This book is RATED-R FOR LANGUAGE by the publisher.Bush pilot Tom Stokes is about to face the worst day of his life. On a clear winter morning, he sets out to do some repairs on a remote hunt camp, leaving his five-year-old son and very pregnant wife snug in their beds.On the return trip, a squall forces him into an emergency landing and he winds up—quite literally—in the lap of petty criminal … the lap of petty criminal Dale Knight. Dale, now a fugitive from the law—and worse, from a merciless drug lord who just happens to be his brother—draws Tom into a web of mayhem and treachery that puts not only his life at risk, but the lives of his wife, son . . . and unborn child.
SQUALL is a fast-paced, darkly-comic tale of murder and gang-style retribution that grabs the reader on page one and just doesn’t let go.

And it included flying a private plane.
This book was a hard to put down. Loved the ending, once again showing crime does not pay!
A page turner. I liked the ending.
Good, quick read.

Good Read!
Enjoyed this book but it was awfully short. Just took a couple of hours to read.
Enjoyed this book
Excellent
A real page Turner.
Lots of violance and profanity.
Wonderful book. Kept you on the edge of your chair. Enjoyed it immensely.
Didn’t like the heavy foul language but the story was suspenseful.
Light reading. Enjoyed
This book is junk, unnessary foul language .
I’m not a fan of profanity and excessive violence, so I only got through the second chapter.
It was a pretty enjoyable book.
Easy to get caught up in the characters and the fears they have as the situation changes. Interesting read.
Great characters, always a new twist as the story goes on.
Immensely enjoyable! Squall is set in the province of Ontario, Canada and unfolds in a little over 24 hours. The powerfully wrought characters include a drug courier, his coked-up girlfriend, two hit men, the pilot owner of a rustic fishing/hunting camp and his family. Very fast paced with edge of the seat action plus more than a few twists and turns. Highly recommended.
