Omg, J and Madison are the bomb! Love these characters and I love this MC series. I can already tell that I’m gonna be addicted to every one of these hot men!
Love this book. J and Madison are fiery together but also good for one another. Somethings from Madison’s past finally catch up to her and it’s one of the reasons she was sent away but now has to come back. Along with coming back there’s the unresolved feelings between her and J and a loss to mourn. These two will have you reading until your done, it’s a page turner and so hard to put down. Go read it, you won’t be disappointed.
Can’t wait to see where this series is going. I like the chemistry between J and Madison, although I wish their relationship and conversations were more developed. But I think it sets the tone for what is to come.
And so my MC binge continues!! *rubs hands together. I know I am far and I mean far behind on the reading list by this author. I can’t believe I didn’t leave a review, the first time I read this book!
It’s fast paced and emotional. The baggage between Madison and J smack you in the face from the get go and I found myself at times wanting to shake both of them!! Both stubborn and fiery, not wanting to give an inch but not wanting to be without each other…..and on more than one occasion, my heart literally stopped! Now I need to read the rest!!
Excellent biker book. Storyline was well written, entertaining, had conflicts and contained some red hot sex scenes. While I didn’t always agree with the characters actions I really enjoyed their chemistry and passion. Raw and gritty, emotional exposed. Can’t wait to read more in this series!
This was my first Nina Levine book. I have had so many people recommend this series and I am glad I jumped in. I have read a few MC series but not a lot so kind of new to me. Madison is the daughter of the Storm MC President. She walked away from the MC life 2 years ago to get her life under control. She was broken hearted and drinking heavily. Her brother wants her back due to an issue the Storm’s are having with a rival club and sends J to bring her back. Since J was the cause of her broken heart neither of them know how to be around each other. The story goes through all that happens between the Storm’s and the rival MC. J is trying to keep Madison safe and both are fighting an attraction that never stopped.
I liked the characters. I think they both have room to grow which can happen in a series. I like the MC even though they are guys who have done bad things they are basically still good guys at heart. I jumped right into book 2 when I finished this and recommend you do too.
I loved this story. At first u didn’t think they were going to make it and some other shocking things happened in the end and I was really happy for them. Nina Levine grips you to the end.
Love reading her books. Once you start you don’t want to put it down.
This is what got me hooked on the men of Storm!
I love a great biker book and this was a kickass beginning to the Storm MC series. I live for alpha males, tattoos and yes motorcycles. This book has them all, so sit back and enjoy the ride!!
Storm is the story of Madison and Jason, better known as J.
Madison and J had a relationship 2 years ago that ended badly. An by badly I mean she became an alcoholic, was beaten nearly to death and was pushed away by J.
Two years later her life is back together, away from the club with no contact other than the occasional call from her brother. Until that all changes.
Madison’s world is about to come crashing down. The clubs going on lockdown and as daughter of the President she’s being called in to keep her safe.
Her brother Scott sends J to get her. If that’s not enough of a shock once back in the clubhouse she finds out more about what happened to make J push her away two years ago.
I don’t do spoilers, I hate them so I don’t post them. What you read in the synopsis followed my my opinion is all you’ll get from my reviews.
I thoroughly enjoyed Storm. Madison & J’s story is a bit heartbreaking but you get to the bottom of it and understand what they both went through and how they come back from it.
Hot, tattooed alpha males on motorcycles in a very well written book, what more could a girl ask for?
The first book in a riveting MC series! I just loved it. It’s hot and it sets the base for the story.
I really enjoyed the relationship between the two leads. The suspense was also fun to read and the end really surprised me.
Really enjoyed this book and looking forward to reading the series!!
Really sexy.
3,5 stars
This is my first book by this author, and even though I had some issues with it, it had great potential, so it won’t be my last one.
I’ve been planning to read this series for a while now and it’s promising.
This is a second chance romance mixed with MC and brother’s best friend/best friend’s little sister.
Jason “J” and Madison have an explosive relationship. They are volatile, have good chemistry and they are fire together. In more ways than one.
They argued a lot and most of the times I wasn’t a fan of how J dealt with things and treated Madison. Don’t get me wrong, he was never violent, but for a couple that had so much history, I expected something different.
There were times I even questioned if they were the right fit for each other.
But somehow they made it work, thankfully.
The plot was fast paced and interesting, but some scenes seemed a little disconnected. Yet, I was hooked to the story.
I’m really intrigued by the secondary characters and I’m jumping right into the next book.
I have a good feeling about it.
Please please read this series. If you love alpha biker males This is a MUST read. The best author best series. Hot steamy romance. Hats off by far a book to be read more then twice. Enjoy
So this was about a girl who had run from a life where her father was the leader of the motorcycle club, and also a life where she’d been attacked and had a crazy ex-boyfriend. But when that crazy ex starts killing people, her family thinks she is next, and want to bring her home. The story wasn’t bad. Just don’t know that I care for how the women are treated in this society, and not sure that I’d read any more of this series. But the writing wasn’t bad, so I might give the author another chance if she has a different series or book.
I love a good motorcycle club book. I have stumbled upon this series and I am absolutely devouring it! I am blowing through these books. The first 2 I read each in under 24 hours. They’re so addictive!
The author did a great job pairing these characters together. I love their stormy past and the current events that brings them back to each others lives. You can’t help but want to know just how it’s going to end up, you’re pulled in right from the start.
This series isn’t as gritty as some other MC books I’ve read I am certainly enjoying a little more romance from some rough and tough bikers though!!! There’s also quite a bit of dirty scenes too which I love to see mixed in.
I have read all of Nina Levine’s books over and over and I have to say out of all of them Storm is my least favorite. I enjoy reading books with dual POV but I didn’t really get a good feel of J from the book.
I hate Madison’s character. Maybe it’s how I’m reading the book, but she comes across as a whiney, self-centered witch with a B at times. You would think someone who grew up in the club and knew that J was loyal to the club would understand that there are times she won’t come first and club business doesn’t mean everybody knows.
The book is a really good read, I just don’t care for Madison.
*WARNING* contains explicit adult sexual situations
Jason is a member of the Storm Mc, Maddison is daughter of Storm MC prez, their love was brought down by one horrific night of blood shed.
I thought the story was okay, it was just unpredictable.
The plot line in this story had a little twist in, although it wasn’t unexpected. Storm is is not a bad read, it’s just ordinary. I’ll not be reading book 2.
I had such high hopes jumping into this book. The beginning of this book had me immersed and ready for some serious madness to go down. Having read other MC novels I went into this book with certain expectations and with the way this story was leading I thought it was going to deliver. But this book just fell short of that. I felt that this story had so much potential to be completely badass with plenty of anticipation that gets your heart pumping. I felt that it only skimmed the top and didn’t dig deep enough.
I liked the story surrounding the club trying to keep Madison safe because of another MC club President might retaliate against Madison because she used to date him. I thought the story was going to be centered on that, but it wasn’t. Instead that part of the story ended rather quickly and brought on a new threat which I could understand, but didn’t build up or add to the story. It just felt like it was thrown in the story for no reason.
I liked the newly built relationship between Madison and Jason and how they were willing to work through new and old issues so they could truly be together for the long run. As sweet as their romance was, I could not stand Madison at all. She was the worse. She is a spoiled brat who has some serious insecurities and is overly self-centered. I loved whenever Jason told her that everything isn’t about her. It annoyed me that she would get mad when the men wouldn’t tell her about club business or that she had a problem with some things they did or were “capable of.” I mean your dad and brother are running the club and your dating someone in the club, get over yourself. Everything about Madison annoyed me. but she did get better in the end.
I also felt that Nina Levine didn’t go into enough detail and descriptions in telling the story. I felt that a lot of things were just skimmed over. There wasn’t enough detail there for me at certain points in the story. This may even be why I did not connect with the main characters at all, although I liked Jason much better than Madison.
I enjoyed this book for what it was, but it won’t stop me from continuing the series because there are some very interesting characters in these books whose stories I am dying to know. It’s not my favorite MC novel, but its still a nice read.
