A Fairy Tale RomanceRunning from a frightening stagecoach robbery, Maddalyn Kelly flees straight up an imposing mountain, sure the bandits will not follow. She finds a charming cabin on that mountain, a cabin inhabited by the three imposing Barrett brothers. They’re gruff and hairy and ultimately lovable. Especially the youngest of the three, Eric Barrett. For Maddalyn it’s love at first sight, … it’s love at first sight, and she doesn’t mind at all being snowed in for a few weeks. But Eric doesn’t believe in love, and Maddalyn will settle for nothing else.

Love this book. Romance in a new way.
It was an easy to read book. Pretty predictable but cute.
Loved the fairy tale angle.
Good for light reading. Clever twists in the story.
What a fun read. The author did a great job with the “Goldilocks and the three bears” opening. Captured and held my attention.
Delightfully taken from the original 3 Bears, you get your happy ending, along with predictable tug of war between two stubborn hearts. I’d also bet the author is a fan of the movie musical Seven Brides for Seven Brothers.
A very light read, perfect for the dog days of summer.
If you can get beyond the silliness of the fairytale theme, “Goldilocks and the three Berrett brothers,” it is a good romance.
It could have been a shorter novel if a lot of the repetition about how Eric feels about marriage and females not being fit for his mountain was removed.
