Strength From Loyalty is hands down, my favorite book in the Lost Kings MC series! This book was so well written and the characters are so very well developed. While the romance takes center stage and is prevalent, the MC is still a huge part of the story and the men are true bikers. ★Sammy’s Book Obsession
The Lost King’s MC captured my heart from the beginning. ★Ramblings from Beneath the Sheets

Yet another fabulous book from Autumn Jones Lake!!! I am so addicted to her books. I think when I start one…I’ll read for just a little while….and end up dragging at work the next day cause I was up all hours! Anyhow….back to Rock and Hope. I love these two together….I hate when they fight because the way the story is told…you can feel the emotions come thru! The fact that she is the good girl trying to get acquainted into Rocks world is amazing to me. Nothing is ever easy for these two….and nd Hope goes through something that not alot of women want to talk about but has gone through. I really connected to this book on a deeper level. And when Rock takes Hope to visit a brother charter and her stance on not treating Trinity with disrespect made me love her that much more. She is strong willed but has a heart. Rock is a good guy…who does some questionable deals for the clublife. And trying to work in his relationship with Hope and not scare her off keeps him busy.
The way we get to see the other characters in this book and get a feel for them…..I love that too….cause I can’t wait for their books!!! The whole Wrath/Trinity…….Heidi/Murphy/Axel…..Teller….this series can keep going and I’ll be there on release day….ready to sit back and enjoy a great book!!!
I have read all of Autumn Jones Lake’s books! Slow Burn was the first and I was hooked!! I love the way she writes and her characters seem real! I like the details in her books. Nothing left hanging! I have reread many of them – that’s how good she writes – you keep going back to them!
I love this series. Rock and the rest of the guys are sexy beasts! This is the perfect MC series. Thank you Autumn Jones Lake!
I had read this book previously and loved it and just finished listening to the audio book which was well narrated. The characters and story feel so real and unique. I’m so impressed by this author’s writing.
Fantastic Series!!!
Lost Kings MC were full of adventures, emotional ride and courage. Hope and Rock once again were tested about how far they would go to be together. Autumn, you had me since the beginning with your charm. The MC had grown so much with each characters being independent. This book speaked the truth feelings… it was raw, challenging, pulled my hair off moment! Crazy intense… the level of love …
More Rock and Hope? Yes please!! They face situations and challanges that will test their relationship. Autumn does such a good job making this so realistic. Love this series!
I really loved and enjoyed this trilogy about Rock the MC president and Hope the lawyer. They really love each other and want to make it work despite their very different worlds. They both go through a lot and especially Hope is trying very hard to be in Rocks world. With all that implies. It is a fun, erotic and emotional ride with a an ending I’m extremely happy with.
Favorite Quotes:
Hope I waited a long time for you. I fall more in love with your beauty, kindness, loyalty, and courage every day.
A very unladylike sound erupts from me, somewhere between a snort and a sob.
Babe, you sure you want your family and friends at a white-trash biker-hillbilly wedding in the woods?
The fact that it doesn’t bother me bothers me.
It feels uncomfortably close to the truth, so I ignore it.
My Review:
Book 3 Strength From Loyalty is the most emotional and heart rendering story of the series so far, and I found it excellently executed, steamily sensual, unendingly entertaining, and at times even gut-wrenching. Tragedy strikes the couple more than once, and although her actions or inactions often frustrate me, Hope’s backstory proves heartbreaking. They hit a rough patch and I was devastated, this crafty writer had me in knots for several chapters but I was quick to forgive her as I want to continue reading about this couple into perpetuity, as well as the rest of Rock’s crew of hunky outlaws, and I see no reason Autumn Jones Lake couldn’t be into doing so. I have become addicted to these fascinating characters and have enjoyed every twist and turn of their story. More please – notice I asked nicely.
This was an incredibly realistic story of how a MC president fell in love with an almost prudish married lawyer. It was well done. They didn’t just jump in bed together. Things like honor, commitment, loyalty actual had value. The secondary characters reel you in and hook you to the storyline just as much as Rock and Hope.
I am looking forward to reading the rest of this series that’s for sure. Happy Reading!
OK so it took me longer then I thought to read the story but was it worth every minute I read of it. Right from cover to cover it was amazing and jaw dropping good. I couldn’t help myself at all and really couldn’t get enough of it to begin with. So in reality I really do want more Hell I feel like I crave more. The author really blew my mind away with the amount of details that went into this story it seemed very very real. This is a MUST READ!!! I’m dead serious read it love it and like it and crave more Lost Kings right along with me.
***I received this story for free in exchange for an honest review, see more of my review @ http://jmhoward2007.blogspot.com ***
As usual this book was awesome and I really enjoyed it from beginning to end!! If you have read the first two books then I really don’t have to sell you on how ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS this book is!! I don’t like to give anything away when I review a book because I don’t need to repeat the blurb and I hate reviews with ANY kind of spoilers, so with that said, I HIGHLY recommend this book because I KNOW you are going to LOVE it just as much as I did!!! Enjoy!!
Still adore Rock and Hope!
Each book is like a learning experience in to the lives of these men and women of LoKi. Love them all.
So many ups in downs in this book between Rock and Hope. An emotional rollercoaster! I loved how Autumn Jones Lake is setting the scene for the rest of this series. I’m glad she chose to write 3 books for Rock and Hope. They’ve been through so much and I can’t wait to read more about them in future Lost King MC books!
What a great story to continue on with Hope and Rock.
They are committed in their relationship to each other, but circumstances still threatens their being together.
hope still has ongoing issues in letting go of her past to give herself fully to Rock, but thinks her secret will be the catalyst that pulls him away from her.
Rock is committed but he is also committed to his MC brothers.
I loved how these two despite their love from one another, have to battle their own demons to realise they are perfect once again. AJL delivered an amazing 3rd story for Hope and Rock and I cant wait to continue on with this series and their journey hopefully also.
Love the LOKI group and their King and Queen!
This book grabbed me from the very beginning with the emotional rollercoaster of Rock and Hope’s relationship. I will admit I shed a tear or two. This storyline is believable and relatable. The author blow me away with each new book and the well developed storyline and characters. This is an emotional, soul searching (at times), page turner, entertaining read. I know this is not the end of Rock and Hope’s story. There are a few things on the fire for them in this wonderful series. Can’t wait to read the next book.
I do not think I could love a book more than I do Strength from Loyalty. Rock and Hope have their obstacles and their journey is not all roses but the destination is beautiful. I absolutely adore, love, and feel honored to read Autumn Jones Lake’s books.
Simply Gorgeous, The Most Compelling Installment Yet… I cannot get enough of this series. There’s just something about Autumn Jones Lake’s “Lost Kings MC” world that draws you in and keeps you there. It is multifaceted, intelligent, and unnervingly relatable. Yet, it’s not over the top as a lot of other MC books are; rather it’s bravely subtle and honest. And “Strength from Loyalty”, is the most compelling installment yet, an emotionally stunning addition to the Lost Kings (LOKI) landscape.
The things Rock and Hope endure in this third book will bring you to tears and have you falling deeper in love with them both. Where book two dealt with what happens when an unlikely pair ignites in love and navigates the difficulties of day-to-day living; this book explores the battles of ghosts past. It’s about dealing with the demons of your past when they rise up to destroy the present, and future. It’s about overcoming the fear attached to showing the person you love the most all of you, good and bad. It’s about the overwhelming insecurities, doubt, and possible terror that come with letting someone fully into your soul and mind. It’s about letting them know your full past, and all of your damage. And allowing them to understand fully what makes you tick as a being and trusting your love is strong enough to endure it.
It’s also about having the strength to lean on love and support each other completely and without question during all times in life, good, bad, and indifferent. As well as, maintaining the knowledge and faith that showing those moments of emotional weakness doesn’t make you a weak person, and that it’s okay to need love, support, and reassurance. Ultimately, it’s an unapologetic portrayal of true love, trust, kindness, understanding, and pure, unadulterated loyalty.
Lake’s continued character development is stellar, her humanizing tone, superb. Where other series’ would have stalled, LOKI just keeps getting better. And this third, full-length installment exemplifies just how quietly powerful Lake’s storytelling truly is. As “Strength from Loyalty” is an astonishingly honest portrayal of the work it takes for two damaged people to stay together. It pushes a rollercoaster of emotions through you from the first word to the very last. And at times, it gives you emotional whiplash as it propels you from doubt, to fear, to guilt, to love, to shame, to complete and utter despair, and back again. And, it – is – glorious!
I fiercely related to this book and Hope’s struggle to open up and allow Rock to see and learn all of her. It’s a leap of faith I am unsure I will ever fully be capable of as I have never in my life trusted someone enough to be as vulnerable as Hope is here. And the journey Lake takes you on, how she showcases the strength and mindfulness it takes for Rock to recognize the man he needs to be for Hope. How bravely she allows him to unearth her traumas in ways that affords him the vulnerable ability needed to take care of Hope, even when she rejects it and runs away, exquisite. It is a truly wonderful read.
