Neil had a soft spot for Little girls who needed help.
The veteran private detective had seen just about everything. Five minutes with Sophie Bates and he knew he would risk everything to help her.
Alone after the death her other mother, Sophie uncovers a wrong that must be corrected. Relying on Neil Patterson to bring her stepfather to justice, she discovers that Daddies are real. And this … that Daddies are real. And this one believes she’s his.
Addiction Warning: Pepper’s stories will touch your heart and may warm your bottom. While both sweet & spicy, the Dr. Richards’ Littles stories may contain more heat than some will find comfortable. Playing doctor with Dr. Richards can be an intense experience that borders on electrifying. The greatest risk, however, is developing an intense craving for more after reading just one. Proceed with caution.

Each story is different on how the Little meet their Daddy. Sophie’s was a little different in she needed Neil’s help after her mother died now you will have to read this book to see all that happened. Enjoy
Another winner from Pepper North! Sophie and Neil had the most exciting story.
I asked for this story and I could not be more pleased. Sophie and Neil were introduced very briefly in an earlier book, Charlotte. I loved that Neil was willing to wait for Sophie to feel comfortable with her choices. This story will bring light to your day. A sensual romance for the ages. I could not put this story down.
Pepper has not failed us again with this book Sophie.
Her age play series of Littles around Dr. Richards who takes care of them.
This book will not disappoint you.
So if you like age play Pepper is the author to go to.
So yes we’ve been Peppered again.
Heartwarming story of Sophie, a college student who has just lost her mother, and Neil, a private investigator. After her mother’s funeral, Sophie is informed by her mother’s lawyer of inaccuracies at the bank her stepfather owned and at which her mother worked. Her mother leaves written information showing that the inaccuracies point to her stepfather. The lawyer provides her with a name of a private investigator who can help her. She meets Neil, who is looking for his own little and who recognizes the little in Sophie, who is only vaguely aware of being one. He helps her with the investigation and the two grow close. While this is steamy and sexy, it evokes so much more love, protection and tenderness. Dr. Richards’ family has just gotten bigger. What a wonderful place to be!
What a sweet addition to Pepper North Dr Richard’s series, so so good. Sophie’s mom finally married when Sophie was a teenager, before then it had been just the two of them but Burt had swept her mother off her even though Sophie warned her not to marry him. The marriage began to tarnish within the first 6 months because Sophie was her mother’s first concern not her husband. Sophie’s mother had been a teller but after her marriage she become the bank manager, going through the accounts part of her job when she found some discrepencys in them she went to Burt and he became very angry, almost like a different person, she told him she was mistaken. After Sophie’s mother died in an accident she was sent to the lawyer her mother hired and from there to a private investigator Neil who would investigate her mother suspicions because she had been keeping records all these years. While they were solving this mystery Sophie was falling hard for Neil and he for her, and maybe they are lucky can find their way into a love and a life together.
Sophie and Neil’s story is one of my favorites. Sophie is a strong young woman who is caught up in drama not of her making. She meets Neil when she is sent to a private detective that is the recommendation of the attorney that her mother went to. Sophie knew that she was a Little, but when she meets Neil and accepts his offer for her to stay with him she discovers that Neil is a Daddy. He offers to be her Daddy, but they do take it slow and he checks in with her frequently to make sure this is what she wants. The author also describes more of the everyday life of a Little. I loved the story and I can’t wait for the next one by this author! I received a copy of this book from the author and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I really loved this story! Sophie’s Mom got married, when Sophie was young, but she never liked her New Step Dad. But he made her Mom happy. Things started breaking down, when her Mom still made important things to Sophie a priority. Sophie’s Mom died while Sophie was in college. But there is so much mystery and drama that unfolds! Neil enters Sophie’s life as a PI, recommended by her Mom’s Attorney. Neil wasn’t looking for anymore cases, he only met her as a courtesy, but that first meeting……WOW! These two have a rocky road, but they prevail! A whole lot of story in a “LITTLE” book!
Sophie and Neil are my new favorite couple! I can’t even put into words the suspense, the love, the tenderness, the heartache. This is definitely a book that needs to be read!
Sophie is the thirty-first book in the Dr. Richards’ Littles series, but can be read as a stand alone. When Sophie’s mother dies, she passes on information that is dangerous and sets off a series of events that requires Neil, a private investigator. As the case progresses, could Neil be the Daddy that Sophie has always secretly desired to have?
This book was the perfect combination between sweet and innocent, edge of your seat suspense, and the connection built on trust between a Little and her Daddy. Sophie and Neil had a ton of chemistry that just couldn’t be denied, plus I love the way that they came together in the first place. Sophie has so much change happen to her so quickly, but luckily Neil was there to be her rock and help guide her. There’s definitely some steamier scenes in this book, but there’s a lot of sweet scenes between the two main characters and they get to know each other and her inner Little. I love the drama, the mystery, and the slight danger aspects of this story too. One of my favorite aspects of all of Ms. North’s books is her versions of “when you know, you just know,” and this book was perfect for that!
I lot of this story focus on the drive of Sophie to see justice done. I love how Neil is able to take care of the crime and provide what Sophie needs. I also like Neil is making sure that Sophie is commitment to the relationship and allows her to walk away. And I really liked the ending.
