As much as I hate stories about children mis-treated, abused, kidnapped or murdered I seem to be drawn to them.This book was well-written, always keeping you guessing and this detective is becoming one of my new favorites.
I continue to enjoy reading about the situations in which Sloane Monroe is involved.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book! I was hooked from the first line. Great characters and story.
Sloane is a PI who takes a case to find a missing child. She finds plenty that has not been uncovered since the case began. She also finds out something about herself. This is definitely a page turner.
Read this book quickly! Loved the relationships between the characters! The story moved along quickly & kept me in suspense!
