisible until she went to college and met some women who brought her out of her shell. Using her skills as a powerful IT tech, she and her friends formed the Iron Ladies an unknown, referral-based PI business. For their latest job, Sunday is tasked with trying to ascertain what is going on at Traci Camden’s financial investment company as there appear to be some discrepancies. Bo is Traci’s son who not only works for the company but is doing some digging of his own. When Sunday and Bo are charged with working together, it does not go as smoothly as it should. Can Bo be trusted or is he involved in the nefarious goings on? The chemistry between these two is off the charts and the situation they find themselves in is filled with drama. Ms. Norman has again written a witty storyline with twists that are sure to check off any reader’s boxes. I look forward to more from these exciting ladies. I volunteered to read an advance copy of this book.
Sweet Vengeance by Danielle Norman was my introduction to the Iron Ladies. They’re a set of detectives who are contacted by women who’ve been given their special orchid business card as their referral. Their business is specifically geared toward helping women who are abused and/or used in some way.
In this story, the Iron Ladies are in roles typically reserved for men in most books. They’re the highly educated techies, readers of body language, trained in psychology, and create a team of women who are all individually powerful in their own right.
This particular story has the ladies investigating their client’s husband for embezzlement but wind up finding that there is so much more going on that will ruin their client’s company.
Also intertwined is a romance between Sunday, one of the Iron Ladies, and a highly trained computer genius hacker. She knows how to flush out the bad guys and is not afraid to take risks to find out information. That includes going undercover.
She meets Bo, their client’s son in the process. He has secretly been working with the FBI investigating his father as well for forging his son’s signature on legal documents.
Sunday and Bo, with permission from the rest of the ladies, agree to work together to find out how deep their client’s husband is into a dark world that includes so much more than embezzlement. So we get a romance, a complicated investigation, and even a bit of a thriller in this story.
I’m actually looking forward to going back to book one in 2020, and working through the series.
Can be read as a stand-alone book as well.
I know I say this everytime, but I fall more in love with Danielle and her stories after each one I read (and I’ve read them all!)
This one is Bo and Sunday’s story. I won’t give away any details, but I do love how Danielle’s stories have kinda evolved and it’s more than just the romance. I love me a good mystery too and when you put the 2 together, I can’t stop! My only problem is they always end too soon! Can you create a tv series or something?!
Sunday and Bo is a great quick read. Sunday is part of the Iron Ladies and is hired by Traci, Bo’s mom. As Sunday is investigating she falls for Bo. Will their love make it through the turmoil?
I always enjoy Danielle Norman’s books! The iron ladies are feisty and fight for justice. Bo and Sunday’s story is action packed and very easy to read.
The iron ladies are back helping another woman in need. This time around is Sunday Prescott and Bennett “Bo” Camden’s story. I love the snarky geek personality of Sunday and paired with the hard persona of Bo their dynamics are hotter than a live wire. Danielle offers up snark, sarcasm, bad assery at its finest. A story that will grip you tight make you cringe one second and laugh the next. I seriously can not wait to see where she takes us next!
This was the first of Danielle’s Iron Ladies books that I’ve read, but it won’t be the last. Although part of a series, it’s easily read as a standalone book. It was well written & put together with plenty of drama, intrigue and suspense. Really enjoyed Sunday and Bo’s story, could have easily read more about them…
The Iron Orchids are back!! Their business is protecting/saving woman at a time of need. These four bad a$$ nerdy women will make you laugh, show their protectiveness, their techy, and yes they could whoop your butt. I could see myself being friends with them all. I’m glad that we’re getting to read these girls stories, and find out who they fell in love with. I’m really enjoying this series, and look forward to more of the Orchids stories.
Bo and Sunday were a cute, witty, and headstrong pair. Bo doesn’t trust Sunday because he knows that his father has been lying to everyone for awhile. When he sees her at the office, he acts horribly. Sunday has been hired by his mother to look into some fishy things at her company. When Bo and Sunday team up to bring down the culprit, sparks fly.
Sunday has never been treated well by men, she is a self proclaimed nerd who doesn’t believe she will ever be wanted my a man. Bo is wealthy man, his mother says he is straigt shooter, but based on first impressions, Sunday doesn’t believe it. When they follow his dad to the Caymen Islands, they learn a lot about his dad and each other. Unfortunately, when they get back home, it appears that their time away meant nothing to him (according to her) and he felt like she was lying to him the whole time.
Even though I liked this book, I wish it would have been a little longer, so we could have seen more of the relationship between Bo and Sunday. Yes, we got some good moments when they were tailing his dad, but then that was it for the rest of the book. The relationship did move fast, but I wish we could have had a little more in between the culmination of the case (I don’t want to spoil anything, so I am being vauge), and the epilouge. Overall, I did enjoy this book, believe it is a great addition to the series, and I recommend that you read this book.
I received an ARC in exchange for an honest, voluntary review.
Danielle Norman’s books are always a joy to read. The women in them are strong and fierce. They come together to mend an unbreakable bond with each other.
This story is about Sunday and Bo. Sunday is a computer genius.. aka, hacker. She’s usually behind the scenes, which is perfectly fine with her. But when Mrs. Camden comes in with a case about her husband, her and Mrs. Camden’s son, Bo, have to work together to bring down her husband.
This story is full of hot as sin chemistry, angst, and companionship. Another incredible Iron Orchid Book!
Sweet Vengeance is the perfect combination of a steamy romance, a suspense filled story and sassy women who are all about helping other women in need. While investigating the case the Iron ladies were hired for, Sunday not only helps solve the case but she finds way more than she bargained for with Bo.
This was is a book and a series that I highly recommend!
Sunday has been burned by good looking guys before, so why would she expect more from Bo, the son of her current client? The Iron Ladies are back again with a tragic case of human trafficking that almost claimed a friend recently. Will Bo step up and be the man Sunday deserves? Read the book to find out what happens next.
This is Sunday and Bo’s story. I really loved this story every book I read by Danielle gets better and better. I highly recommend this series.
I received an ARC for a honest review
I absolutely loved this book! I love the Iron Ladies! Sunday and Bo are great together! She works with Bo to find corruption with his mother’s company. This story is action packed with suspense, powerful women, romance and twists and turns that keep you reading to see what happens! I couldn’t put it down! I absolutely love all the Iron Orchids Ladies! I can’t wait for the next book in this series!
I hadn’t read any of the other Iron Ladies books in this series but now I wish I had. No worries, I will be picking those up now. Love this group of ladies that make abusive men pay for their crimes. I don’t know about the previous stories yet but this one just sucked me in. Sunday is a strong woman but with some vulnerabilities as she has struggled coming into her own when she met the other ladies. Her chemistry with Bo is explosive and at one point I thought my Kindle was going to disintegrate. Even when they were at odds with each other, it was hot. There’s some suspense and mystery along for the ride as well. I couldn’t put it down.
I absolutely love this series from Danielle Norman. I loved these brilliantly Strong, sassy, intelligent women she brings us and pairs them with hot, sexy strong alpha males that compliment them perfectly.
This one features Sunday Prescott who is the computer genius of the Iron Orchids. She is normally very happy to sit in the background and let the others take the lead and spotlight. Bennett (Bo) Camden is definitely a hot alpha male, raised in a wealthy family he is used to wielding power and money. The sparks and chemistry between Bo and Sunday is seriously hot and is filled with heat, suspense and humour which makes them the perfect match.
Well done Danielle for another great story. Each book she writes cements my love for her style of writing.
I can’t get enough of Danielle Normans books. I’m so in love with all the different Iron Orchids/Iron Ladies series. If you haven’t read anything by Danielle Norman then you are missing out on some amazing books. I love Sunny and her nerdy ways. Nerdy is the new sexy and Sunny proves that as she takes down her clients husband with her team of ladies. You can’t overlook her chemistry with her clients son Camden. Camden is smart and he knows something is up with his family company. I love how he helps with the investigation. The chemistry with Sunny is amazing. I just love how strong Danielle Norman’s ladies are in all her books and this one is no different. Sweet Vengeance is a sexy, sweet and laugh out loud fun read that you will not be able to put down.
