This is their journey with twist and turns finding love and faith together. A very well written story and will read more by this fine author.
I enjoyed this book, will read more of Sondra’s books.
I really enjoyed the main character and it was well written. I enjoyed reading it.
Loved the series, felt like I was living in those times and was part of their lives! Great books!
It was a fun and enjoyable read!
Every book in this series will be a page turner. I can’t wait for her next novel to be released. I always look for faith in action, and I was not disappointed in this book.
I did enjoy this book. Something was always happening, and that alone kept my interest.
there is something bout this book that i couldnt get with
Enjoyed it.
I thought the characters were a bit stiff. I don’t think the H gave an honest smile until halfway through the book. The h was tough enough to run a freighting business by herself, but was terribly insecure. Not a poorly written book, but I just had a hard time getting into the flow of the story.
Addresses the religious conundrum of why God seems to heal some and not others and what are spiritual gifts, what is your gift and how do you use it wrapped up in a love story set in frontier Seattle, WA.
This historical romance is sweet and makes you think about how your own agenda can color how you see things. But is also address God’s healing power and the disappointment when God doesn’t heal, keeping everything in biblical perspective. But never doubting God’s heart to heal his people, to His glory – yet still allowing God to be God.
I read this book 6 months ago and it has stayed with me. The plot is unusual and emotionally intense. She’s a talented author. The story is level above the usual Christian fiction fare.
I enjoyed this Christian novel. The heroine was feisty and interesting.
I enjoyed the book. Writing was good and I liked the story.
I enjoyed it. The romance builds gradually, so you wonder if it will ever happen.
Difficult to get into, but good once you get into it.
Good old fashioned book- also learned much back in those days as it was a hard life compared to today’s world.
Loved it !
Didn’t want to put it down, but didn’t want to rush through it either. Thoughtful writing, removing it from the chick-lit category. Would definitely read more from this author.
