This was a fast and easy read. I feel like there could have been more of a conflict before Jackson and Olivia fell for each other but then it probably wouldn’t have been such an easy good read like it was. I was ready to quit at 16% in. I’m not a fan of instalove and I felt like this story was just that. I’m glad that I did keep going because Ryder deserved the happily ever after that he got. Overall good book.
I adored reading Such Great Heights!
I loved every word on every page.
It’s a heartwarming & moving romance.
Great characters & storyline make it
the perfect read.
A wonderful new book by Sydney Logan!!
Olivia has plans. And when they fall through, things seem bleak. But sometimes you don’t know what you really want until you get it! This is a heartwarming story of love, family, staying the course and doing the right thing, with a side of hunky man, romance and fun! If you’re looking for a story with some depth; one that will make you angry then lift you right up, this is it! Sydney’s writing brings the characters to life and you’ll be rooting for Olivia, Jackson and Ryder, and falling in love with them along the way!
I loved this book so much. I can’t resist a single dad romance. I was hooked on this book right from the beginning. Little Ryder broke my heart. This book is packed full the heart and feels! Have tissues handy for the epilogue because I was bawling my eyes out. I can’t recommend this book enough. The story is beautiful and emotional. There is also hope. Olivia is a guiding light for Ryder and Jackson. This book also had me chuckling while reading. This is a make you feel good romance!
Jackson & Olivia (& Ryder) are wonderful!! This is sweet & fun, but also deals with some serious family issues very well. I love the personalities of all the characters, and how Olivia gets Ryder & Jackson out of their shells. The story flows well & this was a quick read for me because I didn’t want to put it down! There were some LOL moments and some tears. Perfect balance! : )
Such Great Heights by Sydney Logan is the story of Olivia and Jackson. Olivia has taken the job as a nanny to the young Ryder who is Jackson’s son. Jackson is going through a divorce so he is starting over. Jackson and Olivia are very attracted to each other but know that it isn’t a good choice to get involved but they can’t stop their building feelings. Ryder is such a cutie…enjoyed their story.
Such Great Heights
Whenever I read a Sydney Logan story, I know I will have all the feels and fall in love with the characters and that always makes me excited to read each new book she writes.
This story is powerful and will rock you to your core as sad and happy tears flow because it’s a breathtaking journey you have to read to believe. Olivia is such a strong, loving person and I think she’s an angel on earth. The absolute love and devotion she has for Ryder is undeniable and fills my heart with joy. From the moment Jackson meets Olivia sparks fly and he knows she’s going to change their world. The way she brings Jackson and Ryder back to life and fills their home with hope, happiness, and fun is awe-inspiring. You need to read this book for the mama bear chat with Natasha, the housekeeper, the speech and the letter alone. Such Great Heights is as devastating as it is beautiful, but the love woven through the pages will heal your heart.
Tracey, Life Reads With Friends
This was a cute and sweet romance between a nanny and her boss. Olivia’s relationship with Ryder, the son, was really sweet. There wasn’t a lot of drama and the romance between Olivia and Jackson felt a tad rushed and sudden.
Such Great Heights is a story about family, friendship and love! It’s a sweet, enjoyable read with an element of insta-love!
Jackson is a single father to Ryder. He’s driven, intelligent and loving, but lost when it comes to parenting and understanding the needs of his five year old son Ryder.
Olivia is a strong, loving, compassionate, caring and protective heroine. When she’s hired to be Ryder’s nanny she gets more that she bargained for.
Ryder is a precocious and adorable yet heartbroken five year old.
If you’re looking for a sweet story to escape into this may just be the book for you.
I received a free ARC copy of this book from the author prior to release and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I have never read this author before but I fell hard for her in this story. She did a wonderful job making me fall in love with the characters in this story, Jackson and Olivia.
It is a standalone story but I hope the author writes about Marcus and Dana too because they were really intriguing as well.
Olivia is a brand new college graduate and best friends with Dana, Jackson’s sister. He is married to a woman that up and left him and their 5 year old son, and he is desperate for nanny. When Liv cannot find a job, Dana recommends her to Jackson as a nanny.
And so starts a heart warming story between Jackson, Liv and his son and I fell hard for this family. Olivia is wonderful and extremely mature for her age and she is the missing piece that Jackson and his son needs in their life.
But he is still a married man and I loved how Olivia stands her ground and won’t do anything with him except kiss until he gets divorced. I love how honest Olivia is with Jackson in relation to everything in her life and how she is absolutely there for Jackson and even eventually the ex from hell.
This is a wonderful story about characters with integrity but who also are mature. Near the end I even shed a few tears. Thats how much I loved this story.
I have always loved Sydney Logan’s books, they bring out all the feels in me. And this read was no different. I absolutely loved Jackson and Olivia’s story. I completely fell in love with these two.
