I really enjoyed this book! It has a different take on magic that was very interesting. This book has action, adventure, romance, it has it all!
Being forbidden to use magic yet trying to learn how to use it……aaaaaaahhh how frustrating for Princess Maeve! I love how she is not only a Princess who does dishes(ha ha!) but hangs out with dragons!! How cool is that? I could not put this book down and am already reading the next in the series. You can not help but want to read the next in the series. It is a suck you in kind of book!!

What an incredible start to this new series! It is full of rich details, amazing characters, and a story that will keep you hooked as it navigates the surprises in store. I was hooked from the very first page as it all played out and each new part left me fascinated wondering what the author was going to come up with next. I can’t wait for the next installment. I really liked it so I give it 4/5 stars.
amazing! Great writing and story!
This is a great start to a reverse harem fantasy series. I loved the rich world-building and lovable characters. Dragon shifters and a daring princess–just the kind of creative twist on classic fairytale tropes I was looking for. I also enjoyed the political intrigue and layered plot. While the romance was wonderful (and smoking hot) it was woven into an intriguing story that wrapped up well, while leaving plenty of room for a sequel. I’m itching to read the next book!
I was transported to an amazing world with Maeve and her warrior dragons. This story captures you from the 1st chapter, unfortunately its just book 1 so I now need to get the next one right away. I love this series.

This story is inspirational. It brings to mind Queen Elizabeth the First and though the story holds magic and supernatural, the strength portrayed in the midst of the struggle brings light and hope to all who have read this story.

Princess Maeve is a princess with somewhat bound magical powers in a kingdom that has outlawed magic. On the night of her coming out, something bad happens and her teacher is revealed as a fairy godmother. She makes Maeve leave with four dragons. Trystan, Septimus, Gwayne and Caliban are now her protectors. They are also men who were cursed into dragons. Can the love between the four dragon/men and Maeve feel be anything? Can she defeat the evil Magi that is out to get her? Fun read

ONE ENTHRALLING EXPERIENCE!!!
Unbelievable! Marie hits this first installment to what feels like a total block buster in all its wonder. If you’re looking for an action packed, pulse pounding, heart racing, mind blowing, adrenaline rush. Congratulations my friends you’ve found it. Marie brought out the big guns with this tough as nails on point treat that blast this bad boy to life flawlessly. Pushing on-ward through the trials and tribulations as trumoil and distress run rampant while speculation soars. Throw in stressing intrigue, chilling danger and electrifying suspense and you have one page flipping bombshell that blows this bad boy wide open. A bounty of hapless surprises and a bevy of daunting events take you on one wild ride. Twists and turns, ups and downs, a few sharp corners and sleek lines keep you riveted on a razors edge blazing this baby together piece by piece. The characters personalities and qualities are well balanced and blended with enough flaws to make it interesting. 100% on point realism and amazing scenarios that are so colorfully described its like you’re living it with them instead of on the sidelines. Fabulous job Marie, thanks for sharing this little guy with us.
Ever wanted to be a princess, have dragons and an amazing man (or four)? Well now’s your chance! This is the story of Maeve, a princess, saved by four dragon guardians.
There’s magic, mystery, passion, action, humor and so more. The story is addictive and pulls the reader into this magical world.
Though this is part one of a four part series, it is it’s own complete adventure. I loved the way the author unveiled the story, the descriptions of the characters, the dialogue and the tension. I can’t wait to read book two! I received an ARC and I am leaving an honest review.
Nothing like having your own 4 male dragons as your protectors. For princes Maeve to be born with magic in a kingdom that outlawed magic, she has to spend her life hiding her true self. Good story line and characters, I can’t wait to see what comes next in this series.

“Stone and Fire” had me hooked from the first page. This paranormal storyline is well-written, the world-building is intriguing and the flow is perfectly and in keeping with the tale. Maeve is a wonderfully strong character that made you glad that you got to know her and the guys…..need I say hot, hot, hot!!! The smooth pace and flow of the story keeps you entertained and emotionally invested until the last page. I can’t wait to see what adventure is in store for us in the next book!

What a great strong story. From the moment I started reading, I was drawn into the story. The emotions clearly felt. The uncertainty when she is taken out of the castle, the fear of everything new, the magic that was always forbidden and is now being embraced. Her budding feelings for the dragons, the build-up to the romance between her and Trystan. But also her realization that she has feelings for all dragons. The betrayal of her father, the dangerous mission they face and discovering the secret to breaking a curse. The book contains everything to give you a few wonderful hours in a magical world and to warm your heart because of the love that is so palpable. I look forward to reading the 2nd part

I LOVED THIS BOOK! when you have books about dragons, magic and kingdoms. So if you like those types of books with a reverse harem added then read this book.
Princess Maeve is born to a kingdom who has outlawed magic. However, she is studying about magic and is told to make sure that if she uses magic no one sees her do it. As she studies she knows that her magic is not strong enough to do anything big. She is preparing for the ball in her name but something goes down. This next thing Maeve knows, she is on top of a Dragon heading to somewhere safe. She ends up at a tower some place faraway. There She meets some magical creatures such as brownies and more dragosn. She is trying to figure out what is going on and then the creatures talk to her. Here she meets Trystan, Septimus, Gwayne and Caliban who are her guardians and dragons. Until one night she finds four men standing in front of her who are gorgeous until she realizes they are the dragons. She is drawn to them and she can’t explain why. These four men tell her they are cursed and only become human during a full moon. They never expected her to stay long but their secret is revealed. They try and help her with her magic and to figure out what is going on. They also feel a pull to her and they think she may be the key to breaking their curse. Each one of These guys are falling in love with Maeve. In the meantime, there is a twist and she finds out established in her naming day. Then she sets off to.defeat an Evil Magi once she figures out what she is.
Can Maeve best this evil? What will it mean for the guys? So much happens, but it would not be fair to you if I told you. You have to read this book. It has action, slow burn scenes, betrayal and magic.

This was a great read. Nothing like the thrill of dragons and it doesn’t hurt that they are hot either full of yummy bits. And a great story line
This was an amazing read by a new author to me. I will definitely be reading more books by her and I can’t wait for the second book of this series to come out.
“Stone and Fire” is a fantasy RH with dragons. Maeve is a princess who has magic, but it’s blocked, so she can’t access it. She’s sent to a tower to be protected by four dragons, but they’re not just dragons. During the full moons, they turn into men and she finds out they were cursed to be dragons. Now, Maeve has the problem of falling in love with all four of them!
There are lots of plot twists and turns to the story and while the book ends on a happy note, it’s not a complete HEA. I can’t wait to see if the second book gives Maeve and her men their full HEA.
