More Succubus Challenges!!
A vampire, and werewolf and a demon walk into a bar…. A bad joke? No, just the choices for dinner.
Our heroine Pia must “feed” every three days – so has suitors which she rotates through. She doesn’t like to feed on strangers like her sister do, so she has suitors on schedule.
When she becomes involved with Incubus Val, this completely throws her schedule off. A fascinating look at the succubus / incubus relationship, relationships in general, and a highly entertaining story.

Still hungry for love
Pia the succubus with a yearning for love has (with the help of her family) st least managed to stabilize her energy intake by feeding on a contract basis with 3 “suitors” – an ancient vampire, a shy snuggly werewolf, and a most atypically sweet-natured Mazzakim demon. All is well until the demon mysteriously decamps, the were is nowhere available to pinch-hit, and the greedy vamp ups the price of an emergency feed. Pia, off-schedule and starved for sex, is now vulnerable to a noteworthy and powerful incubus. Valerio Hunam, and all five of his succubus wives re in town, hunting for connections to broaden their power base. Val seeks an alliance with Pia’s family, but only if it’s Pia who joins his harem. Pia is so not into the traditional loveless succubus/incubus marriage. Val can’t let go of her. Their bizarre courtship teaches some strange lessons to both parties – but can they make a go of a radically different, love-based marriage? Will Wives 1-5 gang up on Pia to preserve the status quo ante? And where the blazes is that missing demon? Love and marriage the old-fashioned human way is within Pia’s grasp – or is it? Stay tuned….

Pia was trying to leave the past behind. Her suitors seemed to be enough and she was avoiding anything that could stress her vulnerable existence. When one suitor missed his date, all went havoc for her. Tricked, angry, afraid of commitment, excited and troubled Pia had experienced a lot and had been struggling with her reality, she was a succubus who craved to be loved. Despite her parents’ example, it was not the incubus/succubus way and unlucky for her, the object of her affections don’t know how to love. Youth and naïve Pia had a lot in her plate, and it was interesting how she was learning the ropes, difficult as it was. I’m intrigued with the power struggled between Val and Sin. Complex characters that had me thinking. Like these stories with not the usual conflicts and intriguing situations that have me eager for more. Anything can happen with the strong Paranormal characters, the contained threat and the fragile situation in which Pia found herself. Interesting characters, some suspense, strong emotions. doubts, amusing scenes, romance and lot of heated passion.
This little succubus is going to break my heart. All she wants is the same thing that most of the rest of us are looking for: someone to love who loves her back. Only, that’s something that’s even more difficult to find in her world than it is in ours. Has she found the impossible in Val or will this just be another repeat of “the Pierre incident”? I loved that we get to see a stronger, somewhat more independent Pia in this book. I hate that she goes through so much heartache, but I think that might be part of her unique nature among succubi. I’m still not yet totally sure what to make of Val. I think he’s been buttoned up for so long that it’s going to take even more work for Pia to break him the rest of the way out of his shell. I loved the sweet family moments in this book, and I adored them even more when the author brought her silly humor to bear on them. I’m very curious to see what else she has in store for Pia.
I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book from the author.
Pia may have her “eating disorder” back under control through some very old school ideas but she is happier than she has been for some time. But it’s time this succubus put her foot down where her father is concerned!
Zur-sin wangles a favour from her and she’s tasked with meeting a new incubus to town. One her father seems to have wanted to keep her from! But Pia has bigger problems – her demon suitor has vanished and she’s running on fumes from her current suitors. What’s a hungry succubus to do?
Valerio is an incubus and already has a harem of wives but he wants something “different” and he may just have found it in Pia!
Heartache mixes with fun and sexy antics. There is a HMOG scene with a certain trio – that’ll melt your eyeballs.
This is the second book in this series, succubus Pia has found a few men to be her donors; people that give her orgasms for her succubus nature, but when one goes missing, she needs to find a replacement immediately and needs to find her missing donor. She needs to have sex every 3 days or she won’t be able to control herself and sleep with whoever. She ends up owing a favor to a vampire, which ends up in an interesting way. That’s how she meets incubus, Val, who ends up wanting Pia for one of his brides; he already has 5 wives. Incubi need to have sex with succubi to get their power, or they have sex rages like the succubi. Pia isn’t your typical succubus though; she wants a deeper connection than just sex, so she’s hesitant to accept Val into her life. Val knows he’s attracted to Pia, but he’s not used to the way she does things.
It’s nice to read about a deeper emotional connection going on in this book. I liked the connection between Val and Pia. Pia still has her other men to deal with too. I wasn’t a fan of the first book because I just don’t like the whole succubus premise, but I do like this author’s writing. In this one, it was great to get to learn more about Pia and about the succubus world. I like Pia. She acts a bit younger than her years; early to mid 20’s, but I like her sass. I don’t like the sex scenes; not into multiple partners or ménages, so I just skimmed those parts. There’s a lot of sex scenes being a book about the succubus/incubus world. The story is entertaining though, and there’s some interesting ideas on succubi and incubi. I’m liking this series more than I thought I would.
Cute addition to the series! It went by so quick. I love reading about Pia’s antics and her crazy family. I am looking forward to the next book!
