Best book I’ve read in a long time!!
This unique book doesn’t fit in any genre I can think of. I thoroughly enjoyed this read! Interesting characters and plot.
Absolutely breathtaking!
Top ten
In some ways reminiscent of “El Cuaderno de Sarah,” Patchett vividly conveys the lure of saving the world with the self-sacrifice required. Absolutely a Desert Island book.
I liked nothing bout this book. Unrealistic, hard to follow, ridiculous situations, racist portrayals of native people. One of the worst books i have ever read.
She is an amazing author
Although it was a novel with an interesting story there was a beautiful description of the amazon.
Very intricate story of a young woman who goes in search of her coworker when he goes missing in the Amazon jungle. I enjoy this author’s work very much even though it does take some time and effort to read, this book is original and interesting.
