Olivia Wickham could never forget the cowboy she met on a cruise five years ago. The two spent a magical few days together before she was called home for an emergency, without giving him her number. She would have gotten over Tate McConnell—it was just a few nights of paradise, after all—if it wasn’t for two little things: her twin daughters, who were born as a result of those wonderful days. … Though she searched for her lost romance in vain, she never forgot his mesmerizing eyes, and the way his smile made her melt inside.
On a trip to the wilderness just before Christmas, things take a scary turn when one of her daughters is injured on a snowshoeing tour and the little family is unknowingly left behind by the guide. When Tate shows up to save them, she instantly knows who he is—the father of her children, and possibly the love of her life.
Surprised is a mild term for what Tate feels when he realizes the woman he’s been sent to rescue is Olivia. He’d searched for her over the years, her smile and laugh invading his thoughts on lonely nights. When he learns the two little girls with Olivia are his, surprise makes way for shock. Now, with a major snowstorm coming their way, Tate has to quickly get them to safety inside a cozy little cabin in the woods. Maybe too cozy, since Tate is adjusting to being a father and trying to fight his fierce attraction to Olivia. But since they’re snowbound, there’s nothing to be done but to let his feelings thaw a bit. Or a lot, since they can’t seem to keep their hands off each other every chance they have to be alone. When reality intrudes, though, real panic sets in for Tate. He’s been alone too long to suddenly be a big family man, even if it is Christmas time.
But when Tate finds himself alone on Christmas Day, he realizes being alone is, well, lonely. He can only hope he’s not too late to create his own Christmas magic.
Mary Sue Jackson and USA Today Bestseller Leslie North invite you to indulge in a heart-warming small-town western romance with a smoking hot cowboy and the woman who tames him…

This book was absolutely perfect. The storyline was spot on. The characters were remarkable. The bond they built were strong. The family dynamics was pretty crazy. The ending was absolutely beautiful.

Olivia and Tate met in the most relaxing situation.. on a cruise and without a care in the world they got to hang out together, get to know each other (apart from surnames ) and fall for each other, until Olivia was gone. Five years later fate brings them back together and now they have to work through Tate’s emotions of not only now having twin daughters but also his feelings for Olivia who just disappeared on him years ago, Olivia mean while has to learn to share the girls as well as how it feels to be supported and also giving Tate space. This has to be one of my favorite books from this author and you can’t help but wrapped in warmth as you read due to the great characters not only the lead but all the support characters and how emotionally invested you get in whats going on with everyone.

Mary Sue Jackson has delivered another wonderful heart-warming story that grabs the reader from the very first page and keeps you intrigued till the last page is turned.
Snowed in with a Rancher is a story of love found and lost and the misconceptions that lead to a solitary life. Tate and Olivia’s story starts as a fun holiday fling but evolves into a deep emotional bond that has both parties thinking of forever. But an unexplained absence, paves the way for heartache and rejection, and Tate becomes distant and determined to live life as a hermit.
There are so many facets to this book, but the Christmas theme, loveable characters and a tug at the heartstrings storyline are what really make this a magical tale of undeniable chemistry and seconds chances that should not be missed. I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves a true romance.
Snowed in with the Rancher is just perfect for this time of the year. Just love a Christmas romance, especially with cowboys in. And I loved how the story developed throughout this book and the characters where perfect for each other. It’s a sweet Christmas read that makes you all warm and fuzzy inside and perfect for a cozy night in! This author is starting to become one of my favourites out there. Happy reading!!
ALWAYS, exchange last names at least! Olivia, from Washington and Tate, from Montana met on a cruise 5 years ago and had a really good time! Olivia was called home on an emergency before they could exchange contact information. Unknown to Olivia, she brought home two souvenirs to remember Tate by, twin girls. Tate and Liv did look for each other but with only first names and nothing else, the odds were against them. Liv and the girls take a pre Christmas trip, and one of the girls have an accident. In the confusion, the tour guide leaves them behind. The little family needs Search and Rescue. Tate, part of the S&R team, shows up to rescue them and they instantly recognize each other. There’s a storm and Tate needs to get his family to safety. Stuck in a small cabin, how does a lone bachelor relate to twin 4 year olds? Can he wrap his soul around being a dad while keeping his family safe? Are those deep intense feelings still there? Can Tate tolerate 3 people in his ‘space’ during the holidays? Quite a bit to unpack. Were those mutual feelings from 5 years ago real, or just the cruise? Jacqueline & Melissa are adorable. Nic
Charming second chance love story
Christmas is the catalyst for miracles. The birth of Jesus of Nazareth. The transformation of Ebenezer Scrooge. The Grinch’s cardiac growth spurt. The WWI one-day truce when German and Allied troops put down their guns, crawled out of their trenches, and sang Christmas carols. In this lovely holiday story, a man who believes himself alone and unloveable finds out that he really has it all – loving extended family, a loving woman, and children he never even knew existed. The problem with blessings is that too many of us, like this rancher, are too afraid to embrace what is so freely given. Curl up with a warm afghan and a mug of cocoa, and enjoy this sweet holiday treat from Mary Sue Jackson

Talk about an easy to fall in love with romance! Snowed in with the Rancher by Mary Sue Jackson was a relatively quick read, I finished most of it in one night due to the smoothly flowing writing and loveable characters! Rated 5 stars, as it was a truly remarkable story that I just did not want to end!
Five years ago, Olivia shared an unforgettable couple of nights with a hot cowboy on a cruise. As she’s preparing to meet said cowboy, Tate, for a meal, she’s called away to attend to a family emergency. They never got the chance to exchange contact info or even last names. All Olivia knows is that he’s from a small town in Montana and is unknowingly the father to her girls.
Olivia, Jackie, and Melissa are a stable unit of three. She and her four-year-old twins have always managed to make it by themselves, never needing to rely on anyone else. All of that changes when Olivia takes a job for a director’s position in none other than Montana. While out snowshoeing before Christmas, they find themselves in need of rescuing and who should come to their aid but Tate McConnell himself.
Tate is sent spiraling through a whirlwind of emotions as he comes face to face with the very woman who broke his heart and abandoned him on their magical cruise. After rescuing Olivia and her girls, he brings them back to his cabin to seek refuge from the brewing snowstorm. Tate soon finds out that Olivia never meant to abandon him. She was unfortunately called away to a family emergency and always regretted not finding him first… and that he is actually the father to her twin girls.
Experiencing Olivia and Tates western love story was both a joy and an emotional roller coaster. The author does a beautiful job illustrating the ups and downs of small-town life, giving real depth to each and every character. I found myself undeniably rooting for their happily ever after and was truly satisfied with the ending. I’d recommend this book to anyone looking for an easily devourable romance in a western setting, such a great holiday second chance romance!

This was just a cute and wonderful story. I loved how realistic it was, they weren’t just brought back together and turned into a happy family. They had issues and had to learn to be together and how to parent together and it took time. That’s how it is in real life, and sometimes it’s nice to read a book that is more real and not just the romance book hea.

A new author to me and I do like trying new reads as well. This was a really good story. It had the premise of a second chance story and Olivia and Tate were great as the main characters. I had a few tears in my eyes with how Tate was feeling in towards being an instant father of two 4 year olds and seeing Olivia again. A great story, great characters and an overall great second chance love.
Olivia and Tate meet while on a cruise ship. They have an instant connection and end up spending time together. But when Olivia leaves due to a family emergency without telling Tate he feels jilted. Five years later they meet again when one of Olivia’s twin daughters are in need of a Search and Rescue and Tate is part of the team sent to help. This was an enjoyable romance. The story is well written with wonderful characters and an interesting storyline. Olivia and Tate were likable and had great chemistry. I really enjoyed this book and highly recommend it!

This is another great book from someone who us fast becoming a favourite author for me. Her books always flow well and you become so engaged with her characters that they become almost friends
Olivia and Tate ,meet on a cruise and really hit it off in fact Tate is thinking of a future with Olivia Then she is gone with no notice and no message he is devastated. What he doesn’t know is that her parents have died suddenly and she has had to rush home. Now they have no way of contacting one another as they never exchanged numbers. A few weeks later this fact causes problems for Olivia when she realises she is pregnant with Tate’s child in fact she is expecting twins. She decides to raise the girls herself and in fact moves them to a small town in Montana a few years later One day she decided to take the girls for a hike and one of them is injured and the mountain rescue have to be called in. Yes the ranger is non other than Tate and he will need to take this family to his cabin to keep them safe during a snow storm. How will Tate and Olivia handle meeting again what will Tate do when he finds out he has four year old twins Can they all be a family You will have to read to see
Good read with wonderful characters and a great story line. Olivia and Tate met 5 years ago on a cruise and they hit it off really well. As soon as the cruise is over, she leaves him without a word. 5 years later she is back and she is not alone. The chemistry and attraction that was between them is still there. Loved their story and I can’t wait to read more from this author.
I love a book with children in it, unfortunately daddy never knows about them. This book is about Tate and Olivia. They meet on vacation that they both take and end up, fast forward five years later and he is now heading to rescue a mom and her two kids that went missing. Olivia and her four year old twins are in Montana now as she received a new job and unknowing that this is where she would meet the father of children again only Tate thinks he is destined to be a single man forever. I will not spoil the book for you, but it is one that definitely needs to be read. I loved it.

I was hooked from the title. Tate and Olivia met and had a few wild days together. Neither thought about contact information, so when Olivia left suddenly Tate was left in the dark. Then they are reunited when Olivia and her twins need the help of the local search and rescue team, which just happens to be Tate. I enjoyed how the authors handled this delicate situation – Tate finds out he’s a daddy of two little girls. I thought this story was interesting and well written. I liked it so much, that I purchased a copy. Well done once again for the authors.

Missed Chance. Tate and Olivia are a cruise, when Olivia has to leave expectantly. What will she do to find him? Can she forget him when she is when she is pregnant with his twins? What will Tate do to find her? Was it a love at first sight? Will they find each other and will they still have those feelings? What will he do if she tells the truth about her twins?

Olivia from Washington and Tate from Montana spend a few wonderful days together on a cruise. Until she disappeared. Her parents were killed and there wasn’t time for her to let Tate know what had happened. Without last names or any other personal information, they were unable to locate each other. Now she’s a single mom to two adorable twin girls, and they’ve left Washington for her terrific new job in Montana. Olivia and Tate find each other again when he rescues them on a trail just before a huge snowstorm. She’s just found everything she hoped for, and now Tate can become part of their happy little family. He’s hurt from the way she left, set in his ways, and not sure he deserves her or that he can be what she needs. They weather some huge challenges before they find their HEA. I love this book, as I do with everything from Mary Sue Jackson. Olivia and Tate have incredible chemistry, and are perfect for each other. But… Olivia pushes forward too fast, and Tate holds back too much. His parents are completely accepting of the situation, and welcome Olivia and the girls into their lives with open arms and no judgment.

What a sweet cowboy romance!!! Romance with all the possible ups and downs of life plus some. Of course knowing about the allways popular HEA made reading the difficult bits easier but then again I am a total wuss and get teary eyes quite easily…. This story is quite well deserving of the four stars I am giving it here today and I can very well recommend it if you like cowboys and romances at all.

Great second chance romance. Instant connection on a cruise ship then years of separation. Interesting characters and a young “secret” child, plus a well thought out plot equal a story that will keep you busy turning the pages.
This was a really good read. Tate , I’m glad to say didn’t have the typical lose your mind after finding out you are a dad reaction. After he found his groove he was fine.
