I loved this novel because it is a beautiful story of hope that after terrible setbacks in life like losing someone you love like your husband, because of betrayal and being replaced with another , one should not give up on life and can be hopeful for a second chance at happiness and find someone new who loves you just as much as you love him.
Too predictable and unrealistic
Hated for it to END!!
It was an easy book to read. I enjoyed it!
I have to be honest and say, I have forgotten what the story was about —it must not have impressed me very much —-for the stories that do leave an impression on me, I don’t forget. At least for a long time. I would have to say it was very so -so –not the best I have read.
I loved this book! Jane seemed like your next door neighbor or your best friend. It was romantic and I couldn’t put it down.
Poor writing- 5th grade reading level
The story of Jane was a great one but unfortunately her romance after 18 years of divorce seemed too unreal. She found her soul mate after her husband had an affair. She was very hurt and fell for this man who she seemed to have nothng in common with other than sex. Her ex husband realizing his mistake tried ti make amends but he was too late. I think this kind of things happen a lot and people jump into divorce because they are so angry at their mate instead of trying to keep the family together.
I did not care for the style of writing. I found it not to the standards I am used to reading. I did like the story line. But needs to clean up errors.
This was a pretty good book, but terribly unrealistic when all the pieces fall in to place so easily. Usually a newly divorced woman has to cope not only with the loss of love, or feeling of failure, but also with the monetary issues. This character just fell into money so easily it was not realistic and so immersing oneself in the story can’t happen because you knew all along you are being conned – you just keep reading to get to the end, not really excited about what’s going to happen to the character.
Difficult to read. Plot fails. Found writing too excessive with the descriptions of buildings, rooms, clothing, people…well, almost everything without much substance. Gets a little tedious.
Grammar often inappropriate or just plain wrong use of words. The whole book featured a lot of drinking and fornication. Something a lovesick teen might have written even though there was a “happily-ever-after” ending.
Good read value romamantic.
It was a cute story that was relaxing to read.
This book read like a 1st grade reader “See Jane run. Run Jane run. See Jane eat. Eat Jane eat.” Boring and predictable.
Nice easy read when you just want to escape – Divorcees will appreciate it.
Enjoyed the book from start to finish was left to wonder where the girls got as ‘ll the money when they were young and b able to open a business and go on a long Cruise ,I don’t like the thoughts of encouraging people to get sloppy drunk to ha v e fun.
Quick enjoyable read.
I loved it
