I wrote a review but because I am off line. I was not kept.
Great story. Loved the characters and the world. When things are rough in the real world ths is a great escape read.
A different take on the whole elf and human world relationship. Excited to see where it leads as the characters are developing well.
Well written, great realistic characters, fine story.
Loved this book. Didn’t want it to end. I wanted the next book right away.
I got invested in the world and have bought the rest of the series and am on the last book and I have not been disappointed. I hope she writes more stories in this universe in the future. Interesting take on the Fae and all their variations and the legends about them on Earth.
I wanted the story to continue. The characters were well developed and so much magic.
Interesting new culture
First in the Series. Just what I like. Enjoyed this
I liked everything about this book: the writing style, the character development, the storyline, the dialogue. In fact, I enjoyed it so much I bought all the remaining books in the series. I read the first book about a week ago and am now reading the fourth. This is a series I definitely will read more than once!
A must for fantasy readers who love a dash of romance with their magical creatures! She had me at elves 🙂
It’s unique
Southbound by Bethany Adams and narrated by Gabrielle Dr Cuir and Stefan Rudnicki is a terrific fantasy novel that grabbed me right away. I didn’t know what the book was about when I started it and was pleasantly surprised. I adore the main characters and found the plot intriguing. I am not much for romance but there is just enough in here to make it interesting and entertaining. I definitely want to continue this series!
The narration switches back and forth between the two main characters and both do a great job.
This is a great book that held my attention throughout. The characters were well-written and I loved the adventure and danger. I binge read the whole series over a weekend!
I found myself so lost in the characters and story, I completely forgot I was supposed to be editing my own book!
I loved this whole series and missed the characters terribly when I finished the last book. Very well written…the “world” is believable and well defined…excellent read.
I found this book to be just what I needed for a rainy weekend read. I enjoyed the building of the storyline and the characters.
Easy read fantasy.
Good character building. Interesting story line.
There are lots of books about a fated mate, and many just focus on quick sex; but this is not one of those. This author build an interesting world with many desperate problems that draw you in as a reader. There is romance as well a complex and interesting plot. Good characters.
