I thought I’d left the arena behind forever. But now I’m back, and it’s not just my life on the line.Snatched from Earth by aliens. Taken to the stars, and sold at auction. Nothing prepared Emma for days like this. Only one of the aliens seems to have her interests at heart, but how can she trust him? Athazar may be the hottest man, human or alien, that she’s ever seen — but does that mean that … does that mean that he’s on her side?
Ex-gladiator Athazar didn’t intend to rescue anyone from the market. But that was before he saw Emma: a human female who sets his soul on fire. He can’t abandon her to her fate, even if that means joining her in chains.
Ending up on the sands of the arena together, Athazar is forced to fight to protect his new-found mate. But when enemies from his past return, will his skill and bravery be enough to save Emma? Or will the past he tried to leave behind doom both him and the woman he loves?
No cheating, no cliffhanger – Stolen by the Alien Gladiator is a steamy science fiction romance with a happy ever after!

This is such a fun series – each can easily be read as a standalone. Our hero escaped the gladiatorial games…. but for his fated mate, he’ll go back and fight! Now Emma just has to decide if she can trust him. A great read!
Great read… in this book Emma finds herself whisked away into outter space, and no not willingly either… she is in for the adventure of a life time unfortunately not much of a fun adventure at that.. sold to slavers and into the arena…

Wow ! What an action packed, fast moving, erotic love story. It has all the fear, sadness, and hope any slave can wish for as they fight to be free. Love and an HEA are only the frosting on the cake . This story was well written and worth the time it took to read.

This fast paced story has lots of action, excitement, suspense, and of course steamy romance to keep you hooked from beginning to end. Definitely wasn’t your typical PNR. Overall a enjoyable and entertaining read looking forward to seeing what else is in store for this series. I voluntarily read and review this ARC no monetary compensation was received the opinions I have expressed are my own.
I am always looking for a good sci-fi romance and this one is a keeper! The storyline is intriguing with a very alpha hero, an escaped Imperial slave-turned-lone mercenary, and the unexpected mate he sees in a slave auction. Which leads to a failed rescue attempt and eventually, both Athazar and Emma being sold to a gladiator arena and Athazar’s former royal nemesis. I really enjoyed this book!

I found this book to be just okay. Nothing was specifically bad about it though. The characters are actually quite likable and the story was pretty interesting. You may very well enjoy it more than I did. Here’s hoping.
***I decided to review an ARC of this book.***
A fast-paced story that held my interest from the first page. Human Emma gets kidnapped by aliens and sold at auction, Ex-gladiator Athazar tries to buy her but when he cannot he tries to get her to safety and it all goes wrong. There is danger, suspense, drama, evil Aliens and romance. I hope this is going to be a series. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Emma drove the dark highway, holding back her tears as she drove away from her cheating boyfriend. All that she owned was packed in the car that had now started rattling and suddenly came to a stop as the engine failed! She supposed that lucky star she had just wished on wasn’t so lucky for her after all. And, of course, there was no cell phone service out here either. She looked up at the stars again, but one she thought was a shooting star was moving oddly – probably a plane, or with her current luck, maybe a UFO? As the object got closer, her car actually lifted up off the ground. When she finally looked around, she saw strange shapes in the shadows and passed out.
Athazar, a former slave now working with the Patrol to stop the slave raiders, tracked them to an icy comet. As soon as he could verify that was their base, he would call in a Patrol cruiser. His ship’s AI computer tried vainly to convince him to stay back, they were not equipped for battle. But it knew he wouldn’t listen. He was driven to get his revenge on the slave owners who ruined his life and primarily revenge against the cruel Princess Tlaxanna. In a bold move, when another ship suddenly appeared right in front of them from hyperspace, Athazar attached his ship to theirs in the brief moments before their sensors came back online. With Athazar’s ship attached to the hull, the other ship moved into the comet base.
Emma woke up in inky blackness with everything hurting. She was in a small 6-foot metal box. When she started to shout, someone else told her to be quiet or their captors would be alerted. She had to get free, so she kicked repeatedly at the hinged door at the end and amazingly forced it open. She climbed the cages to get out of sight of the two creatures that came looking for her. When they didn’t find her, they sent a drone which used something like a Taser on her. She was locked by chains to the others and marched out of the ship to be sold.
Athazar made his way to the auction area, looking to make contacts and locate the wealthy or Imperial patrons he was hoping to take his vengeance upon. As he watched, the human he had seen from behind earlier was led out. He was stunned with her beauty and fought his strange urge to cover her with his cloak to warm her. She would be sought after as a slave, many wanting her to suffer — and she was aware of that as well as she observed their cold, predatory, and angry eyes staring at her — planning to use her as their way of getting back at the cruel Empire who hurt them since this human was not an Imperial citizen and had no protection. When a spider-like alien tried to touch her inappropriately, her anger caused her to punch it in the throat. That action caused started a bidding war – if the spider thing bought her, it would torture her severely in retaliation. Before it struck her with a blistering hot whip, as was its right due to the insult, the huge red alien that had been staring at her grabbed the whip, explaining the verkesh could hurt her IF he won the bid without damaging the merchandise if another won.
Athazar had his AI calculate all his ready cash and missiles he could offer to win the auction, but the verkesh’s hatred of both of them made it offer an outrageous bid to win the human. Using a controller to cause her pain and force her compliance, it demanded she follow behind. Athazar stood no chance in a fight with being so outnumbered. Would he come up with a plan to save her? Would she be able to escape what was about to happen to her?
I thoroughly enjoyed the humor in this book, especially between Athazar and his ship’s AI. I was also impressed with Emma and the way she recognized her situation and dealt with it rather than just giving up all hope. The story line was solid and well-paced, the tension keeping the reader avidly reading on. Don’t miss this one – it was very well written and pulls the reader right into the action!
What a surprise. Snatched up by an alien and sold. Then to meet a hot alpha alien. Lots of action, excitement, suspense, fun and much more. Loved it. I recommend it. I was given a review copy by booksprout and voluntarily review it.
Lots of twists and turns
This human/alien romance is full of lots of twists and turns to keep the reader interested and needing to continue reading to find out what happens next. It’s not your typical sci-fi romance. It is very well written and there is more action and fighting than there is steamy scenes. Overall a great story-line and a great read.

When I started this book, I could have sworn that I’d read it before. It begins much the same way as most sci-fi alien romances. Woman is in an isolated place on Earth when a bright light lifts her into the sky and off into space. This story skips the usual medical exam and goes straight to incarceration. The remainder of the book goes its own way from that point, bringing slaves to fight for the crowd’s pleasure in a coliseum. I feel that this story is one that’s been written many times over. The few variations on a theme were not enough to save the book from cheesy dialogue like “If you care for me, please — live for me. Find joy again.” There were no surprises here but there was a HEA with no cliffhanger so I gave it 3 stars.
