When being different leads to the best years of your life. After a party goes horribly wrong, Silver Spell Solange wakes up to some surprising news that changes everything she grew up believing. The thread of betrayal runs deep, making her question her very identity. As secrets are unravel left and right, she’s forced to step up and confront the hidden truth her father never wanted her to find … never wanted her to find out.
But time is short. Silver only has three brief months — her summer vacation — to dig into her family’s past for the information she needs. Because year three at The Supernatural Spy Academy is just around the corner, and it’s going to be life-changing for her and the four loyal shifters who have vowed to stay by her side through thick and thin.
However, not everything is going smoothly within their team’s dynamics. Tensions skyrocket when Wolfgang becomes more protective than usual and easy-going Dimitri grows combative. Add in Ryuu’s sudden mood swings and Yuriel’s random disappearances, and Silver finds herself struggling more than ever to give an equal part of herself to each of them.
With a spy hiding in the shadows, the stakes are raised. Silver and her team must either catch the enemy or watch SSS lose its prestigious glory. For there’s a mysterious organization desperate to claim Silver and her power and it’s doing its best to bring down SSS once and for all.
Year Three is about to be a speed chase as the Dean changes the curriculum entirely and Silver and the guys are thrown into the field — literally — headfirst.
Magic tattoo parlors, sneaky doctors, and floods of lava — Silver and her men will face all this and more as they crank up the heat in spy academy.

By this point I eagerly look forward to each new addition to this series and this was one is just fantastic!! We pick up at the beginning of their the very long break before year three starts. There are investigations, healing, relationship building, and training going on. We learn the answers to some questions while getting more questions at the same time. I still totally love the uni-kitty!! A mind blowing world of magic, shifters, danger, and romance that you won’t be able to put down. I totally loved it so I give it 5/5 stars.
Heck yes, this series just gets better and better and more and more steamy. The action packed moments mixed with the sweet and sexy ones make for an intriguing storyline that sucks you in from start to stop. Yumo had me laughing, sighing and crying, had me biting my nails and bouncing in my seat. This was another great addition to the series and the cliffhanger ending left me in shock and need more!
SSS The Supernatural Spy Academy Year Three is the third installment in Avery Song’s gripping series featuring Silver and her four shifter boyfriends. The author keeps elevating each book so that it stands above the rest and this book is no exception. You’re going to need a cold shower or your favorite toy, a box of tissues, and maybe a stress ball. This book is THAT good! Avery Song gives me everything I want with this book and more…though I could do less with bawling. Haha! But the author does not disappoint with this book and I’m eager for the next.
Year Three picks up right where the last book left off. One piece of the truth has been revealed in connection to the problems that Silver and the guys have been dealing with, but at least they are getting their butts in gear. They know what is at stake and I love that the author goes further and gives me what I’ve been wanting most – more steamy and more backstory. Silver finally is doing her research and is learning some of the history that surrounds not just the ring, but herself as well. Grab the tissues because the story that Lia reveals is one of true tragedy and if Silver is not careful, it will repeat itself yet again. Where the first couple of books held off on the steamy element until over halfway through, since things have changed the author gives us the steamy with full force. I loved every second of it! I was even a bit green with envy a couple of times. LOL!
The only thing that I didn’t like about this book was Wolfgang. I totally get what was going on and why, but good grief did I want to smack the living daylights out of him! So I literally cheered when someone finally steps up and handles him. I get being jealous, I understand wanting to be close to the one you love, but OMG he seriously took it overboard and so he’s a bit of the least favorite for me. Haha! Prepare for another heartbreaking moment in this book. I was crying my eyes out, so just prepare yourself. Also, prepare to be choking on laughter at a certain point in this book. This book is truly a roller coaster ride from start to finish.
There is nothing that I would change in this book…even with Wolfgang being the world’s biggest idgit. Don’t sweat Yuriel’s “disappearances” it’s nothing major, I promise. This book is the best in the series so far. It grabbed me from the beginning and kept me page-turning to the end. I loved every second of it and can’t wait for the next. The author met my expectations with this book and then exceeded them. She has truly found her stride with this series and I’m excited to see what happens next. Prepare for an insane cliffhanger, but my mind is already screaming “It’s a Trap!” If you’ve read the series this far and enjoyed it then grab this book! You won’t be disappointed!
I am seriously addicted to this series and the world this author wrote it in. Silver, Dmitri, Yuriel, Wolfgang and Ryuu are so freaking awesome and so dang funny that they will have you cracking up at the craziest times over crazy things. I love how they are still all so loyal and protective of each other no matter what they are going through. Believe me they are seriously going through a lot with just one thing after another. Truly can not wait for the next book as I need more from them and to find out what happens.
This Wasn’t What I Was Expecting!!

I really didn’t enjoy Year 3 at the SSS Academy – Probably because they were only there for a few chapters!! Most of the book was spent on the guys trying to bolster her flagging magic & self belief!
Where were the chapters explaining what the hell her Dad had hidden from her & her family?? Why weren’t they livid? I honestly felt cheated that this wasn’t ‘discovered & explained’ properly through the book!!
I was actually kinda disappointed with this entire book. Yes the sexy times were hot & the Prophecy stuff Lia told her was brilliant but the rest of the book fell really flat for me unfortunately!!
Fingers crossed for Year 4
