A Love Worth Fighting For… wanted anything. The problem is, she already belongs to a Bratva boss who plans to sell her virginity to the highest bidder.
I have to find a way to set her free.
I want to be her first, and her last…
“Snow” is a virgin dark mafia romance, Book 2 in the Underworld series. It’s an intense, violent, and sexually charged stand-alone novel. Complete with HEA and no cliff-hangers, plus enough steamy scenes to set your kindle on fire!
The Lark Notes:
Sasha and Snow are a secret favorite… He fights for her like no other hero I have ever written. Don’t miss this love story! – Sophiemore
This is book number 6 in the Colors of Crime series. Sasha and Snow couldn’t be any more different. Sasha returns home only to discover that her family is in extreme debt to one of the Bratva bosses. She makes a deal with the boss to be his doctor. Snow is a boxer and is undefeated and Sasha and Snow happen to meet at a tournament and Sasha is shocked at the matches. These two are attracted to each other and they know they need to keep their relationship secret. This book is full of suspense, action and off the charts hot chemistry.

This was the first book I’ve read from Sophie and it will not be the last. This was so good. Sasha has returned home and finds out her family is in extreme debt to one of the Bratva bosses. She makes a deal with the boss to be his doctor. Snow is a boxer and is undefeated. One of the mob bosses invites him to be a fighter in a big tournament where the purse for the whole thing is very high. Sasha and Snow meet at this tournament and Sasha is shocked at the matches. These two are attracted to each other and they know they need to keep their relationship secret. There is suspense, action and off the charts hot chemistry. I loved this story and all the characters. I want to read the others in this series and can’t wait to read more from this author.
I’ve read all the Colors of Crime Series by Sophie Lark and although this was a good read, it was not my favorite. Sasha just finished medical school and has agreed to become a Bratva doctor to pay off her father’s debt. Snow is an underground fighter for the Bratva leader she is indebted too. This book just didn’t have the intensity the other couples did. The book was well paced, had some twists, but was just a good read, but not great.

Boxing, Bratva and Love
Snow: A Dark Mafia Romance (Colors of Crime Book 6) by Sophie Lark is a good dark romance read with a bad boy boxer, Bratva bad guys and sweetheart Sasha. Snow has never know softness, never wanted kindness or been known to show either of those things until Sasha. Through no fault of her own, Sasha finds herself in the Bratva world, indentured because of her father’s debt.
The plot(s) of this dark romance center around Snow and Sasha, their circumstance independently as well as their developing connection. These two steam up the pages between the anticipation of the boxing matches and the danger Sasha is constantly exposed to or in. Definitely a page turner!
Overall, a good read with great characters and best of all, the freedom for Sasha and Snow to have their HEA.
I read an ARC of this book from Hidden Gems and voluntarily share my review.
I really enjoyed this book. It was a different feel for me. I like the fact that this author used boxing and Bratva together. It made for an enjoyable feel good story. It has drama and romance with just enough feels to make you swoon. Good job with the exceptional way you brought these characters to life. I can’t wait for more from this author!

This is the 6th book in this series and is Snow and Sasha’s story. Snow is an underground fighter with aspirations to go legit, and Sasha is a doctor who was at one of the fights, and they are drawn to each other. No spoilers: this is a must read, you will not be disappointed. This is a beautifully written story which is filled with action, drama, intense, and is a heart-warming dark mafia romance, which had me hooked and intrigued throughout, and I highly recommend for all.
A little stilted
The first part of the book felt a little stilted to me. Both the dialogue as well as flow of the story was a bit stiff and unnatural. I liked the boxing theme running through the book. Some plot points in the book did feel a bit disjointed though.
The last fight scene was well described and I could clearly picture it in my head and feel empathy for our hero, Snow. Our heroine, Sasha, is more of a dark horse. Although portrayed as innocent and soft, her spine of steel does show. I could however, not connect with her and also did not believe the attraction between the MC. I feel there were some missed opportunities to engage the h more so that the reader could empathize with her and the emotions she must have felt during her ordeal.
The book is written well enough to keep you engaged.

Sasha is excited to get home to tell her family all about passing all her exams. She a doctor now, so innocent, she grew up protected, still a virgin. But she finds her family in dire need of help. They own the mafia a lot of money. She now works for the mafia to pay off her family’s debt.
Snow is a boxer fighter and plans to make it big. He sees the doctor and he can’t forget her. As he gets to know her, he wants her and he wants her safe. this story has you on the edge of your seat and drama that involves the power of mafia! Can he protect Sasha, can he keep their lives safe.

Sasha seller her soul to the devil. Well, close enough… Anatoly Krupin, a Bratva bass, owns her for 20 year as his personal physician, in exchange for her father’s debts being erased. Snow is a heavy-weight underground boxer with a goal to leave Russia for the US. She’s small and sweet, a contrast to him being huge and cold. But there’s a little warmth deep inside of him, and she brings it out, Holy cow – what an incredible book! This book has it all – the Bratva, crime, romance, gambling, boxing, suspense, murder. My adrenaline was pumping during that last fight. The quotes at the beginning of each chapter are so appropriate for what happens in the chapter. This is my first book in this series, but the third from this author. It’s amazing that all the books I’ve read are so different, and all have provided incredible reading.

Sasha has just come home after finishing medical school, she thinks she will get a job at a hospital. Sasha was raised like a princess and went to school to become a doctor. Her family has always been pretty well off, they own a restaurant that has been in the family for a few generations. She’s excited to get home and share with her parents that she has passed her exams with great scores. However, when she returns home, she notices a lot of changes with her father, the restaurant, and their home. She may not have been raised in the Bratva, but she is not naïve, she knows how they work, and she is very aware of danger when you owe them.
Mr. Snow is a fighter and one of the best might I add but Snow didn’t come from the background of love. He had no parents an Uncle that was ripped away while he was still very young and thrown into the orphanage at a young age prepared him in becoming one of the top fighters. Although, it was underground fighting his dream was to be a legal fighter making a name for himself in America. He fights a clean fight and he maintains his morals at all costs. When he first sees the young doctor at the tournament he is drawn to her. He finds himself attracted to her and can’t seem to turn his back on her, he’ll put himself on the line to make sure that she is safe and free. It might cause him his life, but his determination could prevail too.
I have read other books by Sophie Lark so that is why I decided to get this one too. Some of them I buy after so I do really like her. This is a good read.

Snow, the latest novel by Sophie Lark was a suspenseful intense novel that will hold your interest until the end. This was a Bratva/Boxing story with hott steamy scenes, violence, action and suspense. Snow and Sasha had an instant connection when they met with undeniable chemistry and I enjoyed seeing their relationship evolve. Snow is the 6th book in the Colors of Crime series and the author did an excellent job with world building bringing us into the world of the Russian MMA and the realities of the Bratva. I enjoyed this engrossing, well-developed, page-turner with all its tangled twists and turns and I would recommend this novel to all lovers of mafia romance.
Will Snow beat the odds to take it all home?
Sophie tells her story in such a way that you are engaged with the characters as feel their highs and lows. Snow is fighting to win the big prize to escape to America to make a name for himself. Sasha has plans to be a doctor to help people, but her Papa’s debt changes that. Snow and Sasha meet at an underground boxing match and their attraction is instant. What will they choose when their loyalties are tested with their jobs? With Sasha’s fate on the line, can Snow take the big prize and her? You have to read to find out and won’t put the book down until you turn the last page!
This is book six in the Colors of Crime series. This is Snow and Sasha’s story. Snow is a fighter and got his name from his no fear, no emotion persona. Sasha is an innocent, emotional woman who got mxed up with the Bravta and has a debt to pay. These two characters are opposites but we know opposites can attract and for Snow and Sasha, the attraction is definitely there. It is one thing to get mixed up with the Bravta and owe a debt but to voluntarily remain in this life, will Sasha find her HEA with Snow? Another great story in the series. I really enjoyed the book and loved to see the changes in the characters as the story progressed. Snow and Sasha may be opposites but together as one strengthens the other, they become an invincible couple. Enjoy!

Sasha’s life took a drastic turn for the worse as soon as she graduated medical school and returned home.
Her father’s once thriving business and her parents happy marriage, all gone.
In debt with the mafia with no resources to pay them back, Sasha sacrifices her life to save her family.
Gritty, violent, and brutal as she was forced to treat battered Bratva enforcers and get rid of bodies in a gory way.
Her tortured existence had one bright spot in Snow, the underground up and coming star fighter. Not part of the Bratva but fully enmeshed in their illegal fighting activities, Snow did everything in his power to free Sasha from the Mafia’s deathly grip.
I liked the way the author gave this worthwhile couple their HEA.

I have read a few books by Sophie Lark over the past few months and I can honestly say that Snow was hands down my favorite!!! I am already a huge lover of dark mafia romance stories but adding in the boxing story line elevated the genre for me! This book sucked me in from chapter one and kept me up to the wee hours of the morning.
Snow and Sasha were so interesting together, they were differently opposites in many ways but they also complimented each other. He was the street smart boxer that was tough as nails and pretty much raised himself while she was the innocent “princess” that grew up in a well off family, had nice cars and never had to work at the family business. Its pretty obvious that Sasha was sheltered growing up and normally a character like that would come off as weak but she had a quiet kind of strength. She ends up working for a Bratva boss, doing things she never imagined, sacrificing herself for her family and she does it with out complaint. Snow was everything I expected him to be but yet different at the same time. I knew he was gonna be a tough, fierce alpha male type character but I was surprised about his softer side when it came to the cat he took in, even if he made up excuses.. it was still a sweet unexpected scene that made me swoon a little more.
Even though I loved that Sasha was willing to do whatever she could for her family… I didn’t think they deserved her sacrifice. While reading the story and seeing the things she had to do… I was fuming and upset for her! I could go on but.. it will spoil some plot points so I wont.. just know that her parents are selfish and its okay to dislike them!
I highly recommend this book and the rest of the series!

A powerful, emotional, explosive, heart bounding book that will have you wanting to finish the book all at once. Sasha and Snow were well developed and written characters that are relatable. They are also thrust into the Bratva world even though no of them want to be there. This book will have you on the edge of your seat and rooting for the couple to get their HEA. There are some steamy scenes that help to balance the hard hitting of the book.
