Simon Bridgeworth, Earl of Stoneham, loves to play, and to perfect the game he delights in most, he’s funded a hook-up app, crUIzer, where he meets Nick Cooper, who turns out to be so much more than a one-night stand.
Super rich British Earl, Simon found himself on the other side of the pond when bad news hits hard. Who was stealing from his company and how was he going to resolve it? Before he needed to take it all on, he decided to play a little First. Finding Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Nick was just what he seemed to need. He and the man found their passion and could not get enough.
When Nick was called in to find a missing man, the surprise was on him. The man he’d spent time with turned out to be someone who was way out of his league. However, there was no way Simon was letting him go, despite the conflict of interest in the case.
Suspense, romance and a look at what it takes for two men who live on different continents to come together. One click and explore how these two get together.

Soul of Discretion is written by both Susan Mac Nicol and M. Tasia. Ms Mac Nicol’s work I have read and enjoyed before, but I think Ms Tasia’s work is new to me.
In a nutshell, this story is about a man finding out his friend has been stealing from him, so he goes to confront him. Things take a darker turn when his friend is murdered, and it looks like the mob is involved. On a lighter note, the one night stand turns out to be a repeat, and in the RCMP.
I really liked this story. It has enough twists and turns to keep the reader’s attention, whilst not drowning in detail. The relationship between the two MCs moves fast, but it is only right it does so. They work very well together, complementing each other in nearly every aspect. There is a great supporting cast, with Peter and Steph being amongst my personal favourites.
With no editing or grammatical errors to disrupt my reading flow, this book was a delight from start to finish. Thoroughly enjoyable and definitely recommended by me.

Nick Cooper, Sergeant in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, is a stickler to the rules of duty. Something has changed. He needs more in his life. A hookup was supposed to be the one time answer. Only it wasn’t. This man made more of an impact that he expected.
Simon Bridgeworth, took an unexpected trip to Toronto due to a theft and discovers he lost a friend to murder. Keeping things in house, as he prefers, is no longer the possible. The Mountie he had the hookup with, turns out to be the investigator on the case.
The mutual attraction is obvious but the lines become blurred as neither man can maintain the distance of personal and professional.
Mystery, intrigue, romance, and two completely opposite personalities coming together as one.

Oh Canada!
What do you get when a sexy Brit meets a Mountie in Toronto? Some delicious mano-a-mano, a vicious case to be solved, and a sweet happy ending. I loved Simon and Nick; their relationship started causal, but what I really enjoyed was how they both ended up with feelings for the other – their tenderness and passion was delightful.

This book was incredible. Not only the love story was amazing but the story as a whole was interesting and kept us on our toes from start to finish. I couldn’t get enough of Nick and Simon. From a one night hookup to a casual hookup to forever. Their love sorry is mixed up in a mob hit, kidnapping and so much more. I can’t wait to read more form this author in the future

I didn’t want this to end, too hot! Simon liked things his own way. Peter his personal assistant tries to ensure they stay that way. He is surprised and dismayed when his company Breakforce Canada is suffering losses. Jack, his best friend didn’t show up for the meeting explaining the shortfall. Seems his secretary hasn’t seen him in 4 days. Nick, RCMP is in Toronto for a Conference. He and Simon hook up and surprise themselves with their awesomeness. Then Nick is called to investigate the death of Jack, whom they had under surveillance from a closed case, they can now reopen. Surprisingly, Jack was involved with a mob family. Nick’s team hopes the new development gets them into Breakforce for a meeting to see if the company can provide any insight. What will that first professional meeting between Nick and Simone be like? Will Simone come under investigation? How conflicted will Nick be. Is there a COI? Exciting, sexy, hot, endearing, fun, dramatic. An excellent read. Well done. Soul of Discretion is an enjoyable read matching Simon, an overly successful businessman and Earl, with Canadian Mountie Nick. Simon travels to Canada to investigate wrongdoing at a branch of his company while Nick and his fellow officers are trying to bring down a criminal family that is threatening Simon. I loved the interaction of the main characters and the progression of their relationship. This was a good story with plenty of feel good moments mixed with suspense.
