“I don’t want to die like this. Not here, not now—in the anatomy lab on a Saturday night. I know I’ve done some bad things in my life, but I’m pretty sure I don’t deserve this…”It happens every year. Every year at Southside Medical School, nicknamed “Suicide Med,” one student dies by their own hand. The press cites the heavy workload as the culprit in the high suicide rate. Students believe the … rate. Students believe the school is cursed.
Still others believe the deaths may not be suicides at all—that it’s no coincidence Dr. Conlon, Suicide Med’s quirky but beloved anatomy professor, joined the staff on the very year the suicides began. Is there more to the bespectacled professor than meets the eye?
Either way, there is no doubt in the minds of every student:
Someone will be next to die.

The story has so much build up for every character and then it just fizzled out. I’m not going to bother with the second and final book of the series.
The main character was too whiney and needy to be believable. She questions EVERYTHING she does and can’t remember anything as a med student. Will she EVER push back at her roommate with all her negativity? She lets her get her way and run over her all the time. I stopped reading and couldn’t finish.
I like medical mysteries.
As soon as I finished reading it, I went back to the beginning and read it again.
Really liked this book and the twist how the author instead of just ending the story brought each character back to tell their own story from the beginning and finished the storyline with what happened when they got older makes you wonder if it’s going to become a series
premise was interesting ,different ,kept my attention
The story was good, and I was surprised at the end. But it seemed to go on a little longer than necessary.
Didn’t like the way the story changed from present, past and didn’t like the ending.
totally weird view of events from the point of view of each person involved – ending left we wondering…
I didn’t even get through chapter one in this juvenile story. The “medical student” narrator sounds like a twelve year old. I’ll spend my reading time on an adult book.
Wow! Every page was magic!
Not my favorite
The characters and story line were just not believable.
A little simple. Very predicatable.
Suicide Med was a fun book to read. Not a masterpiece, just fun.
Rather bizarre! Kept me turning the pages! Not anything like you would expect with totally unexpected ending! I’m still thinking about this book, days after finishing it! Be prepared to read straight through because you won’t want to put it down.
The beginning chapters were rather wordy and confusing. I did not like each chapter was about a different character and his or hers place in the story line.
Keeps you guessing!
Wonderful read. Could not put it down, kept reading.
Very twisted but a good read
