Feisty female vs plotting planner

Rhys and Zara have a quaint, sweet, spicy little story. I love the little small town with the drama that comes with it. I love the backstory for Zara, quite unique and very interesting. I love that Rhys and Zara are so far apart in their cross purpose that it seems there will be no middle ground for them to stand on. I like that they both finally get it. I like how cute they are together. Roland and Abby make good secondary characters.

There’s new development proposed for the village of Gleveson. Rhys is from the planning authority. He doesn’t hate small towns, but rather prefers what the big city has to offer. Zara owns a small B&B, and loves the little village just like it is. This book took off at page 1, and never stopped. The verbal sparring between Rhys and Zara is priceless – and absolutely hilarious. This is the sweetest book – with just enough steam to make it interesting.

I love a good enemies to lovers romance and Zara and Rhys’s story did not disappoint, these two clash when he wants to plan a new development to her village. When he has to go stay at her b&b he starts to see both her and the village in a new light. This was a great book to curl up with I really enjoyed it
Zara and Rhys are both stuck in the same town with now way out and they can’t stand each other. When plans for village have them on opposites sides of progress they but heads and can’t seem to agree on anything. But they put there differences aside and decide to what is best for the village and work together. The saying is true that opposites do attract and its true for these two. The learn to work together and there feelings for each other are strong and they can’t them from each other.

I was surprised by how sad I was to see the end of Rhys and Zara’s story. I wanted it to go on and on.
Rhys and Zara are perfect for each other if they can get out of their own way to see what might develop.
A sweetheart of a book, I’d like to see what adventure they can get up to together.
Stranded Hearts by Jessica Ames.

This book is an enemies to lovers story which was amazing. It takes place in a small town where Zara and Rhys want very different things for the town, which made them hate each other. The book was beautifully written with great characters. Absolutely love this author.
I never wanted to put this book down. I started it Friday when I was meant to be doing my housework which I made myself put it down to do. I finished it this morning just before I had to get ready for work.
Zara is the owner of the B&B and is very protective of the village she lives in. Rhys is a planner from the local council who comes to the village cause of a new development planned.
I love both Zara and Rhys. I highly recommend this book.
I received an advance copy of this book. I am voluntarily giving my honest review, and I plan to buy this book when it becomes available.
This book is an enemies to lovers story. It’s set in a remote village in the middle of nowhere. Zara is the owner of a B&B with a past she wants to keep in the past and not mention it. Rhys works for the council which wants to do a development in the village. She opposes his plans, but most of the villagers are not opposing once he sweet-talks them. Then unforeseen situations make him stay and Zara shows him the beauty of the village and why he’d disturb what people come to see when they visit and what they enjoy. Other things happen and in the end they have their HEA.
Loved this book, like I knew I would, as I love Jessica’s writing style.
Oh. My!! Loved this book! Zara is an absolute firecracker and is very protective of the village she lives in, nestled in the Peak District. When Rhys, a planner from the local council comes to the village to ‘big up’ a new development planned, I don’t think he planned on Zara!
They clash straight away and the banter is on the chart. Had me laughing out loud! With the banter comes chemistry and it’s scorching!
But can Zara get over the fact, he wants to change the village and can he scale the walls she has built around her heart? What happens when the snow thaws?
Love, love, love!!!
