A second chance, frenemies to lovers romance from USA Today Bestselling Author J.H. Croix! Boone Reeves was my everything once. Not anymore.Boone is back in town, and I want nothing to do with him. All I have to do is remember how he dumped me.Boone never did anything in half measures, and when he broke my heart, he broke it good.He was … measures, and when he broke my heart, he broke it good.
He was never supposed to come back. He definitely wasn’t supposed to want a second chance, and I’m not about to give it to him.

I loved this small town, second-chance romance that moved seamlessly between the POV of Grace and Boone and kept me captivated in all that was happening from beginning to end. I listened to the song Ms. Croix recommends before reading and now I can’t get the song out of my mind and still think about this story!! If you enjoy emotional and steamy romances that will stay with you long after you finish the book, don’t miss “Still Go Crazy”. I received an advance reader copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving my review. I liked it so much, I purchased a copy to read again at a later date.
Boone and Grace were the perfect couple in high school. All it takes is a little miscommunication and not talking things out to ruin a good thing. This story has scorching chemistry, teen angst, love lost and possibly found again. Grace has been angry and feeling betrayed for years. Boone was young, scared and dealing with the grief of losing his dad. It’s time to see what happens when he pushes Grace to listen to him. Is there a chance to rekindle what they lost so long ago?
JH is killing me with this series. Ugh…my heart. I love this series and Grace and Boone are my new favorite couple. I couldn’t get enough of this story and I didn’t want it to end. I can’t wait for the next one in this series.
Still Go Crazy by J.H. Croix is the latest in her Swoon Series and is nothing but a worthy addition. If a reader is looking for a feel good book, with romance, sex, and a decent plot, look no further. This lovely second chance romance featuring Grace Lakes, a waitress at Stolen Hearts Lodge and Boone Reeves, a member of Stolen Hearts Valley Emergency Response Team, along with some of the lodge employees. They had been in love in high school and through their freshman year in college, after which Boone went to Colorado to be with his father. Grace suggested that they date other people if they wanted to; she didn’t. Just as they cam to an agreement that neither of them wanted to date others, two things happened: Boone’s dad was diagnosed with cancer (he later died) and Boone had gotten a girl pregnant. He didn’t communicate with Grace well, and basically broke her heart. Now, some years later, he has returned and he wants another chance with Grace.
One of the many good things about Croix’ series, that even a new one has a link to a past book. Each book in this series in firmly rooted in the lodge and so the reader is able to hear from their favorites from past books. This book also has a cat, Wayne, who belongs to Grace, but loves Boone, even when Grace doesn’t. It is a fun series, a fun book, with decent characters for whom the reader will laugh with and cry with as the book progresses. I look forward to each new release; it feels like going home. I know these folks, I care about them. You will, too. I recommend this as well as any of Croix’ series and past books. Each is stand alone but each has connections to past and future stories. I guarantee.
I received a free ARC of Still Go Crazy from the author in exchange for a fair and honest review. All opinions and interpretations contained herein are solely my won.

Another great addition to the Swoon series that was well written. This has a great storyline tAnother great addition to the Swoon series that was well written. This has a great storyline that kept me intrigued and the characters pulled you into the story. Boone and Grace use to date but something happened between them. Grace was devastated and when Boone came back to town she avoided him for over a year. This is a definite must read that has an HEA ending. You also get to catch up with some of the other characters we have met in the other Swoon Series books. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
Boone and Grace were high school sweethearts and went to college together. Boone was strapped to cash to pay for college and went to spend the summer with his father. Boone and Grace decided to see other people to see if their love was more than young love. Just when they had decided they only wanted to be with each other, Boone breaks Grace’s heart by saying he wasn’t coming back. Grace learns later that he had girlfriend who he had gotten pregnant. Boone is back in Stolen Hearts to get back the only woman he has ever loved. Grace has effectively avoided Boone for a year but learns he is her new neighbor in the duplex where she lives when he gets her cat out of a tree. Boone wants to tell Grace everything that happened that summer, but will Grace give him a chance? Grace has serious trust issues, but will she give the only man she has ever loved her trust? Will Boone being there for Grace during her medical scare be enough to bring Grace and Boone back together? Will seeing the woman who lied about being pregnant by Boone have Grace pushing Boone away? I would highly recommend getting Still Go Crazy and the other books in the Swoon Series. I received an ARC of this book from Bad Boy Update, and I am leaving my honest review.
Aye! Such a fitting title!
Crazy heat, crazy electrified connections, crazy emotions, crazy pasts, and C.R.A.Z.Y communications- or should I say lack thereof!
While the whiplash of crazy happing in the small town of Stolen Hearts Edge engaged all my senses- making me slightly crazy. It just made Boone and Grace’s story of lost love, heartache, and all the messy, raw, real feel that can surface when they are finally close enough to one another. Facing the demons of the past, the flooding heat, and heart of the present that much more authentic!
It took me a while to figure out Boone; he had the smack the forehead, I am a good guy swoony vibe, while Grace gave me this stay under the radar, smex kitten been stepped on one too many vibes. The two of them together- Whoa boy! Pure romancing magic!
I have read every book so far in the Swoon Series, all true stand-alones. I do encourage anyone who hasn’t read the others in the set to get on that! The characters, storylines are all unique, smexy, full of feels reads that have kept me coming back for more!
I really love JH Croix swoon series and Still Go Crazy is a wonderful edition to the series. I truly enjoyed reading Boone and Grace’s second chance at love after being separated for years. The story was heartwarming and the romance between Boone and Grace was off the charts. I really enjoyed reading this book and highly recommend reading it and the Swoon series by JH Croix.

Grace and Boone will have you swooning! I loved this reconnection, these characters are easy to fall in love with. It’s a story you get lost in. I loved it! I am voluntarily leaving my honest review after reading this arc.
This author continues to pump out flawless reads…
Loved the characters whom you couldn’t help but admire. There were many ups & downs before they could get more than their sexy on. They both wanted commitment but it took her a while to forgive a previous hurt. He was a hero in my eyes & he wasn’t a player, he wanted her for keeps & intended to make that happen. I received an arc & this is my honest & voluntary review.
He had never stopped loving her. Now all he had to do was convince her.
I love this series with the same group at Broken Heart Lodge. This time the story centers on Grace and Boone, lovers since high school, they have been separated by distance and a misunderstanding since mid college. Boone returned to town last year, but Grace, protecting her heart, has firmly ignored him. So sweet to see their new and old friends care for them after Boone moved into the other side of Graces’ duplex.
4.5 Stars
This is book 5 in the Swoon series and it features Boone and Grace. These two have a past complicated by a lack of communication and being too young to really understand it all. Several years later, Boone is back. Grace has managed to avoid him for almost a year. He wants another chance with her but needs to explain everything that happened when they broke up the last time. Their chemistry is still smokin’ HOT! She still loves him but can she trust him to stick around this time?
I love visiting Stolen Hearts Valley and spending time with characters from previous books. The story line was great and ALL the characters are fantastic! I’m looking forward to the next book in this series.
Boone and Grace have a history with each other. They were sweethearts when the were teenagers but Boone’s college choices were limited for him. They tried to stay together long distance but then Boone just stopped communicating with Grace. Heartbroken she did what she needed to and moved on. Now he is back in their hometown and Grace is doing everything she can to avoid having contact with him. This becomes hard when he ends up her next door neighbor. Will she give Boone a chance to explain? Can they move forward?
This is an amazing story that will draw yu in from the first chapter and leave you wanting more with the last. The chemistry between them is off the charts hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.
I voluntarily read and reviewed this book for Bad Boy Update.

I was given this book for an honest voluntary review
Croix tops my list of all time favorite authors. Her stories are drowning in heart, inspired with hope and burning up with heat. Each time it’s time to say goodbye, I anxiously await the next hello. Still Go Crazy is a tale of new beginnings and happy endings. A celebration of long-standing friendships and leaps of faith. Grace and Boone wrap themselves so deeply around the heart, it’s hard to tell where you begin and they end.
A Sweet Slow Burn Romance
This was a good read and I thoroughly enjoyed the romance of the story. The flow of the story was good, it was engaging, well written and well presented. The characterizations were many and all believable, especially the main female character’s cat. Loved the easy camaraderie, love and support on the main female character’s friends. Good solid romance read.
I voluntarily received an advance review copy of this novel from the author and I am leaving an honest and unbiased review. I have no affiliation to this author.
I love second chance romances and Boone and Grace definitely need a second chance for their romance. Boone has waited a year for Grace, but all bets are off when he overhears her making a dr appt for migraines. Grace never stopped loving Boone, but has some serious trust issues. This story is simply told with wonderful characters and stories that draw you in as part of the family. I finished this book in the first 24 hours I had it, it was that good!
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I received the ARC from Bad Boy Update. I love this series so much and this one is Grace’s book! Boone was the love of her life, until he broke her heart disappeared form her life. Boone has been back in town for a year now and she has managed to avoid him, until the day she tries to get her cat out of the tree and it’s Boone who steps in to help! He is the new tenant in the duplex and she doesn’t know what to do with herself. She eventually agrees to speak to him, at least a little bit. Boone has a very good reason for bailing on her years ago, but he has been too ashamed to tell her about it. This is a tale of second chances, forgiveness and letting go of insecurities to find the love of your life is right in front of you. Soooo good!
