Time has come for the show down. Father against son or muse/guardians? This time it will be for keeps and of course to save the world. Everything they have worked for is now happening, the grand opening is almost here. Trinity is gun shy after everything that happened with Ted and now her muse is the one who tried to kill them. They will all have to find a way to forgive and move on since they have to work together. Mikolas thought his muse was dead but finds out Trinity is his muse. He will have to get her and the rest of the group to trust him if he can ever figure out what his gift is. Man this author really wraps this series up nicely with plenty of excitement and intriguing action and don’t forget the twist (I don’t think she can write a book without them, but then we don’t want her to either). I hate to say goodbye to these fair ladies and gents but damn if this isn’t the perfect way for it to happen. Just awesome.
5 out of 5 stars
This is the seventh and final book in the Muse Chronicles series . Mikolas and Trinity’s book . MIkolas is Trinity’s guardian but he has a lot of work to do to convince the muse of music that he is a good guy . Not the bad guy she thought he was . She is doubtful that he is her muse but when Kronos is on the loose and the stakes are high for Trinity and her sisters . Will MIkolas and Trinity realize that love will get through and love is the only thing that is worth fighting for.
I love all the characters in this series but I think that MIkolas and Trinity are my all time favourite. Mikolas is a sexy hot billionaire. Who is more then he seems, he has been training for this his whole life . He comes from a long list of guardians . You will love him . Trust me ladies . Trinity is an angel , she can sing like one and can play anything musical . She is fiery and strong but she is also distrusting of all things MIkolas . He was her enemy at one time and she is having a hard time wrapping her head around the fact that he is her guardian . She has some great one liners that are all related to him . They are great characters but together they are hot . The rest of the sisters and their guardians are back to help end Kronos once and for all .
I am kind of sad that this series is ending , I loved these stories so much . The author did a great job wrapping the stories up she mixes Greek mythology with the nine muses seamlessly. I sat down and read this story in one evening . I tried to prolong it cause I so did not want this to end . I was so wrapped up in the characters . I was laughing and then I was bawling my eyes out praying that they would get their happy ever after . Trust me the author will put you through the wringer with this last book . With every sad part there is a sweet part too , the moral of the story is the one of love . Love will defeat all that it comes up. I strongly suggest you read the books in order . Check them all out . you won’t be disappointed .
I just had to open up this one but knew it would also be a bit of torture since it is the last one. Really good series that captures you at every turn with characters that leapt out of the pages. Mikolas and Trinity will be the main attention grabbers here with others though too. Already on edge this author will give us her all with this one. The best thing of all with the most power I do believe comes to the forefront. She will wrap us up in this one as she finishes it with the drama fitting for it. It will also cause our blood pressure to go up as we race with them. This author knows how to deliver a world full of what a reader craves when picking up a story.
It has taken me days to write this review because I knew once I did this series would truly be over. Sigh. This story was exciting with intense confrontations between good and evil along with the final and best love story.
This book is a stand-alone but reading the series in order would enhance your reading pleasure.
One thing I know for sure: a book in this series will make me cry. And, yes, I cried at the end. The concluding book in this series was full of love, redemption, hope, and inspiration. I hate to see a series end, but eventually they all must, and this one is ending on a bang. We get to finally see Trinity get her Guardian, and all of the Muses finally prevail over Kronos. I know that might be a spoiler, but no one really expected them to lose. LOL! The only thing I wish is that the book had been a little bit longer at the end. I hate to see it go, but I look forward to more from this author. Highly recommend! I received a complimentary copy of this, and I voluntarily left a review.
I am sad to see this series come to an end. How cool would it be to be a muse and have a hunky guardian. The relationship between Mikolas and Trinity, the muse of song seems doomed before it starts. All of the muses and their guardians believes Mikolas is the enemy. But turns out he has always been looking out for them. They will need to trust him if they are going to stop humanity from being extinguished. I received a complimentary copy and I am voluntarily reviewing.
Narrator does great. She even has to sing at certain points; she did wonderful! Her guy voice wasn’t horrible as well! I’d recommend listening.
This is the final muse “sister’s” book, Trinity; she’s the muse of music. I’d recommend reading from the beginning of the series for the best experience reading this series. Each book has a different main couple, but there is an overarching storyline and many of the characters continue on throughout the whole series.
This story mainly has POV from Trinity and her Guardian Mikolas, but there is a bit from Ted and Zeus. The Titans are on the loose causing mayhem, so the muses and their Guardians are trying to find a way to stop them. Trinity and Mikolas take a lot of this issue on themselves; I wish the other muses would’ve stepped up more, but I suppose they aren’t warrior women. They are more those who inspire others to rise up, so I can see where their reluctance comes from. They are still cool though, and the Guardians are great! There’s still fun and entertaining action, and of course, some steamy romance going on. I liked the romantic vibe between Trinity and Mikolas. This book starts with the muses and the other Guardians not feeling too kindly towards Mikolas; a lot of misunderstandings from the previous books, but Mikolas may be just the man they need to survive. Trinity thinks he’s worse than he really is, so she is untrusting of him. Plus, Trinity has walls up because she trusted Ted and he betrayed her, so Mikolas has some work to do to reach Trinity’s heart. Mikolas and Ted are both trying to prove that they are better than others think. Mikolas is a sweetheart! Trinity is a tough cookie; a little dramatic at times, but I appreciate that she’s willing to step up and help with the Titans.
Entertaining finale! I’ve really enjoyed the whole series!
Awesome conclusion to the Muse stories. I loved that Mikolas and Trinity found each other finally. I hated Ted all thru the stories because of what he was doing to the Muse’s but he finally redeemed himself in the end. I loved how all past and present muse’s showed up for the opening of the theater. The whole story was inspiring for me, because you can always accomplish what you set your mind to. Trinity and Mikolas did not give up even though that had a few brushes with death. I highly recommend this series in the written and audible formats. The narrator did an awesome job.
Song of the Soul is the culmination of the Muses story. All of the surviving muses have found their Guardians but Trinity the Muse of Music. When she finds out that Mikolas is her Guardian she figures the Fates are out to get her. First Ted and now Mikolas both part of the organization that is out to destroy the Muses and their Theater of inspiration. But all things are not as they seem and watching the truth come to light is as much fun as watching the Muses and their Guardians take on the Titans. This is a sweet, sometimes sad but truly lovely story of love and redemption. A wonderful end to the series.
