I read this book a long time ago in a land far, far away.
A favorite book!
Heinlein is the MAN!
Heinlein’s Best!!
Yes, an older book, and takes a little more patience to read but well worth it.
A masterpiece of science fiction by one of the genre’s grandmasters. The characters are unforgetable, and the work as a whole is a referendum on nearly every facet of life on earth that shakes the very foundations of our society. Read this book as your stepping stone to “grok” in fullness, my water brothers and sisters.
Great book by a Classic SCI-Fi author. A must read even if you aren’t a SCI-Fi fan, a great boo.
Read this book 20 years ago or more. Quite to exploration of what it might be like for an alien to join earth society and how society might well react to him.
One of the all time classics! A must read for any Sci-fi reader.
Welcome to our racist, religious, and treacherous world of today but hidden in future distractions. Politics as usual. Greed as always. Deception and trickery confuse real vs virtual. Who do you believe in?
One of my all-time favorite reads, thought-provoking science fiction of the highest caliber!
A very influential book first published in the early 1960’s. Be sure to read the original unabridged version first published in the early 1990’s. i
One of my favorite books since I first read it in the 70s.
a great classic from a great author
Classic science fiction by one of the masters.
This is one of his best.
It’s a classic. It inspired many. Did not age well.
Had some interesting ideas with obvious implications as to the main character. Can you “grok” it?
i read this back in the late sixties, and it was mind-blowing – especially the sex implications. only just read it again, and it seemed a much shorter book. still seemed pretty crisp, especially as compared to his contemporary science fiction writers.
GREAT BOOK!
