Spring showers make love flower… into a position as his new assistant, Waylon realizes there’s much more to her than meets the eye. She brightens his mundane life with her sunny smile and kind heart, and he suddenly wants springtime each and every day.
Spring Hadley isn’t trouble. She’s a free spirit who sometimes forgets important things—like locking up the clothing store she owns with her sisters. When her sisters get mad and call her an irresponsible ditz, she decides to go on a camping adventure to prove that she can make it just fine without her family. Unfortunately, her Jeep breaks down, and Spring ends up stranded in Bliss with no money. A temp job is what she needs, and she’s determined to get it—even if it means tangling with the new sheriff. A sheriff who is hotter than a jalapeno pepper with kisses just as spicy. But when her criminal father blows into town, trouble begins, accusations fly, and the truth comes out.
Can a straight-laced lawman and a free-spirited woman make it to the church on time? Or will a secret tear through their spring romance like a Texas tornado?

Absolutely loved this book
Easy beach read
I really enjoyed this book! I did not want to put it down! I cannot wait to read the rest of the series!
Enjoyable
Loved the dynamic of perfectionist meets sweethearted goof ball.
This is an empowering book in the way that teaches you to live. Really live. Specially if you decided to be something you are not to fulfill a role in a certain way.
I love this novel. When I started reading the girl seemed a wind-head but on her first apology for missing an appointment I realized that you can be relaxed and still responsible and mannered.
I absolutely loved this book. Easy to read. And the end was very well built not leaving you with the – so often – sensation that the author suddenly decided to wrap things up and that’s it. It just glides to the HEA in the best way
This is a new author for me. I have read the first two books in the series and they are very funny and enjoyable. Some real laugh out loud moments.
What a fun book to read. You thought you knew what was happening, but then something else happens. I really wanted jut to sit and read and do nothing else!
It is always fun to meet new families and be able to follow through with their adventures.
Delightful characters in an interesting small town with many other interesting characters. Totally enjoyed it. Lots of smiles and laughs and some Awwws.
sex & language
The storyline was ‘basic romance ‘ and very predictable.
SPRING TEXAS BRIDE (The Brides of Bliss Texas, #1) was a fun quick read. Straight-laced sheriff meets free spirit. That combination begs for sparks and fireworks to fly. Throw in a law-breaking father for a bit of extra flavor. SPRING TEXAS BRIDE is entertaining.
I loved this book from start to finish!!!
Boring
Some of the lines are for younger readers
Could only read 4 chapters. Ditzy character was really lame and the references to prior books to many to be not annoying.
In Spring Texas Bride we get to visit Bliss, Texas again and see what the Arrington’s are up to. The hero in this story is Waylon Kendall, the town sheriff who seems to be having a hard time having fun these days because of the responsibility of his job. We also get to meet a new heroine, Spring Hadley who definitely stirs things up for Bliss as well as for Waylon. He doesn’t know what has hit him. These two are polar opposites so its fun watching them get to know each other and laugh at the craziness that Spring brings to the story. I thoroughly enjoyed going back to Bliss and catching up on what Dirk and Gracie have been up with their twin girls. There were a few lessons that our H&H had to learn before getting their HEA but they finally figured things out. Spring Texas Bride as a great addition to this wonderful series.
