4.5-Stars for the sexy conclusion of the Brazen Duet Series, Still Brazen
Malone & M. Malone certainly known how to write engaging duet series which is definitely shown in Still Brazen, Book 2 in the Brazen Duet series & the conclusion to Oskar & Hailey’s story. Still Brazen, of course, picks up and continues after the cliffhanger at the end of Brazen. Typically, I am not a big fan of cliffhangers, but the double Malone’s, somehow make them work to the point where I love the suspense in the all their duet series. Oskar has his demons in his past to deal with, but, Hailey is the stronghold he needs. She is constantly reminding him of the fact, that there is good in the world & as their connection grows, he no longer want more money & life on the run, he simply wants her. Their connection keeps growing & by the end seems unbreakable. This one has chemistry, heat, steam, and, by the end, the sexy, hot Oskar will make the reader swoon. 100% recommend the Brazen Duet, Brazen & Still Brazen, you don’t want to miss this series so one-click!
I did receive an advance copy from the author, and, am voluntarily leaving my own opinion with my voluntary review.
The duet is complete with Still Brazen. Nana Malone knocked this out of the park. A great conclusion to a great beginning. It’s told in different points of view, no cheating, no cliffhanger, and a hea. I highly recommend this book.
I loved this one! It picks up right where Brazen leaves off and the heat and suspense continues! I am so in love with Oskar and Hailey’s story and the conclusion. Nana Malone and M. Malone have another 5 star read with Still Brazen!!
This is another truly great read and the series is wonderful. Strong characters and a great story line. I so can’t wait to see what comes from the Malone’s next. It will keep you entertained and draw you right along in the story.
This book picks up where Brazen left off. Our Hero, Oskar, and his team at Blake Security, are still trying to find out who is threatening our heroine, Hailey, who also turns out to be his wife. In their investigation, they uncover disturbing secrets about Hailey’s family members which results in Oskar softening his heart to protect hers. I loved their playful banter and the love and trust that deepens between them. I especially enjoyed revisiting with all the other couples and seeing both the men and women demonstrate their “badass-ness” in taking down the bad guys. Fun conclusion to Oskar and Hailey’s story.
Still Brazen turned out to be an excellent conclusion to this story. Blake Security is a wonderful group of people, and Still Brazen brings this couple together in an epic ending. As always the Malone sisters take two characters adds some circumstances that ordinary people wouldn’t get out of usually and adds an emotional element to it. And this brings us to a beautiful end.
As always I enjoyed this story as I still do.
A new enemies-to-loves romance from Nana Malone!
Still Brazen is an amazing read! The continuation of Oskar and Hailey is filled with myster, suspense and romance. I love how we got to get a glimpse of Oskar protectiveness and seriousness. They really bring out the best in each other. I really enjoy reading their story and meeting new characters. I can’t wait to see what the Malone’s will write next!
I voluntarily leave an honest review of this Advanced Readers Copy.
This duet has a unique storyline full of awesome characters. I love all these Blake Security guys and their women. Very well written, with the perfect ending. This duet is highly recommended!
Bodyguard romance, enemies to lovers, forgotten wife/husband/accidental marriage
I enjoyed Still Brazen. It was full of action, sexy scenes, funny, and romantic. I was so glad that Hailey was as strong and independent as the rest of the Blame Security women. I love all the couples, unique in their own right.
I know this was a duet, but is it the end? I don’t know. I still have unanswered questions. I re-read some of the book thinking I had overlooked the answers. I still have the same questions.
The book was a thoroughly entertaining read. After the cliffhanger ending of Brazen, it was a bit anticlimactic, but still enjoyable.
I voluntarily read and reviewed the Advanced Reader Copy.
Picking up where Brazen left off, Still Brazen was a riot of steamy action, suspense, and comedy! Oskar and Hailey more then earned their HEA.
When we last left Oskar and Hailey everything was in chaos and ended in a sudden cliffhanger. Still Brazen picks up where Brazen left off so you definitely need to read these books in order.
I really do love these characters and the chemistry between them is amazing. The guys from Blake Security are some of my favorites for sure and I enjoyed getting to know more about all of them as the story progressed. Book 1 really set me up with so many questions and had me on the edge of my seat and dying to get my hands on book 2.
Still Brazen has lots of action and drama, but I was still left with a lot of questions at the end. There were many twists that I never saw coming so every time I made a guess as to what I thought was going to happen I was wrong. In this book Hailey is begining to step away from her work driven life and realizes that there is much more out there that she wants to experience. Oskar is finally letting his walls down enough to actually let someone get close and you can see there relationship getting stronger as the story goes on.
I was really hoping for some more moments between Hailey and her family in order to close up some of the questions I had regarding them, but over all this was another great book and one definitely worth the read. – By Alisa
Still Brazen is the conclusion of Hailey and Oskar’s story. The cliffhanger from book 1 gets resolved fairly quickly but then we began to dive into Hailey’s family dynamic and she gets some pretty big shocks. As the book goes on the chemistry between Hailey and Oskar is off the charts and the danger also rises. We finally are let in to who the threat against Hailey is and all the guys and girls at Blake security work to protect Hailey at all costs. The ending is very sweet and I love this cast of characters!
The second book in the Brazen series it picks up where the first book left off. There is suspense, drama, danger, action, twists, turns, some humorist moments, intense, and romance. Oskar and Hailey finally find out who is after her. I found the story was not quite what I expected. I received a copy of this book and I am voluntarily reviewing it.
Enemies to lovers bodyguard romance from Nana Malone!
The story picks right up where Book 1 left off. The authors’ continue to entertain with a story that kept me engrossed to the last page. I loved seeing Hailey evolve into a more self assured woman, blossoming with Oskar’s love, and the camaraderie of the Blake Security family. Oscar’s love for Hailey displays a depth of emotion beyond his comedic facade. Together their chemistry is a palatable force. The women of Blake Security had me shaking my head and laughing, adding another layer of enjoyment. Don’t worry the requisite action, drama, intrigue and heat are ever present.
Still Brazen is the conclusion of Hailey and Oskar’s story, and picks up right where the first book left off. I loved reading both books and following their story. I look forward to reading more from this author.
I enjoyed the end of Hailey and Oskars story, even though I enjoyed the first one a bit more. I love any story with the Blake Security bunch though, and these authors always know how to create a fantastic storyline with equally wonderful fun and witty characters to go with it. I’d recommend this book.
I thought it was a fabulous book that was such an amazing read.
