I was nine when I befriended him. Seventeen when I kissed him. And eighteen when I threw all dirty thoughts about him in the trash.Vincent Turner is my bad boy best friend. I’ve never said no to him. Even when he asked to copy my homework in high school. Even when he asked me to be his wing woman. I’ve seen his girlfriends come and leave. He’s brought me ice cream after my heartbreaks. And then … me ice cream after my heartbreaks.
And then it all goes to sh*t.
His filthy rich parents find him a doll to marry.
And he asks me to be his wedding planner.
That eleven-year-old kiss is starting to haunt me.
I’d rather be his wife, not his damn wedding planner.
I’ve never said no to Vincent Turner.
You think now might be a good time to start?

This book was so cute! I loved reading about their obvious love and watching them figure out how to get together. They truly had a beautiful friendship! I can’t wait for book 2!
Loved this friends to lovers romance with wedding planner Emily and wealthy businessman Vincent. They have been best friends for years and actually have deeper feelings for each other but are afraid to cross that line. When his parents demand he marry the next door neighbor Keira he feels he has to go along or loss everything he has even if he loves Emily but Kiera also has her heart set on another. Will Vincent go through with his wedding to Kiera or change his mind?
This is a really cute story.
This is a simply wonderful friends-to lovers Rom-Com that delivers plenty of laughs, swoon and heartfelt moments. I found it very easy to get swept up into Emily and Vincent’s story. They were likable, relatable and effortless to connect with. They had me invested from the first chapter and rooting for them all the way. This is an exceedingly pleasurable read that will surely brighten your day.

I really enjoyed this story, it’s well-written with a fast-paced storyline, there’s loads of drama between Vincent and Emily. They have been best friends forever and now his parents are threatening to take his inheritance away unless he marries. No, not to Emily, the love of his life but someone else……. there is heartbreak and humor in this story. Really a good friends to lovers romance.
Emily and Vincent are best friends, one shared kissed was enough for both to realize they loved each other but never spoke it, until Vincent had to marry another woman. This was a great story about unrequired love. I highly recommend it

I have really enjoyed reading this book, the author did such a great job developing the characters… Also, it caused me to lose quite a bit of sleep while I was reading it, because it was so hard to put down at night…so many hilarious moments and so many sweet moments too. Made me laugh so hard. Amazing storyline and characters…what more could you ask for. Loved it. Happy reading everyone!!
Beautiful love story with a touch of drama. I loved this story so much that I didn’t want to put it down but I didn’t want it to end either. Emily & Vincent were amazing wonderful characters who had loved each other nearly all their lives without ever telling the other just being best friends. It took a lot of emotional times, drama, hurt & laughter before they got their happy ever after, I just wished that Kierra & Jason got theirs too.

Let me finish fanning my self with my kindle. What a great story! For some reason I was prepared not to like Vincent, but I adored him. He’ll make you melt.
Emily is a kind hearted, devoted friend and she deserves to be with the love of her life. It was such a rocky road they had to navigate to get to their happy ending, but it is so worth the read.

Emily and Vincent have been best friends since they were 11. She’s been madly in love with him since they met. When his snotty, bossy rich parents join forces with similar friends they blackmail him and their daughter into a very unwanted marriage. Emily a wedding planner gets asked to plan the wedding. Plot twist Vincent loves and has loved her since they met too. So there is no plotting on her part to get her man. For as soft as Vincent comes off in the beginning he’s got some serious hidden alpha in him. It’s a very cute and steamy story.

I love friends to lovers romance and this one was that plus so much more. I loved the banter and the back and forth and the unrequited love between Vincent and Emily (or so they thought). But Emily’s inner dialogue was what took the cake. This is fun, sexy, flirty, and full of back and forth that I couldn’t get enough of.

If you are looking for a book that is going to deliver on not just romance, but also on comedy and suspense, then grab this one. The author was able to portray some amazing chemistry between Emily and Vincent. I loved that the book was not at all what I was expecting, but everything I needed out of a good romance novel.

This is another great book by this author. She has a way of pulling you in at the beginning and not wanting to put the book down until you are done. Vincent and Emily have been best friends and tied to the hip since they were eleven years old. This a great friends to lovers story. When Vincent is told to marry a woman that he is only friends with, or be cut off, he doesn’t know what to do. Emily and Vincent have loved each other for years and never said anything to the other. What is Vincent going to do, marry his neighbor or fight for his best friend? You’re just going to have to read to find out. There is angst in this one, as well as steam, drama and a twist and turn. I highly recommend you get this book and get swept into this world.
Oh my goodness!!! I just loved reading this book, Stealing My Best Friend by Summer Brooks. Emily and Vincent have been best friends forever. Then one year in high school, they kissed each other and their world has never been the same. Emily truly loved Vincent and thought it was only 1 sided, but it turns out Vincent was secretly in love with Emily. Vincent’s parents never liked the friendship with Emily because she didn’t have a rich background like Vincent. Unfortunately, life had other plans and Vincent was blackmailed into marrying a family friend name Kiera or he would never see his inheritance. So, Vincent has to hire Emily as the wedding planner. That was hard for her and she cried a lot. I wasn’t sure what was going to happen when that happened. But there was a funny part in there when Emily had to order what Kiera wanted for her wedding. Emily has an inner voice named Cruella that was very funny and I liked reading when she came out in her head. I highly recommend reading this book. It was such a romantic book with very steamy and passionate scenes in it.

Oh, the angst! The hilarity! Emily and Vincent are adorable and frustrating together. They’ve been in love with one another for nearly as long as they’ve known each other, but neither realizes the other shares their feelings. They’re both terrified of ruining their friendship because their lives would be empty without their best friend. An ultimatum from Vincent’s parents pushes him into drastic action and we get to witness the fallout as he decides if he’ll accept the life they’re forcing him into or will fight for the life he wants to live. This story was just so much fun. It’s filled with sexual tension and angst as well as some slapstick humor worthy of the Three Stooges. I can’t wait to read the follow-up book now.
